Meet baby *R* -just 10 days old, this little man is such a precious little bundle of love. Pretty darned cute, isn’t he? BUT, if you want to see more, first you have to look at some of the layouts from the AWESOME maternity session I had with his beautiful mommy-to-be! (and you too Daddy!)

Now, when you walk in a home and see a gazillion guitars and totally rad posters on the wall - you know its not going to be your *ordinary, run-of-the-mill* maternity session - and it certainly wasn’t! These two were so fun, so *think-outside-of-the box* and best of all, SO in love with one another and looking forward to the birth of their first baby. I knew I had stumbled into something special! Here are a few of the two-page spreads I designed for them…..

Okay, okay, not that you’ve had your fill of rock-star-maternity eye candy - I’ll let you peek a little more at this beautiful little man!

I **heart** NY! I feel lucky that I was able to manage a work/play trip earlier this summer - nothing could’ve made this California girl happier than having a client ask “would you be interested in flying to NYC to shoot a session in Central Park?” WOULD I? Heck yeah! I love my So Cal beaches, but boulders and lakes and SKYLINES?? Super cool! I put the word out that I was *coming to town* (and by the way, I will come back ANY time, so if you are reading this just say the word!) and soon had several sessions lined up. These two lovely ladies flew in from Pittsburgh and we had the best time traipsing all over Central Park. My *models* were amazing, they were up for anything, climbing trees, jumping off rocks and being absolutely adorable…

Social Media revolution

Just got back from our last summer getaway before school starts - had an interesting conversation with my brother-in-law regarding *Social Media* (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc..) Came home to find this link- I thought the stats shared were REALLY interesting - what do you think???

And because no post is complete without a photo - here is a gratuitous shot of my baby girl and my niece from this weekend - catching a wave! These little monkeys are like two peas in a pod - they are two of the most adventurous *NO FEAR* little four-year-old kiddos around!

Seems like I’ve been doing a lot of sessions down in Huntington Beach lately - take a peek at a recent fave!

I love watching my *little friends* grow up! I’ve been photographing this family since *J* was a baby, now she is starting school and little sis *A* isn’t quite so little anymore! They moved away to Las Vegas and I have missed seeing their little faces (and beautiful blue eyes!) We got all caught up quickly - jumping off the lifeguard stand, splashing through the waves….how much do I LOVE my job???!! LOOK HERE to see how they looked last time I saw them….and now take a look at what beautiful young ladies they are….

I have a bit of an obsession with eyelashes and freckles…and *J* has the cutest ones ever!
