Renzo Gracie

Renzo Gracie came to the United States almost 20 years ago. He settled in Monmouth County, New Jersey (where he still lives) and started the prestigious Renzo Gracie Jiu-jitsu Academy in Manhattan, NYC. I met him before he even opened up my school. He told my instructor that I "could be good. He fights with his feet." Soon after that, I stopped formally studying Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. This is a conversation I had with Renzo Gracie.
