谷氨酰转移酶 - 偏高原因

1、病毒性肝炎：急性肝炎时，谷氨酰转移酶呈中等度升高；慢性肝炎、肝硬化的非活动期，谷氨酰转移酶表现正常，若谷氨酰转移酶持续升高，则表示病情恶化；
2、酒精性、药物性肝炎：谷氨酰转移酶一般在300～1000U/L，酗酒者戒酒后谷氨酰转移酶就会随之下降；
3、胆道阻塞性疾病也可以造成谷氨酰转移酶升高，肝内阻塞会诱使肝细胞产生大量的谷氨酰转移酶，甚至会达参考值上限的10倍以上；
4、脂肪肝、胰腺炎、胰腺肿瘤、前列腺肿瘤等亦可使谷氨酰转移酶轻度增高；
5、过度食用高高蛋白补品也会增加肝脏负担，导致谷氨酰转移酶升高。

ALT是转氨酶的代号，alt升高说明肝脏有炎症，也就是说平常说的肝炎，肝脏发炎的起因有很多，包括劳累过度、饮酒过度造成的酒精肝、脂肪肝、药物中毒、各种病毒性肝炎等等

活体动植物这些被各国公认禁止、或限制的物品，就不必说。加拿大的牛肉、羊肉和禽蛋、禽肉及其制品，以及水产品，也是被中国禁止携带入境的。

不过，加拿大的猪肉及产品可入境。

另外，种子、苗木、鲜花、切花、干花，干果、干菜、腌制蔬菜、冷冻蔬菜，藤、柳、草、木制品等等;都需主动向检验检疫机关申报并接受检疫。

酒精饮料超过1，500毫升(酒精含量12度以上)，或香烟超过400支，或雪茄超过100支，或烟丝超过500克，都要申报、交税。

非居民旅客拟留在中国境内的、总值超过2，000元的物品，需要申报并将有关物品交海关验核，办理有关手续。

对中国居民入境时携带、在境外获取总值超过5，000元人民币的个人自用物品，中国海关对超出部分征税;不过不可分割的单件物品，如名贵手表、名牌手提包等，则要全额征税。

另外，中国海关对包括照相机、iPad平板电脑、笔记本电脑等在内的，20种商品也要征税后方能放行。

人民币现钞超过20，000元，或外币现钞折合超过5，000美元，要填写《海关申报单》，并选择红色通道向海关申报。

Each mutual funds has short-term redemption fee varying from the type of mutual fund.
In TD waterhouse, there is an extra short-term redemption fee of 1% of redemption value or $45 (whichever is greater) for fund hold less than 30 days. The day is counted from settle day, not trade day. It is better to hold funds more than 1 month (for example 1 month and 5 days) from trade day.

Also the minimum purchase amount to trade through TD Direct Investing is $1,000.

When you transfer your mutual account from TD bank to TD waterhouse, you should be aware of the above policies difference.

iphone 5 can not stop recording -bug

This morning after I took a video of snowing using iphone 5, my iphone camera can not stop recording, even I turn off my iphone. Finally I found a solution, fist disable camera under settings,
then enable camera again.

Go to Settings in iphone 5, click settings, click General, Go to "Restrictions", first "Enable Restrictions" (need to create and enter password), then disable camera. Camera icon will disappear from the main screen. Then click "Disable Restrictions"", enter password and enable camera. The camera will stop the hang of recording.

1)first create an optik TV account via:

3) In PVR, press menu, then seetting, then smart remote, then Add mobile device, get the number
4) Open Optik TV application on iphone, click settings, click "Link to new digital box", enter the number above
5) You can setup iphone to control several PVR boxes. Under settings->Manage Links to switch different PVR boxes.
6) In Optik TV application on iphone, click remote at bottom, left is menu. Roll middle square to go over menu, click to select.

Change smoke detector battery

My smoke detector beeped and chirped every 10 minutes. I realized the battery of smoke detector is low. Batteries should be replaced twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. I found once per year is still fine.

After I replaced 9V smoke detector battery, I pressed test button and hold a few seconds. No sound! This is due to that the battery is not connected well. Finally I pushed the battery very hard to fit the connector. At the beginning there is a beep sound then stop. I pressed the test button. I can hear the chirp sound. The smoke detector battery is changed successfully.

After getting iphone 5S, I did the following:
0) General->Touch ID & Passcodes->Touch ID, click add a fingerprint to add fingerprints.

1. Open the "Settings" application
- 2. Go to "General" and select "Passcode & Fingerprint"
- 3. Go to "Fingerprints" and tap "Add a fingerprint"
- 4. Follow the on-screen prompts

1) Sign up Apple ID, allow icloud (https://www.icloud.com/) to find my iphone.

3) In settings, wifi, enter my work and phone wifi password.
4) In settings, cellular data, turn off when I do not use it. Click celluar data, to see cellular data usage.
5)In settings->General->Keyboards, click keyboards, add New Keyboard, add Chinese -simplified (handwriting) and Chinese -simplified (Pinyin), my default is English. So I can input Chinese.
6)To spend less battery time, in settings->General->Background App Refresh, turn off Background App Refresh.
7) In App store, download several free applications:

TSX to end of year 2013 at 12,400?

For three months, Canada TSX grows to 12820.92 (date: Sept, 06 2013).
But Hailesh Kshatriya, associate director for client investment strategies at Russell Investments Canada expects the TSX to end of year 2013 at 12,400 and felt recent gains overdone as earnings growth weak.
Let's see if his prediction is right.

Google site Adsense API is shutting down

In Adsense API in Google sites, there is a notice:
" Google site Adsense API is shutting down......"
"Starting August 30th 2013, it will no longer be possible to modify AdSense ad code on Google Sites pages. However, any ads you’ve previously placed on Google Sites will continue to show, and you’ll be credited for all valid earnings.

However, it will no longer be possible to edit or add new AdSense ads to your existing Google Sites site or to new pages."

It looks like that Adsense in Google sites is OK for the the site or page before August 30, 2013.
But what happen after August 30? If there is no Adsense allowed in new Google sites, will Google still support Google sites for free? Google may finally give up Google sites and no new sites are allowed. Let's wait and see the fate of Google sites after August 30, 2013.

Payment: Youtube earnings displayed later than Adsense payment

As of Apr 1, 2013, YouTube Hosted AdSense for Content reporting will be managed at YouTube Analytics.
You can only see your YouTube earnings under Payment monthly. Adsense payment is normally shown on 6th of the month, while YouTube earnings are shown on 10th of the month. A lot of publishers and YouTube partners are panic and afraid of Youtube earnings lost and posted a lot inquiry in Adsense Forum.

I also preferred old Adsense interface, I can see YouTube earnings and AdSense together every day.
