Tolak Upah Murah

Kenapa kami mogok nasional dan menolak upah murah ??

Inilah logika sederhana buruh terhadap upah buruh saat ini...

15 tahun lalu UMR Bekasi Rp 172.000,-.

Sekali makan di warteg dengan menu biasa

(nasi, sayur, telor dadar dan gorengan 1) Rp 400,-.

Artinya dengan UMR tersebut cukup untuk membeli 430 porsi (172.000/400).

Kini (2012) UMK Rp 1.495.000,-. Makan menu biasa Rp 8.000,-
cuma mampu utk membeli 186 porsi !!! (1.495.000/8000).

Artinya bahwa selama 15th telah terjadi penurunan nilai atas upah buruh.

Maka untuk mengembalikan nilai upah tersebut,

seharusnya saat ini UMK adalah Rp 3.448.000,- (431x8000).

TOLAK UPAH MURAH...!

Melalui siaran Pers ini Majelis Pekerja Buruh (MPBI) menyampaikan bahwa mogok nasional yang di organisir oleh MPBI akan dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Okt 2012 dimulai pagi hari di lebih dari 21 Kabupaten/Kota padat industri dengan peserta mogok lebih dari 2 juta buruh, aksi ini dalam bentuk mogok kerja/hentikan produksi di lokasi perusahaan dan kawasan industri atau daerah padat industri diluar kawasan, dengan tuntutan Hapus Outsourcing Tolak Upah Murah (HOSTUM) dan jalankan jaminan kesehatan untuk seluruh Rakyat tanpa terkecuali pada 2014 bukan 2019 dengan iuran jamkes buruh tetap dibayar pengusaha seperti sekarang (KAJS), aksi mogok kerja ini dilakukan di Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Serang, Cilegon, Karawang, Purwakarta, Sukabumi, Cimahi, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Gresik, Batam, Karimun, Medan, Deli, Makasar, Bitung....sedangkan diluar daerah tersebut dilakukan unjuk rasa ke DPRD setempat yaitu di Aceh, Riau, Bengkulu, Jambi, Lampung, Kaltim, Kalsel, Sulut, Gorontalo, Sulteng, Papua....

Untuk pemanasan awal sebelum mogok nasional 3 Okt 2012, maka MPBI dan KAJS (Komite Aksi Jaminan Sosial) akan melakukan unjuk rasa pada tanggal 27 Sept 2012 jam 10.00 Wib di Kemenkes dan KemenakerTrans dengan jumlah peserta aksi kurang lebih 10 ribu orang dengan tuntutan yang sama dengan mogok nasional.....

Tahun 2013 ada 14 Hari Libur Nasional

dan 5 Hari Cuti Bersama

Jakarta, 19 Juli – Penandatanganan Surat Kerja Bersama (SKB) tentang Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama tahun 2013 telah dilakukan oleh Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, Muhaimin Iskandar dan Menteri Penertiban Aparatur Negara & Reformasi Birokrasi disaksikan Menko Kesra, HR. Agung Laksono, Kamis (19/7/2012) di ruang Rapat Menko Kesra, Kemenko Kesra, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No.3, Jakarta.

Sebelum dilakukan penandatanganan tersebut didahulu dengan rakor pembahasan draft SKB Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama tahun 2013. Dijelaskan oleh Menko Kesra bahwa diadakannya pengaturan Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama tahun 2013 antara lain, pertama, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pemanfaatan hari kerja, hari libur, dan cuti bersama sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Kedua, untuk mwningkatkan sektor pariwisata dalam negeri yang mempunyai dampak peningkatan ekonomi. Ketiga, sebagai kompensasi bagi PNS yang tidak pernah/kesulitan waktu mengambil cuti.

Untuk tahun 2013, Hari Libur Nasional ada 14 hari yaitu :

1 Januari Libur Tahun baru 2013,
