"Jeff, I’d like to personally thank you again on your quick response to coming out to our plant to verify that your labels were not defective. I like that very much in the vendors that deal with and to be quite honest with you, do not see that type of attitude with a lot of my other vendors. We did indeed have a bad sensor, and after it was repaired, I have had no issues running the “faulty” labels. Again, thanks for your responsiveness and I am looking forward to doing business with you in the future."

I met Sara about 2 years ago when she waited on me at Fridays. After that, I would request her because she was such a great waitress. I don't know why it took me so long to realize that she would be a great recruit for JH Bertrand. One day while I was having lunch with a friend, I finally asked her if she would like to interview. Obviously (and thankfully), she said yes. Right off the bat, it was clear that she was going to fit right in. Sara is a quick study. She has a natural interest in our industry as you loves photography and art. She is friendly, detailed and full of energy. We are excited to have her on our staff!

Kim is one of our meticulous inspectors

Kim is one of JH Bertrand's top inspectors. She is known for being meticulous and conscientious. She is seen here doing her trademark "eye level" inspection on a clinical drug booklet label. She runs the rewinder very slowly looking for a variety of potential defects. Our customers give us good marks on our quality. An average roll of booklet labels in our industry is inspected at 5-6 minutes. JH Bertrand's average is 15 minutes. Kim takes a lot of "eye" breaks so she stays fresh.
