Marky Cielo died at dawn today the cause of death is not yet clear.

An initial report says that Marky died in his sleep. His mother went up to his room in their house in Antipolo City around 6 a.m. to wake him up for a charity event. But he never woke up.

Marky was a product of GMA-7's StarStruck Batch 3, where he won as the Ultimate Sole Survivor. He was the first Igorot to join the popular reality-based artista search. Among his batchmates were Iwa Moto, Jackie Rice, and Gian Carlo.

After winning in StarStruck, he appeared in several GMA-7 shows which included Encantadia, Fantastikids, Bakekang, Asian Treasures, Boys Next Door, Kaputol ng Isang Awit, and Codename: Asero. But he was best known as Zaido Green in Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.

He was also a mainstay of the musical-variety show SOP and in the primetime series La Lola.

Marky, who is also known for his dancing prowess, grew up in Butuan City but his family moved to the north, Antipolo city in particular.

GMA 7 issued the following statement past 4 p.m. Sunday on the death of Cielo.

"Bandang alas 10 kaninang umaga sa Antipolo Doctors Hospital ay idineklarang dead on arrival ang young actor at Starstruck Nationwide Invasion Sole Survivor na si Marky Cielo.

"Ayon sa paunang salaysay ng kanyang ina na si Mildred Cielo, natagpuan niyang nakahandusay ang kanyang anak sa kanilang tahanan sa Antipolo, Rizal, at agad niya itong isinugod sa ospital. Sa ngayon ay hinintay pa nila ang resulta ng imbestigasyon sa sanhi ng pagpanaw ni Marky Cielo bago magbigay ng opisyal na pahayag ang kanyang pamilya.

Tubong Mountain Province at may lahing Igorot si Marky Cielo, at itinanghal na Sole Survivor sa Season 3 ng Starstruck. Hinangaan siya sa kanyang husay sa kanyang pag-arte at pagsayaw.

Huli siyang napanood sa Startok, SOP, at La Lola. Siya rin ang tumatayong Youth Spokesperson ng Department of Health.

Si Marky Cielo ay 20 years old. Bukod sa mga panalangin, humihiling ang pamilya Cielo ng privacy sa matinding dagok na to sa kanilang buhay."

Report: Oscar Dela Hoya Vs. Manny Pacquaio, The dream match results

Round 1: This fight is underway. Chants of "Manny!" at the start. De La Hoya misses with a big uppercut. Seeing them in the ring, Oscar looks significantly taller than Manny, but Manny has real muscle on him. Manny lands a big shot to Oscar's head! Manny is clearly quicker than Oscar. Nice combination from Oscar. Manny is on the attack and is moving more quickly. And Oscar gets Manny against the ropes! A couple of big shots from Oscar, but then Manny moves. A very entertaining first round, and I give it to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 2: Oscar backs Manny against the ropes, but then Manny lands a good left. Oscar isn't moving around nearly as well as Manny is, although Oscar is using his reach to his advantage when he can. Oscar is trying to back Manny against the ropes, while Manny is trying to keep the fight in the center of the ring. Oscar has a welt on the side of his eye. Manny lands a body shot and then moves away before Oscar can answer it. Big uppercut from Manny. Nice straight left hand from Manny. Manny has landed more punches in the second round and shown better command of the ring. I give the second round to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 3: Oscar is trying hard to back Manny against the ropes but so far he can't keep him there. Oscar tries to land a very hard right hand but can't connect. Oscar finally backs Manny up and lands a good left hook, but again, Manny moves away and lands a solid punch in the middle of the ring. Oscar landed a shot to the belt line, and he's showing some power, but Manny is just so much quicker that Oscar doesn't have much of an answer. I give the third round to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 4: Between rounds, Freddie Roach told Pacquiao, "He's very slow." No doubt about that. Big left hands from Manny to Oscar's head hurt Oscar, although Oscar also landed a good straight right. Manny is coming in with his left hands, and they're trading, with Manny getting the better of the exchange. Now Manny comes in with a right hook. Oscar backs Manny off with his best series of jabs so far in the fight. A big body shot and then a hard straight punch to the head for Manny. Manny is landing punches at will and moving away before Oscar can respond. I give the fourth to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 5: Oscar lands a good right at the start of the round. Manny lands a good left and a good right, and then Oscar responds with an even better left and right. Manny is just abusing Oscar because he's so much faster with both his hands and his feet. It's a sensational showing for Manny, just peppering Oscar with punches all over the place. Good shot to the body by Oscar and then some left hooks to the head, and Oscar finally gets some offense going. It took him a long time, but Oscar finally showed how to do some damage to Manny. I still give the round to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 6: Manny looks a little bit winded, but Oscar looks broken down. HBO's Harold Lederman has given all five rounds to Pacquiao, has have I. Oscar is backing off and hoping to catch Manny making a mistake. Manny landed a punch that I thought was low, but the ref didn't say anything about it. They're mixing it up and Oscar is looking angry and frustrated with Manny's superior hand speed.

Round 7: Freddie Roach told Manny between rounds to keep the fight in the middle of the ring. Oscar threw a lumbering right hand that Manny was able to avoid. Manny is continuing to land effective punches and then back away before Oscar can do anything about it. Manny has Oscar trapped in the corner and is just toying with him. Manny is just destroying Oscar here. Oscar isn't even trying to do anything other than cover himself up. This round goes to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 8: Oscar's corner is telling him they might have to throw in the towel if he doesn't start throwing punches. Oscar swings and misses and Manny bashes him against the ropes. I don't know if Oscar can take much more of this. Manny continues to just pummel Oscar against the ropes, and Oscar can't do a thing about it. Give Oscar credit for staying up, but he just can't do anything against Manny. Oscar gets some offense going and lands a few punches, but Manny doesn't look hurt by them at all, and he comes right back and bashes Oscar in the corner. I give the round to Pacquiao, 10-9.

Round 9: Oscar can't answer the bell for the ninth round! It's over. Manny Pacquiao defeats Oscar De La Hoya by TKO after eight rounds.

RedMobile Official website has been launch. I have been waiting for it since i received the call from my umobile sim that they are transferring facilities to Smart Telecoms and changed their name into REDMOBILE. Heres my log about their transfer.

It looks like RedMobile aimed to compete with the service of suncellular. The only difference is redmobile is powered by 3G, the red mobile SIM is only compatible with a 3G handset and 3G signal and can only be use with a 3G handset model. Yes, you heard it right, the redmobile simcard wont work in a 2G or ordinary mobile phones, it should be a 3G Phone to enjoy the benefits of it and their service.

umobile will eventually be Red Mobile

I received a phone call from umobile (02 981-15-00) informing me that umobile will eventually be Red Mobile.

The umobile representative said that they will be transitioning from umobile to Red Mobile (using Smart’s facilities) from November 16-20, and umobile’s services will be affected or will be not be available during that time.

They will also be delivering a new SIM card via courier replacing my umobile SIM and that the initial free load of the said SIM is 200 pesos (compared to umobile’s 100). The free 100 peso load will also continue with Red Mobile said the representative. All this free of charge.

I asked the representative if the umobile to globe internetwork connection will be fixed and she said yes, it will be fixed after the transfer of facilities to Smart network. I asked also if there will be more convinient way of loading the sim (red mobile account) and she told me that it will be more easier and faster as they will provide loading station nationwide.

What is the Basic Link Structure within a Site

This is probably the most obvious, but certainly one of the most overlooked aspects of search engine optimization. This helps to make sure that search engine spiders can actually find (crawl) all of your site’s pages. But if they can not find them, then they won’t get spidered, and this means that they won’t get indexed. In fact, no amount of search engine optimization you try will help.

Below are some points that should be taken note of in respect of link structure for your site.

Spiders can not see links which are accomplished by JavaScript. This is because, as far as search engines will be concerned, they do not exist. So if you want spiders to follow the links on your site, do not use JavaScript. In fact, you will find that Google will not spider any URL if it looks like it has a session ID in it. So any URL’s that have a longish number or odd characters (such as a question mark) in them should be avoided (these are often dynamic URL’s).

It is important that you make sure that all pages link to at least one other page. Pages which do not link out are known as “dangling links”. It is important that you structure the internal links so that targeted search terms are reinforced. So make sure that you organize your links so that your topic’s sub topic pages are linked to it (ensuring that you use the right link text that is specific to the page being linked to) and vice versa. See below for the different types of methods we mean.

Link Text
This is one of the 2 most important elements to ensure good rankings for a site. It can either be on pages within the site, or on other sites’ pages. But which ever way you do it, it is important that it is included. It is vital that you include the target page’s main search term in the link text. Also, whenever possible, do not use identical text for every link that links to a page. But if you can include the target page’s main search term in the link text instead.
In fact, links will carry more weight with search engines if the text around them is concerned with the target page’s topic and search term(s).

Title Tag
This is probably second most important element in order to get good rankings for a site. It is important that you make sure the page’s search term is contained within this tag. So place it as near to the front as possible while ensuring that the title reads well. In fact, there is nothing wrong with you placing the search term up front on its own and then follow it with a period such as “Page Rank. Google Page Rank and how do I make the most of it?” As you can see, the target search term here is of course “Page Rank”. But what you should obviously do is make sure that each page’s title tag is different from the title tags on your site’s other pages.

Description Tag
You will find that some search engines, such as Google no longer display the description like they use to. But no matter what, you should include this on each page for those search engines that do. There are even the odd times when Google will actually display them. So it is vital that you write a description that is appealing and incorporates the page’s search term into it at least once but preferably twice is better. So if you can, place one at the start or as near to the start of the description as possible.

Keywords Tag
It is important to remember that the keywords tag is never actually treated by search engines as keywords. They will be treated as text on a page. Although this tag is not effective as it used to be, there is no reason to leave it out. Instead, make sure that you put in plenty of relevant keywords and include the search term once at the front of the tag. Also, you do not need to separate keywords or key phrases with commas (as is often done) as search engines ignore these.

Bold Text
This gives more weight to a page than ordinary text, but not as much as an H Tag does. So where ever possible, enclose the search term in bold tags occasionally where it appears on the page.

Normal Text
Whenever possible, use the search term as often as you can on the pages of your site. But ensure that they do not detract from how the page actually reads. Ensure that you use the term once or twice in the very early pages of the body text, and then as often as possible throughout. If you need to, reword small parts and add sentences to ensure that the search term is well represented in the text for good search engine optimization.

But you will probably find that each word you have in your search term will be found separately on the page. So, if you need to, add a few of them throughout the page.

Alt Text
Include your search term in the alt text of all images on your pages. It is important to remember that some systems, such as those used by Braille readers and speech synthesizers, use the alt text. So it may be advisable to make them usable while including the search term.

So in summary what you need to do is as follows:
1. Select the main search terms you wish to use.
2. Allocate these search terms to a suitable existing page, and if you need to, split pages.
3. Organize your internal links, and then link text, to suit the target search terms and their pages.
4. If you can, organize those links from other pages to suit the target search terms and their pages also.
5. Now organize all the on page elements in order that they suit each page’s target search term.
6. Finally, now sit back and watch your site’s page rankings begin to improve.

Although your site may be technically perfect so that the search engine robots find it, you will find that it will not help if the actual content of your site is not good.

For the content of your site to be good, it should be factually, as well as grammatically correct. But this is not really necessary for every site that is on the web today. However, what is important is that whatever your site is about, the content actually needs to be unique and specific so that it will appeal to people. Moreover, it in fact needs to be particularly appealing to those people looking for information or who want to find your site.

By having good content on your site, visitors will return and eventually these visitors who return are more likely to link to your site. Having lots of inbound links is not only great for your site, but for search engine rankings also. It is even better if those links are from more highly ranked sites than your own.

Also, not only do you need to have good content on your site, you also need to have fresh content also. If you add new content to your site on a regular basis, you are giving your visitors more reasons for returning to it. One should make a decision on what one truly wants that can offer a desirable or favorable outcome that must be in each aspect of one’s life. To accomplish success, one has to set realistic goals for his life, meaning goals that can be achieved. One should measure success as to how close one comes to accomplishing one’s goals that one has set for himself based on one’s skills and abilities.

Know that one’s “subconscious mind” is a very incredible and powerful tool that one has yet to improve and utilize it wisely to its complete capacity, to accomplish success.

To fully understand how powerful and encouraging your “subconscious mind” can be, you should understand first and recognize that there really is no “coincidence”, that nothing in life occurs just by chance. Meaning, nothing is predestined, that you have the power to control your life, to control your success and your failure.

Events or incidents in life can be maneuvered or controlled to resolve one’s problems. You have the power to change certain aspects of your life that you are not contented with.

Whereas there is no disagreeing to the actuality that one can not at all times acquire what he wants, it is likewise true that one can utilize one’s natural power over events of one’s life and cause things to move on one’s desired direction more “frequently”.

Expectation, belief and desire are three powerful forces that can help one do so. Before anything that one wishes for to occur can happen, one must desire for it to happen, should believe deeply that it will happen and one should expect that it will happen.

The “subconscious mind” generates all things in one’s life that is on the information and messages one sends to it. One is continuously and regularly sending the mind information and messages and most information sent are useless or that they are negative information functioning against you. This is why things never recuperate regardless of your efforts to make it succeed.

It will be truly difficult to follow any success level if you are not specific and clear regarding what you believe is attainable for yourself. It is then extremely significant assess and gauge your actions, thoughts and motives as you partake your daily life. You should gain understanding and knowledge of where you are and what are you doing wrong as well as what you are doing right. Subsequently you should be ready to change for the better when and as it is needed.

Always remember that whatever you display in your beliefs, thoughts and actions are sent to the “subconscious mind”.

So be very careful of your thoughts, beliefs and actions, as they are great influences to your success. Note that if you worry constantly about not acquiring enough finances, then you will really not acquire enough; thinking that you do not have the capability to accomplish your goals, then you will never achieve any; thinking that there not enough open opportunities, then there will never be.

Why? Simply because the “subconscious mind” is constantly working on those information that you have sent and a “negative information” results to nothing but “negative reality”.

When you do accomplish your goal, stop a while and relish that certain satisfaction and pleasure of achieving a goal. Great or small, it is success; a beginning of that life that you want for yourself!

Goodbye Blog Rush

"After careful consideration, we have decided to shutdown the BlogRush service. If you have the widget code on your blog you will need to remove it.

When BlogRush launched in late-2007 it spread like wildfire all over the Web. Thousands of bloggers were talking about it and the service exploded to become one of the fastest growing free services in the history of the Web. During the first year of the service it successfully served 3.4 Billion blog post headlines and the BlogRush widget could be found on blogs all over the world; even up until the moment we closed down the service.

BlogRush didn't grow without its fair share of problems -- from security issues to abusive users trying to 'game' the system to much lower click-rates than expected. We also had some problems with trying to fairly control the quality of the network, and in the process made many mistakes in deciding what blogs should stay or go. All of these issues, ultimately, limited the service's full potential.

Our team worked very hard to try and build a service that would truly help bloggers of all sizes get free traffic to their blogs. This was our primary focus. Not once did we ever try to monetize the service with ads or anything else. BlogRush never made a single penny in revenue. We wanted to be able to help our users FIRST and then worry about monetizing the service later. Unfortunately, the service didn't work out like we had hoped. (It happens.)

I want to say "Thank You" to all of the great bloggers that at least gave BlogRush a test to see if it would work for them. We sincerely appreciate you giving the service a try.

We have received several offers & inquiries about acquiring BlogRush, but we are choosing not to go that route. While many might think this is crazy, we truly feel it's the 'right' thing to do for our users. Believe it or not, it's not always about the money. In fact, BlogRush will have lost a small fortune when it's all said and done, and it was by choice. There were many things we could have done to monetize the service but we wanted to make sure it was going to benefit our users first.

Last but not least I want to say that I hope the failure of this service doesn't in any way discourage other entrepreneurs from coming up with crazy ideas at 4AM (like I did with this one) and from "going for it" to just try and see if something will work. Without trying there can be no success. And as we all know, ideas are worthless without action. The Web wouldn't be what it is today without entrepreneurs trying all sorts of crazy ideas.

What Innovation Can Do to Your Life?

It's a talent that everyone has, yet they think they don't. The power of innovation. If you've ever marvelled at somebody's creative prowess, guess what, you can create and innovate too. It just takes time. Everyone is born creative. The box of crayons in kindergarten were not limited to those who possessed potential; because the truth is, everybody has potential.

You know how long it took to learn to ride a bike or drive or to never commit the same mistake again? It's the same with innovation. It takes a bit of practice and a lot of time before this mind function comes easily when called. This article will teach you a few tips on how to bring innovation into your life.

Don't listen to what other people say. Follow the beat of your own drum. Allowing for the input of other people will only bring cacophony to the music you are trying to make. If you have an original idea, don't waste your time and effort trying to make people understand. They won't. And the help you will probably get comes in the form of negative feedback. If all those geniuses listened to their peers, we would probably still be living in the middle ages.

Spend time on it. I cannot stress that enough, although, please do not mistake this tip to tell you to quit your day job entirely. Do not. This involves some tricky time management but with a little discipline you'll be able to squeeze both in.

Exercise. Take a walk. Run a mile or two. Send all those endorphins coursing through your veins. Exercising certainly clears and relaxes your mind and allows for anything to pop up.

Record your dreams. Aren't some of them just the craziest things that your conscious mind would never have thought of? If you've had these dreams before, and I'm sure have, this only shows you the untapped innovative power you have lying within. So jot down those notes. Those dreams may just create an innovative spark in you.

Find your own style. You can always tell a Van Gogh from a Matisse. You'll know Hemingway wrote something by the choice of words on the paper. So it is the same with you. People will appreciate your innovation more because it is uniquely yours and that no one else would have thought of what you were thinking. That will let people see how valuable an asset you are.

Don't hide behind nifty gadgets or tools. You don't need the most expensive set of paints to produce a masterpiece. The same way with writing. You don't need some expensive fountain pen and really smooth paper for a bestseller. In fact, J.K. Rowling wrote the first book of the Harry Potter Series on bits of tissue. So what if you've got an expensive SLR camera if you're a crappy photographer? Who cares if you've got a blinging laptop if you can't write at all? The artist actually reduces the number of tools he has as he gets better at his craft: he knows what works and what doesn't.

Nothing will work without passion. What wakes you up in the mornings? What keeps the flame burning? What is the one thing that you'll die if you don't do? Sometimes people with talent are overtaken by the people who want it more. Think the hare and the tortoise. Ellen Degeneres once said that if you're not doing something that you want to do, then you don't really want to do it. And that's true. Sometimes you just want something so bad you become a virtual unstoppable. And that is passion. Passion will keep you going.

Don't worry about inspiration. You can't force it; inspiration hits when you least expect it to, for those unpredictable yet inevitable moments you should prepare. An idea could strike you on the subway, yet alas, you poor unfortunate soul; you have no sheet of paper to scribble down a thought that could change the world. Avoid these disasters. Have a pen and paper within your arm's reach at all times.
