We REALLY met during our senior year of high school in our geology class, where we sat next to each other. We became friendly and before we knew it, we worked on all lab assignments together. During our senior year, Justin was enrolled in AP physics, and I was enrolled in Regents physics. Justin and I started studying together; I became the geology expert, and would quiz Justin to make sure he was up to date on all of his geology facts. Justin would continually tutor me in physics, helping me understand forces and pullies.

Friends told us that we would make a cute couple, and although we hung out with each other more and more, we stayed friends. Justin was just my friend - the boy that wore Tevas with socks, liked the outdoors, enjoyed hiking and biking.

We stayed friends all of senior year; we didn’t even go to our senior prom together.

But it was finally after graduation that we decided that we really liked each other, and finally decided to become boyfriend and girlfriend.

Justin and I have been together ever since (basically, there were a few hiccups). And here we are today.
