My little girl loves to read a book or signs wherever we are. I am glad that she loves reading at an early age. I do not think I learn how to read when I was five years old. Technologies today are amazing. She will turn six years old this summer. I am planning of buying her a kobo ereader for kids. I am not sure if they have it available. This is the best gift for her. She can read anytime and wherever she goes. There are many kids’ stories in this gadget by famous children book authors. She will learn to love reading more. Did you watch the American Idol finale last night? Did you miss it? The American Idol season 11 winner is Phillip Phillips. Congratulations to you and to your family. There was a scene of the show last night about the mentors of these amazing contestants. The mentors were given a free key to the new Ford car. The two American Idol finale contestants Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips received the car keys as well. I think that is very sweet of the Ford car company. I am sure that these four people are very proud to drive the newest Ford car models. How do you feel if you are giving a key to drive a new car? I am sure all of them were very thankful indeed.

My husband will celebrate his birthday next month. I cannot think of anything that I will give to him. I ask him last night if he still smoking. He said yes but I know he is still smoking. He has tried to quit but so far no luck yet. I guess it is not easy quitting when you smoke for a while.

I missed my Mother-in-law’s birthday dinner lasts Saturday. The kids and I are at the park celebrating another birthday party. I ask the kids that we are going to Grandma’s birthday dinner at the restaurant. They do not want to go. I hate to miss my Mom’s birthday dinner. The kids are having blast playing with their friends. They were all soak and dirty. We stop by at my Mom’s house on the way home. I am glad that everybody is still in her house. My Mom received a TV from all us. We chip money so she can have a new TV. She needed it so badly. I am glad that my Mom enjoyed her birthday gift from us. I did not see the new TV yet. It needs to hook up before we can watch the show.

Who does not wants to go shopping? Ever woman loves to go shopping, right? It was the day of our tenth year wedding anniversary. I went shopping to the mall. I went to different stores looking for gifts to buy for my family back in the Philippines. I went to Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Hallmark and Aeropostale.

I did not spend much. The biggest I spent was $85 at Victoria’s Secret. I have to spend $65 at least to get the Victoria’s Secret beach towel. I am happy for the items that I shop. Most of them are not mind but for my family back in the Philippines.

Our car inspection is due

My husband will bring our car for inspection sometime today. It is due this month. I do not want to drive the car, and the inspection is due. I might get fine from the police. I think that would be embarrassing to happen. He will bring the car to the auto shop near where we live. It is a few minutes drive. I hope that he can do it very soon. I have not done it by myself. I always let my husband does it. What about you? Did you try to bring the car for inspection by yourself? How much did you pay?
