Just feel like posting some more extravagant gowns...

Tabitha Simmons

The Brandolini Girls

Gio snapping a selfie...

Love this shot of Suki

Magical!

This is the prettiest view of Anna Wintour's Daughter Bee

I wasn't crazy about Aerin Lauder's dress even though it did remind me of the Delft dishes in my Grandmother's china cabinet.

I do love this shot of her and her husband Eric entering the ball.

Another Oscar de la Renta beauty.

You can't see them but Sarah was wearing bright yellow silk pumps underneath which I loved and the flowers in the back of her hair!!!

Another POWER COUPLE

Christy never ages!

Rosie looks really cool in this Balmain number.

I would have worn that to another type of party though.

Too rough for this frilly event.

OK, I'm done!

Met Gala Madness

2014-05-05T20:28:00.003-07:00

It's been many months since I have had the time and felt like blogging...

So now I am back with a vengeance!

Most girls dream of a special night to wear a ball gown, have their hair done up just right and parade around on the red carpet in full regalia.

Tonight was the night!

The Met Gala in NYC inaugurated the newly renovated Costume Institute

and honored legendary designer Charles James.

Here are some of my initial thoughts...

Suki Waterhouse in Burberry Prorsum

A beautiful confection!!!

Karolina Kurkova is magical in Marchesa!!!

Arizona Muse in Zac Posen

Regal in Red

Kate Bosworth in Stella McCartney is like a scoop of sorbet.

Lots of great backs to admire...

Another gorgeous view from behind...

Rihanna in Stella as well.

Love a clean white gown...

especially Givenchy on a perfect body like Naomi!

And now for the

POWER COUPLES

All good here...

Love me some Kanye!

Kim - whatever....

Gorgeousness unite!!!

Jay Z and Beyonce in Givenchy Haute Couture

PERFECT!!!!!

They are very pretty but Gisele's Balenciaga dress is a little predictable for me.

The NEW sexy couple!!!

BAM!

GRAZIE GUCCI!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these two!

Spicoli and the bombshell in Dior.

Now some random stuff before the dissing begins:

So much fun from Prada

I always love fringe and feathers and movement.

Also this sexy Prada number on Nupita Nyong'o

Hailee Steinfeld perfectly age appropriate in Prabal Garung.

And here we go...

Can you say, "Washed out?"

C'mon. this is a black tie event. Really?

So inappropriate!!!

The artist formerly know as Prince?

No, it's Janelle Monae

Yuck yuck yuck and what is that hair?

HOT MESS!!!

Kate, are you a wench?

Going to milk the cows?

Why would such a sexy, vavoom body choose this particular

Dolce & Gabbana?

All wrong!

Why oh why would these petite girls choose these dresses?

They are swimming in these granny clothes.

Heavy heavy heavy!

Blech, vomit green jello and that bun is so dated.

ICK ICK ICK

Ugliest dress ever!

OK, goodnight.

Paris, tu me manque!

2013-09-28T14:57:00.002-07:00

Under normal circumstances I would be in Paris working PFW this very moment. This is my favorite time of year to visit the magical city of lights and my favorite season to buy - Spring/Summer

I skipped my hop across the pond this year since so many of my new European vendors decided to show in New York a couple of weeks ago.

Fabulous news, RIGHT?

WRONG! Missing my city and the energy it holds as the fashion elite teeter along the cobbled streets on their Saint Laurent heels.

Here are some of my favorite Milan & Paris street style looks stolen from the pages of

Style.com & Bazaar.com...

French Vogue Editors in their uniform

So easy and works every day here in Los Angeles

The head honcho Emmanuelle Alt

Camo, Gold and Black - Love that bag!

My Muse Barbara Martello - Just wish I had some of that length in my legs!

Cute

I'm going to wear my white jeans all winter long

Perfect mix of boy meets girls - I love this outfit so much.

Gio can do no wrong in my book.

Great shot Of ADR by Tommy Ton

That dress and shoes are sick on her.

This is going to be my, "I can't get dressed today look."

Perfect Sheath Dress

Who cares if they might have put a little cash away in a secret bank account in Switzerland!

Dolce & Gabbana are masters at women's clothing.

These pieces are beyond cool. Look at that purse!

LOVE

Garage attendant or fashion editor?

How cute are her cherry shoes with this comfy jumpsuit.

I would look horrible in this but its so great on Viviana.

My kind of dress - I NEED this now!

Vacation or Wedding?

Gorgeous in my book...

Leather & Lace done right

LOVE this bag but would never spend the coin on such a trendy piece.

What a fresh departure for Anna to not be wearing heels during fashion week.

Maybe she had a blister and needed to wear socks?

I am going to steal this look - girly dress + moto boots

Counting the days until I can step foot onto that French soil...

Prom Thoughts...

2013-06-10T23:04:00.000-07:00

So my eldest son had his prom last weekend and

we hosted the "Pre-Prom Party" chez nous.

As most of you know I am the mother of 3 boys but a real girly girl so I relish in the primping of a formal evening. I was especially interested to see how all of Drew's buddies, male and female would present themselves for the big evening!

Giant Drew and Mama (In ALC, Lanvin & Kendall Conrad)

Really hard to find a suit that fits my 6' 3", 200+ lb. tennis stud but thankfully

J. Crew came through.

Rachel looking lovely in her mermaid dress.

Lina (you will see her on Broadway someday) and Asahi (Prima Ballerina)

elegant and refined in their long gowns.

Glowing Fabiana wins "Best Hair" for the evening.

Hannah looked ravishing in her navy blue ruffled gown and took the prize for "Best Dressed" with her black leather high top Converse. I guarantee she was the most comfortable lady of the night! It also helps to have height with this look and a "Laissez-Faire" type of personality.

Don't tell anyone but her Mama is super funny lady Lorraine Newman from the original SNL cast!!!

Hannah just makes you smile when you're near her!

There's my Drew with his date Phoebe looking lovely in chic black with a little Balenciaga clutch.

Striking a pose "à la Angelina" are Lillian (Her mama is super cool designer Magda Berliner) and Kaela (soccer girl extraordinaire - going on to play at Whittier College)

Oh look... Here's Kaela and Beckham, oops I mean Elijah, Drew's BFF, also a kick-ass soccer star heading his way to Claremont College to score big-time!

Love Kaela's shoes with the feathers.

This couple really went all out to coordinate the

Grecian Goddess and Adonis look.

Well done kiddos.

Now Lili has a special place with me...A sweetie pie, peanut of a girl sporting 5" heels and a frothy, peach number - She looked like a confection and Josh was elegant right by her side.

My Bookends Drew & Jasper

Chic ladies...Hard to believe they are only

17 & 18 years old

Drew and Davis - Will be really hard when his big bro is off to Syracuse this Fall :(

Our Godson Jordan sharing in the happiness.

Drew and his other BFF Jack always looking like a stud!

And now the parents for a Prom pose with the boys!!!

Where did the time go?

Poof, 18 years!

I am so proud.

Met Gala Ball- Chaos to Couture

JR's Hits and Misses

Never really liked the whole punk thing way back when I was just a wee gal and would cringe at the thought of having to interpret it for 2013. So, I give some props to the ones who did it well and disses to the ones who were WAY off

Rooney Mara - Makeup punkish, dress not so much but divine!

Gio can do no wrong but its definitely NOT punk.

DVF looking mighty fine with her big 70's 'Fro but not really Punkish either.

Gwynnie I love you in your pink punk inspiration.

Obsessed with Lena Dunham in Girls and counting the days to the new season.

Her tattoos are so authentically punk, right?

Of course SJP is uber-cool chic in this number. very modern punk princess!

Gisele is a Brazilian sexy punk-rocker - Obrigado!

Wow! What a surprise with this bleached blonde hair on Anne Hathaway.

I kind of like it. She looks edgy and different!

I actually think she nailed it and I am not usually a big fan.

Under-stated elegance from Carrie Mulligan.

I'm sure she's not so worried since Gatsby is gonna ROCK!

Not punk at all but Linda Evangelista is 80's royalty so who cares.

She looks so ethereal and pretty here.

What is this? Just because you add some edgy hardware to your outfit does not make it edgy.

This is a huge miss in my book.

OK, I thought this was the worst dressed and you might say,

"Jill, give the girl a break, she's pregnant."

But....Who in the world told KK that she looked good or appropriate in this get-up?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

So now my vote for the worst punk-inspired look of the evening.

What on earth was she thinking?

Even if your dress is pretty, never ever ever go with the finger in the light socket grey-haired look!!!

OK, I am not going to make a big deal of this selection since it is just mediocre as far as I am concerned.

Amy Adams is elegant and Super Star-Like

I have no idea who this woman is and she should get a dress that fits next time.
TACKY!

Comfortable Halle in Versace and in her own beautiful skin.

HOT MESS as usual

Power couple - I think George is more beautiful than Stacy but her body is killer.

Jen can do no wrong in Valentino Red.

I don't care what Melissa is wearing; this woman is hysterical and makes me happy!

Rooting for my friend Jo's client - I have no idea how to pronounce her name: Quvenzhane Wallis
but she has a bright future!

Renee appears out of nowhere with a kick ass body but her face doesn't move and she looks stoned!

Power couple #2
Saw Liev Schreiber in the airport last summer and he is one handsome man.
Naomi's dress is a little funky - not my taste really.

HOT MESS #2
C'mon, she''s a young pretty girl but at least make her look like a movie star or don't show up at all.

Like Jennifer Lawrence!!!
It's all about perception folks.

Charlize Perfection in Dior!

Surviving Beauty wins my vote!!!

Some of my favorites thus far!

Summer Recap Post #2

2012-08-27T09:42:00.001-07:00

It all started with a book...

I ordered this book for the stores and knew immediately that I needed to visit this special resort located on Italy's Tuscan Coast. Il Pellicano Resort sits on a majestic cliff on the tiny island of Porto Ercole.

There are no taxis! (Freeman and I learned quickly after taking the train up from Rome and stood dumbfounded in the train station!) Thankfully the hotel sent a car for us without even skipping a beat!

We arrived at dusk and were greeted by a lovely grass tennis court ~

Thoughts of Drew danced in my head and how he would have loved this beautiful spot.

The understated elegance of the little bar area made me feel right at home.

Freeman fighting off the jet lag...

Happy to be with my man...

Hurry up , finish answering those emails before the cocktail kicks in.

Woke up to cloudy skies but who cares when you are in paradise?

Breakfast for two on our patio.

The Good Life indeed!

Need to explore our surroundings now.

Down to the water she said!

Will have to wait for the sunshine to go swimming.

Let's go into town for a bite with dear friends Shani & Michael.

A bit of grilled polipo salad and a bottle of cold Pinot Grigio.

Sprinkles and Rainbows

Michael needs a little extra light for all his reading.

Fighting to keep his eyes open the 2nd night.

SUNSHINE, finally!!!

RUN TO THOSE ROCKS AND SAVE ME A CHAISE!

Eh voilà...JUMP IN!

We soon learned that the chairs to the very left get the last bit of sunshine at the end of the day.

Finished a good book here, The Kitchen House.

And now we drive to Naples to catch the ferry for Capri.

But how in the world are we going to fit all of Shani's purchases from Paris into that little trunk?

We did it!!!

Next stop - The Magical Island of Capri!

Summer Recap Post #1

2012-08-22T21:50:00.001-07:00

Villefranche Sur Mer, St. Jean Cap Ferrat & Cap D'Ail

and no, I did not go to Paris this summer!

Glorious view of Plage Mala - This Summer the water was so much warmer!

It was so hot, all we could eat was watermelon for lunch.

Paloma Beach - Great for families and fashion types! Quiet and Chic.

I love all thee little pebbles here. Thankfully, I remembered to buy plastic sandals before I left town!

Thank you YSL for making them so stylish.

Lisa and me after a glorious day of tanning.

This is really the color of the bougainvillea (no photo enhancement!)

St. Jean Cap Ferrat - Boats galore in the bay.

My favorite summer aperitif - Rosé Wine

The best bottles are the lightest shade of pale pink and only cost about 9 Euro from the Cave (that's French for Wine Cellar/Liquor Store)

Lisa looking tan and fresh after a day in the sun.

Ready for a light dinner under the stars!

and dessert!

Next stop...Taormina, for a little yoga retreat. I met all my beautiful girlies from Maha for some rejuvenation and relaxation way down in Sicily, Italy. It's hard not to glow after 2 classes of sweaty yoga, swimming in the Mediterranean and fresh fish and veggies for dinner!

L to R: Kelly, Me, Julia, Kelly, Maria and Jill

My very flexible friend Julia showing off her stuff!

Mount Etna - An Active Volcano

Next stop...The Tuscan Coast

Posting from my Closet & the Studio City Store

2012-06-16T10:41:00.000-07:00

I am sporting my white J. Brand skinnies which will guide me all through summer, a 10-Year Anniversary Tee from Style.com (created by Loomstate with an Alber Elbaz-Lanvin graphic - cut the sleeves off for a more buff look), Golden Goose Linen Artist's Blazer (couldn't give it away at 70% off last summer and now everyone LOVES it & WANTS one ~ sorry guys!) and K. Jacques studded Picon sandals (hurry, almost gone.)

Saturday Closet Cleaning.

Believe it or not, I cannot clean out my closet by myself.

I am a fashion hoarder and have a hard time letting go of really insignificant clothing items.

(ie: sweat-stained workout tanks and spotted tees from 5 years ago)

It's so liberating once everything is gone and all is fresh for the season.

Summer here I come!

Getting really close to opening my new store in Studio City!!!

Thank you to my amazing husband who has become an expert at whipping up beautiful little boutiques in no time flat.

And we'd be lost without Frislis and Luis!

Just need to get some of this to fill it up!

Have you seen this movie?

I have not gone fully vegan but I am absolutely determined to limit the amount of animal protein and dairy in my diet as well as all my men, big and small. Really makes breakfast hard since my youngest son Jasper would prefer to eat this:

Donut topped with Bacon - EW!!!!

Here's what I am trying to eat:

This ice cream is really yummy!

Bon Weekend!

What's Jill Wearing Today and some random stuff I love...

2012-05-29T14:17:00.000-07:00

Laurence Doligé Denim Mini Skirt, Nation French Terry Sweatshirt, Leopard Canvas Tote from Golden Goose (my new Summer work, travel and beach bag), K. Jacques Sandals, Panama Hat (old), Panerai Watch (the sweetest father's day gift to me from my hubby), Hermes Twilly Wrist Scarf.

This would be the perfect little evening pouch to carry my phone, lip gloss and credit card but I don't think my glasses would fit which is a bummer!

Hoorsenbuhs insanely beautiful gold and diamond band. I am actually visiting their showroom tomorrow and can't wait to see the entire collection. I think some of their designs feel more Hermes than Hermes.

My day wouldn't be complete without my Greens #2 or #3 & Roots #3 from Pressed Juicery.

I really need to get this for my phone so I can take better pictures.

Doesn't this just smell like Summer? SPF 4 for the legs only!

The BEST for dirty hair do's. Instantly fluffs things up.

Ahhhh, lazy days of Rosé at lunch...can't wait to hit the Côte D'Azur.

I could eat the entire tub in one sitting and I am really not "that girl."

Everything in moderation.

Which brings me to this place. That's my beautiful friend Brigitte inside Maha Yoga studio.

Either you get it or you don't!

Yay!!!! The French Open is in full swing which means watching Tivo'd matches at the breakfast and dinner table every day for the next 2 weeks!!! I am being serious here.

We are obsessed and deeply rooting for Roger to win another one.

That's it for now...

Whoa Coachella

2012-04-17T17:05:00.009-07:00

I might be a little late in my Coachella Fashion commentary but I have been struggling to find images I like. Halloween has turned into an "Inner Goddess" (to quote E. L. James) moment for many women and girls but I really feel like Coachella has turned into an

"Inner Ugly" show for many. See my picks below for some "Inner Uglies."

C'mon? The girl on the right, really Pebbles?

Trashy Rih Rih

I really think Emma Roberts could have done better.

Whoa there...

Little House on the Polo Grounds

Katy and Florence are just BAD here.

Let's take every accessory known to man and mix it with nothing that matches and for the heck of it, wear a turban because you're having a bad hair day?

These girls are kind of cute but straight out of the Urban Outfitters and Free People catalogues.

All right now we are talking...

Leave to models to know EXACTLY how to dress at Coachella. LOVE every outfit except the midriff on the right. But then again if I were 22 and had that stomach like that I might show it too.

Karli looks cute and fresh eating her watermelon.

And the winner is....

Kate Bosworth in the perfect proportion and so complimentary to her petite figure.

Adorable

Cowgirl Chic

LOVE!

I don't know who this girl is but I think she looks good. Great outfit, bag, shoes...

This is good too...

Dree Hemingway in a vintage Pradaesque ensemble. It works!

Pretty pretty girly...Thank goodness I have boys.

While You were sleeping...

2012-02-27T00:59:00.010-08:00

I was scouring the internet for Oscar dress photos so I could not feel so left out. Didn't get to see the live show or the SBC prank since I am in Paris and it aired in the middle of my night. So here's what I came up with as soon as I woke up.

The WINNER once again!!!!

My favorite Gwynnie in Tom Ford

Glamourpuss extraordinaire with the most beautiful skin: J-Lo

Not my favorite actress but Michelle Williams always looks amazing in color. Her LV dress looks beautiful and fresh with her blonde pixie hair.

Cutie pie Clare Danes also in color

More fabulous red for the red carpet

Emma Stone in Giambattista Valli

OK, here come the nudies...

I love Kristin's J. Mendel dress but think it would have looked better on someone with a darker skin tone and lighter hair.

You'd think Kate Mara would be happier about being at the Oscar's.

What a horrible face from such a beautiful girl.

I absolutely loved Rooney Mara in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and was so excited that she was nominated. HOWEVER, this dress is just the wrong proportion for a girl so tiny! It makes her hips look huge. I wish she had worn a dress to go with that severe hair and lips.

And now for that gold statue herself...Stacy Keibler?

Hate it, hate that big rose on her hip, hate that hair...just a big NO for moi.

Wait.....

Now that looks better with her handsome accessory!!!

Pretty Gucci dress, good arm tone, ugly hair and I've seen this all before. BORING. Cameron is so much better when's she rocks her boho thing and puts more of her surfer-girl self into her look.

STAR POWER!

What can I say?

Versace dress, always in black, gorgeous girl.

Did you know that John Corbett and Bo Derek have been together for 10 years?

She is still so beautiful and looks amazing in that purple dress.

Here it is:

WORST DRESSED!!!!

Busy Phillips in a grey lace (ick) Dolce & Gabbana with the hem all frayed and hideous pink shoes. Wait, is she wearing blue earrings? Fire her stylist NOW!!!

Colin's wife reminds me of that Lawrence Welk skit they do on SNL. You know the one where Kristin Wiig plays the sister with the doll hands!!!

Whoa, where'd he come from? Oh right, he was at the Vanity Fair party with his wife. Man oh man, he is handsome.

Day One

2012-02-21T17:40:00.000-08:00

DAY ONE!

On a mission to find some amazing fall items in NYC.

Found this neon bag right when I arrived and immediately placed an order for the stores in yellow, pink, green, gold...Due to arrive end of March.

First stop: Golden Goose

Love this dotted wool on an updated blazer.

My new fall every day sneaker!!!

High-Low mixing equals ultimate chic.

Nili Lotan is next...

Perfect Shirts

Mix it with some Parisian luxury from Yves Solomon

OMG: Lisa's body is rockin in this yummy winter coat.

Toastified

This little number was a cashmere and mink - very pricy but so beautiful!!!

A few of my favorite things from Rag & Bone

This perfect white top had leather trim - so cool!

Fun evening clutches

There was copper detail everywhere and I loved it on this lady dress.

Perfect for the High Holidays in September.

Next stop was the Capsule Show

Didn't find much but loved these neon bracelets. I remember seeing them in Paris last fall and was happy to find them here in NY.

The best thing at the Capsule show was all the fashionable Japanese girls. This cutie had a killer camouflage Birkin bag with splattered white paint all over it. She looked at my neon bag and said, "Kawaii" which means so cute in Japanese. I would have swapped in a hot second!

Here We Go Again

2012-02-16T17:37:00.001-08:00

My husband always makes fun of me because I start making my piles for travel sometimes days and even weeks in advance. Well this week should be no different. I layed out my first piles last Sunday with my BFF Lisa (and the voice of the Seaton Blog) and have been side-stepping through my closet all week. I finally put together some outfits so I could share them with you all (and remember what to wear) before they get stuffed into my new, beautiful Lipault Luggage (courtesy of my yoga beauties Nina P. and Jules for my birthday.) Here's a pic of the luggage; Isn't it glorious?

Here come the outfits ...

Closed Sweatshirt with leather sleeves, MK Fur Vest, Current Elliott Jeans, Golden Goose Sneaker, Jerome Dreyfuss bag. Comfy on my feet all day at the shows.

Current Elliott Pink Jeans, Zara Leather Jacket, MK Fur Vest, Isabel Marant Jenny Boots, Rag & Bone Hat, J. Crew Scarf, JRF Monogrammed Pochette courtesy of my gorgeous friend CZ (as in Jouer Cosmetics - www.jouercosmetics.com, the best makeup ever.) This is a very CZ outfit when I think of it.

Current Elliott Studded Jeans, Vince Sweater, Van Halen Tee, Frye Boots, Jerome Dreyfuss Bag, Yves Solomon Fur Jacket. My inner rocker chick vibe.

Isabel Marant White Jeans, J. Crew Sweatshirt, Nili Lotan Peacoat, Jerome Dreyfuss Bag, Golden Goose Sneaker. Tres Parisienne!

J. Brand Leather Jeans, Brochu Walker Fisherman Sweater, North Face Boots, Duvetica Puffer, Jerome Dreyfuss Bag. In case its really freezing or snowing.

Mother Coral Jeans, Isabel Marant Jenny Boots, Jerome Dreyfuss Bag, J. Crew Denim Shirt, Epice Scarf, Yves Solomon Jacket. Spring is in the air...la la la, tweet, tweet, tweet.

Current Elliott Jeans, J. Crew Shirt, Golden Goose Blazer, MK Vest, Golden Goose Sneakers, Lanvin Bag. A mix of preppy, lady, furry and boy.

J Brand Jeans, Iro Leather Moto Jacket, MK Fur Vest, Frye Boots, Cashmere gloves, Jerome Dreyfuss Bag. I actually wore this yesterday in the downpour.

Must pack a simple Alaia dress. (Just in case I get invited to a party!)

Ciao for now. Will post more when I get to NYC.

Minty Fresh

2012-02-09T21:40:00.000-08:00

I am in love with mint green right now.

It's such a refreshing, new spring color and I am seeing it everywhere!

A.L.C. Sweater - just in at the JR stores - super chic with skinny black trousers.

Also A.L.C. - The pants are called Jasper - had to buy those of course!

Mongolian Mint

Proenza Schouler Bag

Clu Summer '12

Elegantly Mint

Zara Sweater - Hmmmm, must see if it's itchy or not.

Transitional Mint

Sexy, cool, minty fashion girl cooking?

Classic Mint Vespa

Yuck!!! I would never wear this color on my nails.

Pretty Minty Maillot

This is my friend's guest bath at her beach house.

Love the shells and coral against the minty walls.

Perfect paint color.

I've been saving this image to remember to paint my office walls this color AND to buy myself some peonies, my favorite flower.

Mint Editions

Moroccan Mint

Which reminds me of this...mint tea, yummy.

Those figs look pretty good too.

Winter White etc...

Winter White feels so right...

Right Now!

My version with white Isabel Marant Jeans, new Closed sweatshirt with leather sleeves and

an old turquoise Balenciaga bag. I am kind of jonesing for this new yellow one though!

I am LOVING yellow for Spring!

OK, I am getting side-tracked...

Had my roots done today so my hair is a good color - not too yellow!

Loving these new Current Elliott Beatnik Jeans; have worn them every day since I took them from the BH store last Saturday. Today I wore them with a Rag & Bone black sweater with leather collar and cuffs, a Nili Lotan Navy Peacoat and old Gucci loafers circa 1985.

Time for a cocktail!

What Jill Wore in the rain yesterday while fighting off a migraine...

Many of you know that I am a migraine sufferer and when an unexpected rain storm hits So Cal, I am a miserable little girl. My morning recipe is Relpax (by prescription), Cappuccino, EmergenC, Pressed Juicery Green Alkalizer, Apple with Almond Butter and Dark Ray Bans!

Arrived at my office by 1pm...moving very slowly...

I am wearing Current Elliot Stiletto Jeans, Old Ralph Lauren Boots, Isabel Marant Marled Sweater with Suede Trim, Yves Solomon Jacket with Fur Collar (On Sale at JR NOW!)

and of course dirty hair!

Felt much better once my formula kicked in!

FYI: Some other migraine triggers are Red Wine, Dark Chocolate, Soy Products, Anything Fermented, Cured Meats, Aged Cheese...I have 13 years of self-help remedies if anyone needs suggestions.

Yoga has been a life-saver for me.

Off to Maha Yoga tomorrow to ease my tight muscles post-headache!
