Da er det de gangene som står igjen før jeg kan si meg ferdig får i dag. Rommet til lillevill tenkte jeg å ta i morgen, siden han sover nå. Men det er ikke mye som trenger å tørkes støv av der, så det går fort. Kan ikke få sagt hvor mye jeg gleder meg til å innrede eget rom til lillevill! Håper det er muligheter for det når vi skal flytte nå.. Må bare finne en plass å bo først..&lt;br /&gt;

Hun har på en måte vært en del av livet mitt siden jeg ble født. Har aldri vært noen blodfan da, men hvem har ikke en eller annen gang hatt &lt;b&gt;I will always love you&lt;/b&gt; som en av sine favorittsanger ? Filmen Bodyguard har jeg også sett utallige ganger. Synes hun hadde utrolig mye fin musikk. Å det er så rart med det, når hun er borte, da spilles musikken hennes for fullt.. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Behovet for protein varierer med type idrett og treningsmengde, og er størst innen styrke-/kraftidretter og hos utøvere i vekst. En vanlig mosjonist trenger sjelden mer enn 1 gram protein per kilo kroppsvekt per dag. Behovet for protein stiger i takt med energiforbruket. Vi regner at idrettsutøvere har et behov for 1,2 – 1,8 g protein per kilo kroppsvekt per dag. Dette ekstra proteinet brukes til å vedlikeholde, restituere og bygge opp muskulaturen. &lt;br /&gt;
- Generelt er proteininnholdet i norsk kost relativt høyt. Idrettsutøvere har et høyere energiforbruk og inntar derfor som regel mer mat og dermed også mer protein. De aller fleste får derfor dekket behovet for protein gjennom vanlig kost,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Spre inntaket utover dagen&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Det anbefales å spise 4-6 måltider per dag med variert matvareutvalg. Ideelt sett bør en få i seg proteiner til alle måltider inkl. mellommåltidene, for å sikre at de essensielle aminosyrene er tilgjengelige til enhver tid. Måltider som inneholder minimum 6-10 g essensielle aminosyrer og 30 g karbohydrater ser ut til å stimulere muskelveksten maksimalt. Tidligere mente vi at timingen for inntaket av protein var vesentlig for treningseffekten, men i dag legger man mer vekt på å sikre at det totale inntaket av protein i løpet av døgnet er optimalt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Gode kilder&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
De beste kildene til protein i kosten er kylling, fisk, kjøtt, egg og meieriprodukter (melk, yoghurt, ost). Disse matvarene inneholder mye proteiner av god kvalitet (mye essensielle aminosyrer som gir høy utnyttelse av proteinet i kroppen). En grei tommelfingerregel er å få i seg en eller flere av disse matvarene til hvert enkelt måltid for å sikre proteininntaket. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Liten vits i å spise for mye proteiner&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Det er ingen studier som har vist at et proteininntak på over 1,8 g/kg/dag har noen ekstra effekt. Så langt er det lite som tyder på at friske idrettsutøvere vil oppleve noen bivirkninger av et daglig proteininntak på inntil 3 g/kg, dvs tre ganger det man anbefaler personer med normalt aktivitetsnivå. Unntaket er for de som er disponert for lever- eller nyresykdom. Et høyt proteininntak fører til stress på nyrene og kan være med å forverre utviklingen av eksisterende nyresykdom. Men proteintilskuddene er kostbare produkter så et høyt inntak går nok mer ut over lommeboken enn helsen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Få i deg vanlig mat&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Det er ingenting som tilsier at en proteinshake er bedre enn en vanlig fiskemiddag, snarere tvert i mot. Proteiner fra matvarer nyttiggjøres like godt som fra tilskudd, i tillegg til at man da får i seg andre nyttige næringsstoffer på kjøpet. Dersom du baserer veldig mye av energiinntaket ditt på proteintilskudd, kan du få i deg mye energi, men lite annet nyttig. Ingen av proteintilskuddene er fullverdige, og det kan føre til at du tynner ut næringstettheten i det normale kostholdet så mye at du får mangel på enkelte vitaminer, mineraler og essensielle fettsyrer. I tillegg kan det føre til at inntaket av karbohydrater blir for lavt, noe som igjen kan føre til dårligere treningsøkter.&lt;br /&gt;

Nesten ihvertfall. Jeg har en uvane med at jeg ikke får sov lenger, når jeg våkner av at kjæresten drar, og jeg vet jeg har mye som skal gjøres. Jeg skal vaske og tørke støv på alle rom i dag, og det tar på tiden.. Men har bestemt meg for å droppe gulvene. Det blir så sinnsykt rotete hjemme til oss, så jeg må gjøre det i dag. Dessuten er det greit å være ferdig md det tidlig i uka, siden vi skal være med på hyttetur til helga :D Gleder meg! Elsker hytteturer. Skal vel få testa skikunnskapene også da.. Har jo ikke gått på langrennsski siden ungdomskolen.. Så det kan bli spennende.&lt;br /&gt;

Jeg hadde en kjempefin morsdag i går! Rett og slett.. Sto opp med lillemann, og når han sovna igjen laga jeg meg kakao, og spiste smågodt. Kjæresten sto opp senere, og da fikk jeg en fin gave. Tenk å handle morsdagsgave for 800,-kr ! Herregud.. Fikk parfyme, undertøy, sokker, ansiktsmasker og hudkremer. Kjempekjekk og fin morsdagsgave! Var med å valgte ut parfyme og undertøyet selv. Men kjempefint det at han hadde tenkt på kremer og ansiktsmaske til meg :-D &lt;br /&gt;

Haha, litt smålei av å bli klissa med tror jeg ;-)&lt;br /&gt;
men det er jo så vanskelig å la væær &lt;3&lt;br /&gt;

I dag har jeg og Odrick hatt en finfin dag. Han har blitt veldig flink til å leke, og han må passes på HELE tiden! Han har nemlig begynt å reise seg! En spennende tid altså! Bikka vaskebøtta gjorde han også i dag. Vann over hele kjøkkenet! Bra jeg ikke hadde fylt bøtta ;-)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vi prøver å kutte ned på puppinga her i gården, så i dag har han bare fått 2 brystmåltider, og det var mest pga at jeg holdt på å sprenges! Jeg begynte plutselig å tenke over det, å at jeg skal vel begynne å jobbe snart, å da er det greit at ikke jeg har spreng hele dagen! Så vi må prøve å kutte mer og mer, og det begynner å gå ganske greit, siden han nå får 3 faste måltider per dag. &lt;br /&gt;
Prøver på det ihvertfall. Det er jo så enkelt å slenge frem puppen når man er sliten å klar.. Men i dag har han fått både frokost og middag, og kveldsmat blir det også.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No sover både lillevill og storevill ;-) Samboern er utslitt etter en lang uke på jobb, og slapper av litt på sofaen før det blir taco, film og tente lys til kvelds :D Elsker helg! Når lillevill våkner skal han få seg ett bad, og hoppe i pysejen :)&lt;br /&gt;

Fy flate, har ikke ord for hvor godt det er å trene! Elsker å trene på apparatene, skikkelig godt med litt variasjon fra det jeg gjør her hjemme, som er mer hopp og sprett, vri og bøy.&lt;br /&gt;
Merker jeg blir meget motivert, og håper at jeg kan miste noen kilo, og litt "flesk" snart. Trilleturen til selve treninga er ganske hard den også, siden det er et stykke å gå dit og tilbake, så jeg er superfornøyd i dag :D Trente mest hender og rygg i dag faktisk. + litt mage på slutten. Startet med en sykkelmaskin og på tredemølla for å varme opp da. Digg digg digg! &lt;br /&gt;

Våkna av at samboern kom med Odrick før han dro på jobb. Odrick sovna veldig tidlig i gårkveld, og våkna så klart tidlig. Jeg tok han med over i senga mi, ga han mat, og vi sovna igjen. Sov vel rundt 2 timer tenker jeg. Så var det opp rundt hal 10, og når Odrick ble trøtt igjen rundt halv ett, sovna jeg jammen meg på sofaen igjen, og sov til halv 4! Herregud, verdens slappeste dag.. Ikke gidd til å gjøre noe, bare så vidt jeg gadd å dra ræva mi på do liksom!&lt;br /&gt;
Men men, har nok en anelse om hva som tapper meg for energi.......&lt;br /&gt;

Vi har vært på visning i dag, vi skal flytte fort, og trenger en leiliget. Men tror ikke det blir den vi var å kikket på i dag.. Var litt teite romløsninger :/ En bratt trapp opp til stua, var ikke noe jeg ble videre imponert over.. &lt;br /&gt;
Men men, får håpe det dukker opp noe snarest! Gleder meg til å flytte, samtidig som jeg gruer meg :/ Blir trist å flytte fra der vi bor nå, men godt å bli ferdig med alt flyttestyret.&lt;br /&gt;

I morgen er det opp å trille til trening med en nabovenninne! Gleder meg! Herlig å trille tur, og herlig å trene med apparater! Kjempetilbud til alle småbarnsforeldre her jeg bor, trener gratis på helsestasjonen. Perfekt. :-) &lt;br /&gt;

I går trente jeg corebar, og i dag var jeg helt &lt;b&gt;ødelagt&lt;/b&gt; i ryggen! Klarer nesten ikke bøye verken hit eller dit. Men klarte en liten treningsøkt med det i dag også. Bedre enn i går faktisk, bare ikke så brå bevegelser. Elsker egentlig å trene, selv om det er litt ork å komme i gang. &lt;br /&gt;

Mange kunne fått større utbytte av treningen hvis de visste mer om hvor viktig riktig mat og drikke er i forbindelse med trening. Ikke bare hjelper det deg å yte mer der og da, et sunt kosthold er også en god investering i et sterkt immunforsvar og en god helse. Det er ofte ikke så mye som skal til. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Det er vel litt selvsagt, men et sunt kosthold i bunnen er viktig for at kroppen skal være på topp og helsen god. Men det har også betydning for å tåle store treningsbelastniger og for å bli raskere restituert og klar for en ny økt. Har man mye karbohydrater i kostholdet, får man større energilagre i musklene (glykogenlagre) og god utholdenhet på trening. - Derfor er det viktig å sette fokus på å spise nok karbohydrater,. - Men de skal være fra sunne kilder, som grovt brød og kornprodukter, frukt og grønnsaker, matvarer som også gir andre viktige næringsstoffer i tillegg til karbohydrater. En god måltidsrytme er også viktig. Og passer man på å få i seg litt proteinholdige matvarer i hvert måltid, får musklene optimale forhold for muskelvekst og vedlikehold. Men det skal være rom for å kose seg. – Maten er mye mer enn næringsstoffer og biokjemi, og det skal man alltid huske på.&lt;br /&gt;

Det er også viktig å tenke på hva man putter i munnen når man skal trene. Med riktig påfyll før og under trening vil du få mer overskudd på treningen både fysisk og psykisk og kanskje får man det også mer gøy på trening. Har du litt kunnskap om restitusjon og spiser litt rett etter trening, får du kreftene raskere tilbake etterpå.&lt;br /&gt;
Uansett hva du trener eller hvilket nivå du trener på kan det derfor være lurt å ha litt kunnskap om kostholdet og hvilken betydning det har for prestasjon.
