Realtors! Your thoughts on the final numbers associated with the first time home buyers tax credit? We have so much inventory out there...many qualified buyers...and interest rates that should soon hit historic lows! This recession began with bad lending practices and festered in the housing market. Couldn't they have put more $ towards the genesis of the problem? Am I missing something here? Your opinions are appreciated.
