Dengue Fever and Caesarea case for Jessica

Everything was so normal till

Oct 2011 , It was suppose to be a planned Caesarea for Jessica to deliver our 2nd baby (Baby Paris) but there was situation where jess was having excesss bleeding on the first day after she was out from hospital . and on the 4th day which we though everything was fine and prepare to go back on friday..

At the end we end up taking Ambulance Car to University Hospital for ICU , because our gynae was affair there was complexity around and there was not enough doctor in SJMC .

It was my first experience in Government Hospital but UH was better at least it was semi- private but people attitude of work really need to revise at the same time also I need to thank to Dr Hamza (I recall this name) and with his help and few of other doctor . It manage to clam us down by giving us more information on what is going on .. 1st Terrible experience in 2011

2nd Experiences.

My lovely wife Jess was infected by Dengue Fever , initial I don’t believe that because she seldom going out of house during the confinement . We try to call few hospital but most of them was fully occupant . We try the new hospital Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau. Till now she haven’t fully recover ,

According to Doctor , there was no medicine out there except for the patience itself to fight through the viral by his own body resistant.

I try google around for local remedy and I manage to find out a few and try those.

Coconut Water (It might be cool for women ) but this was good to lower down the fever.

Watermelon red &white to brew together into juice (don’t include the skin)

Papaya Leaf (famous in internet) - We try it for 1st day but effect was not show totally

there was another topic for papaya leaf – Check this out ,we try 5ml per 2 serving but did’t manage to see any effect . According to Jessica she feel abit “drug” after taking 2nd dose of this papaya leaf.

田鸡燉小苦瓜 – This was send by our friend and my sister , after the soup jessica reading for WBC / PCV/HCv was increase except platelet still droping

Hao Zhu Zao 豪猪枣 - I got this info from my mum and jess friend so I try out this remedy and indeed jessica platelet was stop to drop higher from 20k per day into 5k , infact yesterday afternoon blood test ,her platelet was going up to 5k but it was late drop 4k this morning…

Anyhow we still fighting , I will continuous to update so that a remedy can be found and make sure it for other people who suffer from it.

Before Jess going to deliver , we make a short visit to Pavillion KL to see how was the "Japan Street" decor
,while visiting the places we show a stage and there was few baby was there to try out.

and Zoey was interesting to try it out as well , with help from my handphone i manage to snap some of her talent picture..:) Bo-cha cha..:)

So long I did’t start blogging as I have being preparing for “surprise"” , health problem and my carreer going down hill sometime ago.

We bought this toy for zoey when we travel to penang and meet up with one of the education supplier who also sell some of those little cute toy.

Till today it was my routine work when I come back home , Zoey will wait and ask papa to play games

We can see she is paying a lot of concentration on how to move those car and herself also try to destory the car bay and rebuild it again..

Was she cute ? Yes…definitely is..

I will remind myself to keep blog for my cute little girl so that when she grow bigger she can read it..

Time for papa to goto sleep now…see ya 2molo morning.

Seoul travel–1 day @Incheon Airport

Thank to airasia again , we arrive at Incheon airport with 1/2 hour delay .(wonder why airasia can’t improve anything from there).

Me and Alex was traveling around the main airport and it look like there was few similarity compare with KLIA(Kuala Lumpur International Airport)

Same using train/subway to run through the tunnel to main block from arrival block

Instruction was clear –English , Japanese, Chinese..

We arrive late and tour guide inform us to “makan sendiri”/Self service first and promise one day will bring us to have better food(in fact it never happen .. )

Below was the lobby of our hotel which we are going to hop and stay for 4 days (Co-Op)

and I manage to buy some supper (Banana milk + instant noddle)

Why we engage Tour Guide it is because we affair the language barried which might happen and we plan to move around few state that the travel peak period.

My Korea trip preparation

Packing for the trip

1) Mobile Phone – We need to serious think of which phone to bring as Korea/Seoul is running total different network as what a developing country like Malaysia is having.. . I still bring my iphone around , although the GPS was not able to work well but those app which build in map still enable me to work around Seoul shopping area without a problem.

Later I will create a post on what app is useful in Seoul for Iphone.

2)Cloth to bring - This time I totally mess up with the weather forecast , initial the weather was suppose to be rainly and cold but during my stay over there it was hot and humidity (80% or higher) only the last 3 day it stay rain and cause land fall. Can refer to ( AccuWeather.com - Weather News)

3)Exchange of Currency – as normal if you going to bring less then RM 2k to Seoul , just change it at any counter in shopping center will do but if you are someone like me who just can pick anything up from the bone , I will advice you to change half RM 1k in Sg.Wang (since they offer the best decimal prices.. another 1k change to USD and when you finish all your Won(Korea Currency) then change your USD at (myeong-dong which offer the higher price in Seoul).

4) There was 2 forum which I found it useful and provide more feedback as well

1).Tripadvisor (Seoul Travel Forum) , reply was from all around the world with experiences , further there was local people who helping on answer question as well

2) Low Yatt Forum – South Korea v2 . reply was selective but sometime it was useful because there was a lot of people went to Korea in Airasia , hence answer was instant as well but most of them was asking question/quote then answer your questions..

5)Shopping or tour around ? If you plan to go for shopping , I will advice you book your stay near Dongdamum n Myeong-dong believe me you will save a lot of travel time. Cut other places because they aren’t so cheap compare to this 2 and most shopping center around this area offer (tax-refund – money will be refund to you once you departure out from airport)

6)Tax-Refund – The only option of tax refund is only available at Airport and you have to reach the counter before 9pm to have “cash refund” else you need to fill up a form and it will mail back the money in USD to your mailing address . (So far I haven’t receive my tax-refund because airasia only open the check-in counter after 8pm and believe me the queue is damn long and crazy either you queue at < 10th else just prepare to fill up the envelope. Although we can get tax-refund on other airport as well. Explanation and map .

This was first time I celebrate myself as father in father days as previously we always organize so my father or my father in law together to celebrate it.

As it was a weekend and we are heading back to my mother house in KL , So this saturday we staying in Klang for 1 days .

In order to give a treat to Zoey and enjoy my hungry stomach in A&W . So we heading to Jusco for Zoey round first.

Zoey enjoy her marry go around trip at Playground at Jusco Captain Zoey on your services..

After hour of playing and running it is time to go for a break , so we head down to A&W (Be honest there wasn’t a lot of branch for A&W now in Malaysia better go support them for their yummy RootBear & Conny Hotdog..

I got a idea about this trip after I visiting a blog about krabi and the nature of the people around make me decide to go for a visit.

Thank again for Airasia , it make us affordable to flight there with a lot more budget ..

Krabi is actually located at Ao Nang provinces /state. and it is famous of it sandy beach and near by more then 10 small island with few mountain area as well.

We actually opt for island snorkeling ,as it was famous on that too.

I have also make my comment to contribute back to tripadvisor which assist me to choice the hotel (Ao Nang Princeville Resort). my comment link .

Along Ao Nang beach ,there was a lot of restaurant available Pasta, Mexica, Italy, Swiss ,Authentic India food , Local Thail food (must try) , BBQ Seafood and at a lot more.

We manage to try out banana pancake(I did’t manage to snap any photo because it was heavy rain ) and we are dating under the rain..

This time as it was due to climate change , there was a lot of coral dead start last year end (2010)

Thailand really take care of their island by collecting money for each island visit and putting proper sign board to alert people to take care of environment (Malaysia dust pun tak ada )

Below photo share was including a day arrive in Krabi with 2nd day of 4 island hopping (Poda Island,Tub Island, Chicken Head Island, Pranang Cave)

During end of the 4 island trip , we manage to make time to visit “The Last fishermen” , The Golden Beach Resort which was recommend by one of our friend we meet at the restaurant .

Last year in month of Sept , we heading to Awana Kijal for weekend breakfree ,

This time we bring Jessi parent to go with us since they have not being there for past 10 year.

We try the stuff crab which seen to be famous on the blog and lucky the shop open once we reach there because we might not able to try out the food . We are the first customer after they official open at 6pm . we order some specialty and noddle to fill up our stomach and continuous our journey back to Awana

Same with the previous post , before we going to Pudu plaza to shop for my camera battery , it is time to find somethig to fill out our almost empty stomach.

We try our luck to goto Yak Kee on the photostate road(Why i call it because on the road itself we have more then 10 shop is doing photostat/printing business. Actually my wedding invitation card also make and design on one of those shop too

Jessi and Zoey is enjoying themselves while i taking short time to snap some picture , in fact i really like those food very much just that we hardly have time to drop by this area . we also order the chee cheong fun in sweet soup and curry soup .There are alot of choice including Lou Shi Fun with herbal soup too.

Rain start heavy hence we decide to walk around the alley and later ask the waiter for help and he later volunteer to fetch us into our car with the big umbrella , what a friendly places..

Since today is public holiday (Hari Haji ) hence we head down to KL to shop for my SLR battery as the original battery is out of order.

I going alone to meet up Tony the owner of digitalmania , my wife and maid is together with baby zoey to walk around the place .

Zoey found out this shop which sell most of the product from China(Lucky we have china product because i recall previous if we need to buy a RC helipcopter it will cost > 1k (during my teenage ).

We try out a few of them and decide to buy a cheaper one so that we can bring the plane to go for split in Batu Gajah on saturday.

When we go back , zoey can’t wait for me to open out and straight away taken the plane and play for himself too..:)

Be honest this kind of toy is danger to baby after we realize that because of our skillset on flying this most of the time , the helipcopter is hitting the wall and crash down and when the motor start to spin it is danger for baby especially their eye. Do take note and put someone to take care of baby and always play it outdoor.

24-30 months

• One for you, one for me
You can use anything you like for this game -- buttons, crayons, raisins. Give your toddler a small pile and ask him to share them out -- 'one for you, one for me' -- into some small containers or plates. Invite your husband, a little friend or his favourite teddy to join in, too, so he can practise sharing things out three ways. Your toddler will love being in charge -- and this game will help introduce him to numbers as well.
• Indoor basketball
Use sheets of newspaper to make lots of balls by scrunching them up small. Clear any nearby breakable objects before starting play. Practise by having a competition to see who can throw the balls furthest. Then play basketball -- place a wastepaper bin a metre or so away and see who can land a ball in it. Besides being lots of fun, this game will help improve your toddler's hand-eye skills.
• Odd man out
Practice this game using your fruit bowl or a plate of biscuits to begin with. Put a couple of apples and a banana, for example, or two plain biscuits and one chocolate one, in front of your toddler and ask him which is the odd one out. Gradually you can make the game more difficult with card shapes or pictures -- two squares and one triangle, for example, or two flowers and one tree -- and seeing if he can spot which one is different. A great game for helping your toddler understand the concepts of 'same' and 'different'.
• Going on a picnic
Make an ordinary day more fun by having a picnic for lunch. You don't need to go out -- just spread a blanket on the sitting-room floor and eat from paper plates. Prepare some finger food with your toddler -- mini sandwiches, vegetables sticks, hardboiled eggs, for example, and encourage him to pretend that you're somewhere more exciting, like up a mountain or by a stream. Your toddler will love using his imagination and it will also give you lots to talk about.
• Where does this go?
Using old magazines cut out pictures of pieces of furniture -- chairs, TV, cooker, bed -- as well as other things you have around the house like a kettle, towels and books. Then cut out pictures of rooms -- a sitting room, dining room, garage, garden. Lay the pictures out on the floor and ask you toddler to help put all the pictures of the furniture and objects in the right room. Don't worry too much if he doesn't know or gets it wrong -- just see the game as a great chance to have a chat and encourage your toddlers conversational skills.
• Don't fall in the sea!
Pretend the carpet is the sea and your toddler has to reach the other side of the room without getting his feet wet. Place cushions, magazines or paper plates across the floor as stepping stones. A fun game that will help your toddler's sense of balance and spatial awareness.

30-36 months

• Red letter day
Make one day of the week a red day. Choose something to wear that's red. Have strawberry jam on toast for breakfast. Do a red painting, pick some red flowers, have a pizza for lunch, count red cars on the way to the shops and stop for a strawberry milkshake on the way home. A fun game to help teach your toddler about colours!
• Lotto
An easy shop-bought game your toddler will love. The idea is to fill up spaces on a board by placing matching cards over the pictures on the board. Choose a version with big bold pictures your toddler will recognise. Matching games like this are great for developing number skills.
• Scribble away
Invest in a box of jumbo crayons, spread some large sheets of plain paper over the floor and join your toddler in a scribbling game. Don't worry about making pictures -- just marking the paper with different colours and shapes will be fun as well as helping your toddler develop his hand movements.
• 'Simon says'
Although this is usually a game for a group, it's also fun played one to one. You are the leader -- begin by calling out simple commands like 'Simon says, put your hands on your head' and demonstrating the command yourself. Your toddler has to obey you. Carry on with other commands, such as 'Simon says put your hands on your knees', 'Simon says cross your arms'. Do some funny ones, too, like 'Simon says stick your tongue out'. For older two-year-olds you could try to catch your toddler out by saying 'Touch your toes' omitting 'Simon says'. Without the magic words your toddler mustn't follow the command! A great game for learning body parts and practising observation skills.
• Hot and cold
Hide a small treat in a room and then ask your toddler to come and find it. When he gets nearer the treat he's warm, when he's really close he's hot! But if he's too far away he's cold. If he gets frustrated, hold his hand and try to find the treasure together. Keep up a running commentary until he discovers where it is. A fun game that reinforces the idea of object permanence -- in other words, just because you can't see something doesn't mean it isn't there.
• All fall down
Make a set of skittles using plastic bottles or cardboard tubes from kitchen roll. You can decorate them with paint or stickers. To begin with just set up three or four about one metre from the throwing line. Use a large soft ball or a pair of rolled-up socks. Encourage your toddler to roll the ball, or throw it if he finds rolling difficult. The more practised he becomes, the further away he can stand. When he knocks one down tell him how many he has left to help him with counting.

As mother is going off to china next month hence she need to buy something and it happen to be only sold at Rawang .

So we decide to make a relax outing with ah man and also go for the waterfall .

The bad thing is while on the way the rain is very heavy from KL through Rawang , altough when we reach the spot rain is already stopped

but the water is in bad condition for us to play around hence we decide to take a shoot and save the location in GPS so that we will go there again in better weather

Family photo shoot too bad ah kong(My father , zoey grandfather) is not around to enjoy with us.

Although we cant enjoy the nature water but still we wash our leg before we jump into car from a water paip out from the small little hill..:)

After picking sister and mother , we heading from Jln University to the restaurant , in fact i also not really sure where is the location of the restaurant but after checking through the map from internet(Special thank to google of cause) .

After parking my car on the open air area, my blogger hobby start itchy again .

As when we reach it really take us sometime to find the restaurant even though we can see it from outside but we still able to find it after skipping through a few level..:) adventure end..and time to go for Dr stomach .

Overall the food is great but i dont have time to snap the picture because of zoey is still not familiar with other koko and jeje , so we have to find her to walk around the shop and the area.

Since sister winnie car got puncture 2 tyre and she is not able to join the lunch gathering hence we pack those remaining food and bring to her .Walau a long jam from NKVE to Kesasa

Actually Zoey have celebrate her english birthday at my wife house @klang as when we come back to my family house then we arrange another part for her with my family side..(Yes yes yes , we are a big family).

After getting zoey to have her afternoon sleep , jessi handle the decorb and food while me. preparing my gadget to capture the moment.

Party almost started with our guest come in slowly , start to warm up the party..!!!!!

As today we have plan to setup a birthday party for zoey , before we start to split our job and workout the plan,

Another are one of them which we bought during Cameroon Highland Trip.

Each morning if weather permit, i will bring zoey out to have “flower drink water” session , to teach her to water the flower also take some fresh air as well.

She also helping me to clean out my camera gadget to use for the evening party, like father like girl ..:)

I forgotten why we was there at the first place but this picture is really something for us to remember and she really like that place and the food alot , although the price is not cheap but just once a blue month for Zoey to enjoy and for us to feel the happy in her.

We make this trip very unplanned because there are bundle stay in Hotel with jess x-college.

After applying our leave in advance of 5 days , we heading to singapore by driving down south from KL to Johor Bharu

Sentosa – waterworld a open eye for zoey

Muslim food – Zam zam the best food muslim hawker food around , Zoey first time taken india food

ION Orchard Shopping ?? Why this shopping center ??? because there are a gem hidden around

Yes…It is Provence Wassat 60 cent piece with 3 different favor Choco , Kaya ,Butter , we finish it before we come back to singapore

and Zoey really like it intro by my college with Title call –TP..:)

Do hope they can start a shop in malaysia , because Zoey can digest it without any problem even after taken 3 piece per days…:)

Tomorrow is our day to go Afamosa , hence we plan to make some last minute shopping at Tropical Mall(Infact it is because i got a appointment with someone at the Mall)..

So my wife come together with grandmother and bb zoey and together we make a trip to the mall. This is the 2nd time zoey enjoy his fun time with grandmother

I saw this education tool/Toy at Modern Home 2010 at mid-valley , initially when zoey playing on it during the showcase,

And it is Zoey concentration which make me decide to spent this .

This is the open box when we go back home and Zoey already can’t wait on this.

After checking through the box , i found out that this is for 3 year older baby but not zoey, but for learning there is no max or min in age…

Because of the new food court(Hutong) open in @Lot10 ,so we decide to take a visit there and try out their food. In fact i did’t snap any picture during the time as i’m buzy tasting those food although the foodcout food is not really yummy for us but still we come out with big stomach .

We stop by a new concept of Cafe store call “Jackie Chan Cafe” and it is confirm by the waitress that it is really own by Jackie Chan
