Although I know that there are many thousands of opportunities online where you can make money, there are 2 that I find make the top of my list.

#1 – Send Out Cards

#2 – MCA

Both have something very important in common… they have a high retention rate.

What matters most in this industry is not how much you can make today, but how much you can make years from now from today’s efforts.

After 10 years of experience working from home I have felt the frustration, as many others have, of spending so much time and effort into growing a business, to then have it fall apart.

For example, if you go to a forum or do an online search for info on a nutritional company, you will find that 99% of the links posted there by reps are no longer active. People just quit! So really, leaders in those companies put in so much time and effort to grow their teams, just to see it fall apart and that includes their residual income.

So that is why I prefer to Work Smarter, Not Harder!

So… how do I do it?

You will notice something important about all those people in your company who you always see climbing the ranks…

They have a couple things in common:

1. They know exactly what the next rank is and what’s required to reach it
2. They know how many people they need to help to get there
3. They are focused on their goal
4. They take action
5. They are consistent
6. They don’t give up!

Most people see the TOP RANK as an impossibility, but they fail to notice that there are baby steps that you need to take to make it to the top.

So my recommendation to you, no matter what nm biz you’re in, is to create a business plan around your next rank advancement. Visualize it and start taking action.

Once you know where you are headed, you’ll know what needs to be done to achieve it.

Think about this and answer these 3 questions:

1. What are the requirements to achieve your next rank? (find out now)
2. What is your SPECIFIC game plan to get it done? (write it down)
3. What is your deadline? (Don’t have one? Make a realistic one NOW!)

You never know what you can do unless you try!

This is YOUR business, no-one will do it for you. And once you understand this, you will be ready to move OUT of your comfort zone and do what needs to be done to achieve your dreams.
