Recently I had the pleasure of having Latina Magazine visit me at Mint The Salon in NY for a makeup video on how to accomplish the perfect smoky eye. My beautiful model was Jessica Caban and I could not have asked for a nicer, more gorgeous Latina for the feature (Thanks Melissa Swider and Top 5 Management for the introduction).

Use the Natures Paradise Palette for your eyeshadow and apply the light gold color over your lid from lash line to brow bone. Then use the dark brown shadow very lightly on your lid from lash line to crease.

Intensify this dark shadow on the crease in a back and forth motion to make your eye appear deeper.

Take the Intensity Gel Liner from the inner corner of the eye across the lid and extend it at the corner for a cat-eye effect. Don't forget to line the lower lid and blend with a little dark shadow for a softer effect.

Use the Triple Impact Mascara on both upper and lower lashes to finish your perfect smoky eye.

My Favorite Moments of 2010

2010 has been one of the best years of my life!

I’ve been blessed with amazing friends, clients and my career has never been better.

I wanted to share some of my favorite moments of this year with you.

I started the year by traveling to Los Angeles with my agent to meet up with Supermodel Marisa Miller for her Grammys red carpet appearance and had a great, unforgettable time.

As soon as I returned to New York I met up with Mercedes Sanchez for a BeChicMag.com interview filmed at Sephora where I found myself getting a lot more comfortable in front of cameras.

In the early spring I got together with Solange Knowles for The Leukemia Awareness Gala where she looked spectacular on the red carpet and loved catching up with her as she is always a blast to be around. The following month I experienced traveling privately with Beyonce Knowles to the White House for the State Dinner and seriously appreciated the priceless moments I lived while in DC.

Back in New York I worked with Erin Andrews and loved how beautiful, nice and a true sweetheart she is; truly a perfect celebrity!

During the summer I travelled to Toronto with Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Erin Heatherton and returned to New York right on time for the most important day of my life; My Wedding! A day filled with lots of love and wonderful memories of family, friends and oh yeah! I did my own makeup and added individual lashes to my bridal party so we all looked fabulous!

Back from my honeymoon I got to meet model Angela Lindvall for the sustainable Pop-Up Gallery for Pure DKNY and I got to see how full of life she truly is. Later in the fall I got to work with Victoria’s Secret models Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton, Chanel Iman and Lily Aldridge during the press for The VS Fashion Show where it really was like having best friends 24x7 as everyone was special to me from the PR girls to the Angels.

Another great singer who I loved working with this year was Tiffany Evans, who is a special person in my life as I've known her since she was 14. I was extremely happy to be involved with her latest project and had a great time on set for her music video and album packaging.

Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season brought many one-of-a-kind moments as I found myself staring at the TV and seeing myself in specials like Beyonce’s I Am World Tour on ABC and E!News.

I end this incredible year with my latest fashion story on Stylecaster and truly appreciate the love and support they have given me while on set and on Twitter!

Special thanks to my husband, agent, family, friends, Pür Minerals, my incredible clients and all of you (Twitter followers, Facebook fans, blog readers) for a successful year full of growth. I’m very grateful for all the opportunities that helped me get ready for what is coming in 2011.

wanted to share some of my favorite VS Beauty products I

recently used on Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton and

Lily Aldridge; three of their newest and most gorgeous angels

in the world.

Follow these easy steps I use every time I work with Victoria's

Secret supermodels to achieve flawless looks night and day:

*Prep your skin with a top quality lightweight tinted face

moisturizer that will correct imperfections and even out your

skin tone.

*Try an oil-free concealer for better under-eye coverage and/or

to conceal stubborn blemishes.

*Always have an eyeshadow with multiple but separate shades

Hey all! I've been so excited to share this Must Have Makeup Mondays with you because it's all about the most amazing day of my life - my wedding day! It was a truly remarkable occasion and I felt like the most beautiful woman from morning to night. So for those soon-to-be brides that are about to embark on their big day, and those of you who just want to know a few tips on how to look like a gorgeous bride, I wanted to share my personal wedding day secrets.

To start off, there are a few things that I did prior to my wedding day that have helped me look and feel 100% ready:

1. Drinking a lot of water. You won't look like a blushing bride if your skin is dry and dehydrated.

2. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night for at least a full week before your wedding. Let's face it, no one wants to look and feel tired on their big day.

3. Get a facial a week before not a day before! Facials often leave red spots and need time to heal, so take that into consideration when you book your appointments.

4. Have a test run for your hair and makeup, and make sure you're completely satisfied with your wedding look before your big day. Don't try anything new the day before. It's always better to stick with your regular hair style and color in order to avoid last minute disasters. Remember, your natural self is always the best!

5. Relax! Find some time to reflect and meditate every single day.

Ok, so, let me go on to my wedding day makeup! For my wedding look, I went for classic, pure, and romantic. In my opinion, a bride should look natural and radiant. In order to achieve my look, I used:

Are you one with nature? For me summer is all about being outdoors - enjoying the warmth of the sun and the serenity of nature around me. Unfortunately, living in New York City and traveling back and forth as part of my career, I rarely get the opportunity to fully enjoy nature and all of it’s beauty. However, that doesn’t stop me from taking advantage of all of it’s benefits! As a frequent jetsetter, my one traveling rule is – no matter how tired you are, never look like it getting on and off the plane! But that doesn’t mean you need to miss your flight because you spent an hour applying makeup. When it comes to traveling, less is always more. So, here are my 5 easy steps on how to become a trendsetting jetsetter in a matter of a few minutes:
