1. Procedure For Registration

This is to inform the general public especially prospective candidates of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) that the management of the institution have released the Post-UTME form for the 2020/2021 academic session.

However, In compliance with the COVID-19 protocols, the Admission Screening Exercise for the 2021/2022 academic session will be online (non-appearance).

Candidates' O’level result(s), UTME scores and DE certificates will be evaluated. The University admissions portal – www.fulokoja.edu.ng will be opened from Thursday, November 11, 2021, for Candidates to submit their personal and academic details for the online screening exercise.

All candidates are required to follow the steps below in completing their registration:

Candidates must have a valid personal e-mail address before starting the application process.

The management of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University is inviting candidates who made COOU their First Choice Institution in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 150 or above for screening exercise. FULAFIA 2021 Post-UTME Form: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Applications are hereby invited from all candidates who applied for admission into degree programmes of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) in the 2021 UTME, for the institutions Post-UTME online screening.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING

i. Five (5) O’ Level credits in relevant subjects (including Mathematics and English) in not more than two (2) sittings.

ii. A JAMB UTME score of 170 and above (200 and above for Human Anatomy and Physiology, 210 for Nursing and Radiography, 220 for MLS and 230 for MBBS).

2. Verify that the information displayed to you by the system on the payment page is correct, add your phone number and email address and click on “Pay Now” Button to pay for the RRR generated.

3. You can choose to either pay online by clicking or pay at any Commercial Bank via clicking. If you choose to pay online, you would be redirected to Remita where you would have 5 options to pay. (a) Mastercard: Enter your card number, Expiry date, CVV and click on pay (b) Bank Branch: Print the invoice and proceed to any commercial bank. (c) USSD: Dial *737*000*Your RRR# on your phone number registered with GTB or Dial *770*000*Your RRR# on your phone number registered with FIDELITY Bank (d) Internet Banking: Select your bank from the dropdown and follow the prompt. (e) eWallet: You can use your Paga Account.

4. Your payment must be initiated from FMIS Platform. Any RRR not generated on the portal would not be recognized by the portal and it would be difficult for any student to have a successful registration in this case. Please note that if you choose an option to pay via MasterCard, you would be immediately redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration after successful payment. However, if you choose to pay via other options, then you must log in again to your portal account and click on "Verify Payment Made". Your payment would be instantly verified, and you would be redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration.

5. Enter your scratch card information to fetch your O/level results, fill the application form correctly and click the “Submit” button.

NB: the Federal University of Lafia Remedial and IJMB students must also participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise to be admitted.

FUWukari 2021 Post-UTME/DE Form: cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details

Notice is hereby given to all UTME and Direct Entry(DE) candidates who applied for admission into Federal University Wukari, that the institution's Post-UTME form for 2021/2022 academic session has been released.

Prospective candidates are to carefully take note of the following steps;

ELIGIBILITY

i. Only UTME and DE candidates who selected Federal University, Wukari as their First Choice and Second choice of Institution are eligible for the screening exercise.

ii. UTME Candidates must have scored not less than 150 in the 2021 UTME.

iii. Direct Entry candidates must obtain 5 credits at GCE, SSCE, and NECO at not more than two sittings and A/L credit passes at IJMB, Advance NABTEB, NCE and ND.

Note that University Diploma are not accepted.

PERIOD OF ONLINE REGISTRATION

Payment for the Registration will start on Tuesday 2nd November 2021

Portal for Registration and printing of acknowledgment slip will close by Midnight of Friday 3rd December 2021.

PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING FEE

The screening fee for each candidate is Two thousand Naira Only (#2,000) excluding Bank charges

METHOD OF APPLICATION

i. On the page of Federal University Wukari Portal www.fuwportal.edu.ng, click on 2021/2022 Pre-admission Screening Procedure.

ii. All candidates are advised to click on Pre-admission screening Instructions carefully and read the registration Procedures.

iii. Carefully type in your JAMB Registration Number and SURNAME in boxes provided. Note that any error committed will not allow your details to be displayed.

iv. Click on the Get Detail button for your JAMB information and then click on make payment Link to go to WEBPAY Page.

NOTE: UTME Candidates who are qualified for the course originally chosen can proceed to make payment by supplying the Required Information.

After the Payment, click the course registration link on the page and fill in your other bio-data and necessary on the webpage. All candidates should upload their passport by clicking on browse button and select your picture. Candidates are to also upload their O'level Results to www.fuwportal.edu.ng

AKSU 2021 Post-UTME/DE Form: Cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details

Notice is hereby given to all the candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as well as Direct Entry (DE) candidates to apply for the Post-UTME screening exercise for admission into the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) for 2021/2022 academic year.

Online applications are invited from qualified candidates who made the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) their First Choice Institution.

ELIGIBILITY

Only Candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2021 UTME by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who made the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) their First Choice Institution are eligible for screening.
In addition, each candidate must possess credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
Direct Entry candidates must be holders of A’ Level/ND/NCE/HND/First Degree in relevant discipline and subjects.

UPLOADING OF O’LEVEL RESULTS
▪ All Candidates are advised to upload their O’level results online at JAMB Portal in a COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT) CENTRE
▪ All uploaded documents must be clear and legible. Blurred or unclear documents will lead to automatic disqualification.
Any candidate who fails to upload his/her results and other relevant academic qualification (original) will NOT be considered for admission by the University.

REGISTRATION PERIOD
The University portal will be opened for registration from Monday, 25th October, 2021 to Friday, 19th November, 2021.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE
1. 2021 UTME Result slip showing candidate’s photograph in colour.
2. 2021 JAMB DE printout (Direct Entry applicants only).
3. Diploma, NCE or A-level result or certificate (Direct Entry applicants only)
4. Birth Certificate
5. Certificate of Origin.
6. Certificate of Medical Fitness from approved Government Hospital.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Candidates are required to register online for the screening exercise following the procedure below:

1. Click ‘Start Now’
2. Click ‘Enroll’.
3. Enter your Jamb Registration Number and click Next.
4. Proceed to make payment of NGN 2000.00 registration fee (excluding bank charges).
Note: Payment can be made via Debit card or Bank Deposit Nationwide. If payment is made at the bank, repeat steps 1-3 then continue with registration.
5. Click to upload your passport sized photograph (passport must be between 20kB and 50kB) and click Next.
6. Enter your O-level result details (School Name, Exams Year, Exam Type, Exam batch (Internal/External) and grades for each subject)

Note: Awaiting results candidates are to select the awaiting result option from the exam type drop down and leave the o-level details fields empty.
7. After Entering the O-level result details click Next.
8. Upload the Scanned copies of your documents (Certificate of Origin, Original Jamb Result, O-level Result, Certificate of medical fitness,2021 JAMB DE printout(for DE only) ) in jpg format with a minimum size of 120kB and maximum of 150kB.
9. Preview the details entered to ensure it is correct.
10.After confirmation, click the ‘Finish’ button to generate the registration confirmation slip.

NOTE
• Candidates who do not register for the Post-UTME screening exercise would not be considered for admission.
• Applicants who did NOT choose AKSU or change to AKSU as their University of First (1st) Choice in the 2021 UTME or Direct Entry are NOT eligible for this exercise.
• On filling the application form, each applicant should endeavour to use his/her own phone number and valid e-mail address in order to receive timely alerts, messages and directives. Do not use those of a cyber café operator or any other third party.
• Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence.
Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only.
• No candidate with awaiting result will be offered admission in AKSU. Kindly upload your O’level results in AKSU and JAMB portals.
• Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid congestion close to deadline.
• AKSU portal for registration of candidates for the screening exercise will be closed on Friday, 19th November, 2021.
