JASMINE & HENNA FLUFF EASE

WHAT IT DOES: It's a deep hair conditioner made for if your hair is a fluffy, frizzy, dry, or out-of-control.

HOW YOU USE IT: Apply generously to dry hair for 20-30 minutes, then shampoo out.

MY TAKE/REVIEW ON IT: I bought this because my hair was becoming a bit frizzy. My first take was it smells a little herbal, but not a bad smell. I then applied it all over my hair, let it sit for 20 minutes and then washed it out. The results, love it! Less frizz and more shine in just one use! I'm very excited to see what it does again, I will purchase this when I run out.

Mini Shopping Haul

As I was shopping at the outlets in Orlando, I came across a store I have never been to before. It's called Love Culture, the store was so pretty I just had to go in. I ended up buying a few items.
First thing I bought was a simple classic white t-shirt with ruffles on the shoulders. I figured this would look good under any blazer.
Next thing I got was a dark grey lace tank top, which was actually free because they were having a sale buy one get one free!
And just as I was a out to leave I found this gold lizard necklace, I just had to have. The best part I only spent 16.00 dollars. Here's a link to their website:

ELF Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil

First Thoughts:
Shimmer eyeliner? I just had to buy it to try it out. The pencil is very pretty and has glitter all over it. It has a extra bonus as well, a sharpener built inside the lid! Applying it to your hand you can actually notice a shimmer to it. But as for applying it to your eyes, not so much. Now for the best part, the price is only.... $1.00. Yes, it's a steal at that price.

Overall:
I have been using this eyeliner everyday and I have to tell you I love it! It actually lasts almost all day and the price you can't beat. Also, just seen you can buy a kit of ELF shimmer eyeliners for $5.00. It comes with five different colors. Wanting to get that next. :)

How I Spent My Weekend

Saturday was Barktoberfest on the beautiful lake of Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando. They had many dogs up for adoption, I wanted to take them all!!

Then finished up the night for dinner at Sloppy Joes in Daytona Beach. Of course, we got a sloppy joe and it was delicious! How was everyone's weekend?

Lush Skin Drink Review

The Lush store is one of my favorite stores, thus far. This is my first moisturizer that I have used by Lush. I bought Skin Drink because I have dry skin and its for dry and parched skin. Now, when I first opened it, I noticed its brown in color instead of the normal white. I would recommend using this as a night cream, because I found it to be very heavy and greasy. It works well, with winter coming up, I think this is a must have. The only other thing is it smells bad, kind of like a earthy smell.

Fresh Lip Treatment Review.

I wanted to do a review on Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment, that I got from Sephoria for my birthday. Let me just say WOW. I would have never just went out and bought this myself. Since I got it as a gift, now I have to buy another one, once it runs out! They came in a set of two. The first one is in the color Rose.The color is beautiful and not over powering. The first time I put it on, it melted like butter onto my lips. I didn't even realize how dehydrated my lips were. The next one they gave me was their plain/clear one with SPF 15(the Rose one also has SPF. ) It does the same thing as the Rose one but it goes on clear. LOVE the smell of these lip treatments. Think lemons! Let me just say out of any lip treatments/balms I have tried, it doesn't come close to these. Has anyone else tried these lip balms?

Fair Skin with yellow undertones - Best bronzer for you is a combination palatte with peach, apicot, and bronze shades. It will warm up your complextion without over doing it.

Fair Skin with pink undertones - If you want to get the most natural effect use bronzer and blush. Use a medium bronzer to shade your forehead, nose, and cheeks, then sweep on a bright blush on the apples of you cheeks.

Dark skin - Use deep colors like copper and apply it on cheekbones, nose and forehead.

Extra tip- use a highlighter! The slimmery liquid makes you have a etheral beautiful glow. Blend it in light attracting areas like cheekbones, bridge of your nose, brow bones, and right above your lips! I use Benefit's High Beam :)

I'm very excited to share with you my new OPI by Sephoria 18 nail polish's! And a new blog Award!

I love these mini nail polish's because they last along time and come with beautiful colors. I usually get Sephoria's OPI kits and they only come with 4 or 5 colors, but they just released this 18 color kit for the holidays!! Now for price......48.00 dollars....not bad as this will last me a year :) Get this kit now for yourself or your friends for Christmas, because they wont last! ( happened to me last year) I will do reviews on the colors as I do my nails. What do you ladies think of this nail kit? Has anyone tried any of these colors?

Happy Saturday! Today I wanted to talk to you ladies about oils that are good for your health.

Eucalyptus Oil - Use this oil when you are congested. It works by it acts as a expectorant that helps clear mucus.

Peppermint Oil - Use this if you have a headache. Peppermint contains menthol, that is a natural anesthetic that dulls pain receptors.

Jasmine Oil - Need a mood boost? Research has shown that Jasmine acts as a natural antidepressant when messaged into skin. It is also helps with focus too.

Lavender Oil - Use this when your felling stressed out. Lavender is thought to calm the nervous system. It also relieves sore muscles.

Tea Tree Oil - You this to battle breakouts. It has antimicrobial and works to help minimize the bacteria that is responsible for pimples. Tree oil also helps with dandruff.

Clove-bud Oil - Use this when you have a mouth sore or toothache. It contains eugenol which is a analgesic and antibacterial.

How to make your blush last!
The trick to making your blush last is to prep your face with a sheer foundation and light powder first. Doing both those steps creates a base for the color to adhere to.

What kind of blush lasts the longest?
Powder formulas have more staying power then cream, while liquid and gel stains are budge proof.

What kind of makeup brush do I use?
A large fluffy powder brush is best to use if you want to swoosh color all over. A small flat brush is best for contouring.

To sculpt your cheeks...
Sweep a shimmery pink blush over your apples, then you apply a matte bronze shade in the hollows.

Ok ok this will be my last blog on foundation...for awhile, but I think it is just very important to discuss lol! Anyways I want to talk to you about what to use on certain days.

For days when you need minimal help......Go for a liquid foundation, it goes on sheer and blends easy.

For days when you have red splotches........ Go for a cream to powder formula, it will give you medium coverage and also a noncakey finish.

For days when you wont be able to touch up your makeup all day....Go for a transferproof base, its flexable and light and ensures the pigment wont fade for hours.

For days when your face is breaking out or your more oily....Go for a oil free foundation that contains salicylic acid on the package. It wont clog your pores.

Do you know what goes on first, foundation or concealer??
Answer is foundation! its the base to everything, evens out skin tone, so you can see where you ned your concealer.

Bath And Body Works Haul

Hello Ladies,

I just got some new goodies at Bath and Body works, all for 10.00!( because I had one of there coupons) .

First thing I got was 50% off, its called Pomegranate Citrus lotion, which smells really good. Got it for 5.00.

Second thing I got is mini candles 3 for 5.00 dollars. I got them in Leaves, Winter, and Spiced Apple Toddy. I love these smaller candles because I can try them out and they actually last a very long time.

Lastly I got a 60- second manicure hand scrub, I have not tried this one yet, cost was 12.00.

Has anyone else try any of these things?

Tips On Applying Your Foundation

Here are a couple of tips on how to apply your foundation.

Clean fingers give you the most natural effect because the warmth of your hands helps to melt right into your skin. Its best to use your fingers on cream and liquid foundations.

Sponges are good for providing you with more coverage and are best used for cream to podwer or thicker liquid foundations. Remember to tap not rub the base into your face for a even finish.

Foundation brush gives you a velvety finish, because you are literally painting it on. This is ideal if your going for a polished look.

Camouflage tip: You need a concealer with yellow or green undertones, for tackling redness of a zit.

The foundation that I use and lovvvee is Lancome Teint Idole Fresh Wear. Its very sheer, and blends right in my skin for a flawless look. It has 18hr shine free, with SPF of 15!

Applying a undectectable base is the first step to picking your perfect hue! You want a base that vanishes into your skin. Here are some tips on finding that perfect color.

Department Store Shopping - First thing you do is pick out 3 colors you think match your skin, and swipe them on your lower cheek or jawline. Then take a mirror and head toward a window or go outside so you can see the hues in a natural light. The one that fades into your skin without much blending is the winner.

Drugstore Shopping - First you have to determind if you are pale, medium, or dark. For pale skin look for hues labeled beige or buff. For medium stick with shades labeled warm, medium'or golden. Dark skin go for colors like tan, sable, or chestnut.

Victoria Secret Sexy Little Things VIXEN
This is a very sheer sparkling body podwer. I use it on my legs, arms, and chest, this is great for a night out on the town.

Biosilk Silk Therapy
Its a leave in treatment that repairs, smooths, and protect hair. I use this on my ends right out of the shower, also makes your hair shiny.

Lush Sugar Babe Scrub
I got this one because it is great for sensitve skin ( get sugar scrub, it you have normal skin) I use this 2 times a week. You cant beat the price of under 6 bucks. A tip on making it last longer is to crumble it up and place it in a tin.

Benefit's Erase Paste
love this spot on concealer, nice coverage.

Trim's nail file
I got this at Target for a great price. Dont do your manicures without it! Its very easy to handle and has four sides. Even out, smooth nail, buff nail, and shine nail.

So this will sum up my skincare tips of September, but dont worry for the month of October is all about your face :) Foundation, cheeks, ect...

Anywhoo on to some tips!

Stress is a key factor in acne! Here are some ways in dealing with mild/ moderate acne:

Cleaners...... look for one that is oil free and noncomedogenic. Make sure to advoid anything that will dry out your skin.

Moisturizers.......You need a oil free one that contains salicylic acid and retinol. Together they loosen clogged pores and trains your skin to shed dead cells propely.

Spot Treatments..... Get one with 10% benzoyl peroxide and 2% salicylic acid. They are the strongest you can get without a RX! Make sure to dab it with a q-tip, so you dont spread bacteria.

Hide your pimple.....Wrap a ice cube in a tissue and place it on your zip for a minnute, any longer then a minnute and it will cause redness. Then use a spot treatment before you use your concealer.

DIY Halloween Center Piece

DIY under 10 dollar center piece!

Start with a carveble pumpkin ( I got mine at Micheal's for 5.00)
A black crow ( I got mine at the dollar store for 1.00)
A bundle of fall flowers ( I got mine at Micheal's for 3.00)

Carve the top of the pumpkin, just big enough for your flowers to set nicely inside

Then place your fall flowers inside the pumpkin

Lastly add your crow!

Real simple and can be used for Thanksgiving too! Just minus the crow. What do you ladies think?
