Bank Danamon Indonesia was established in 1956 under the name of PT Bank Kopra Indonesia. In 1976 the name was changed to Bank Danamon Indonesia. Bank became the first bank which pioneered the exchange of foreign currency in 1976 and listed its shares on the stock exchange since 1989.

In 1997, as a result of the financial crisis in Asia, Bank Danamon experiencing liquidity problems and eventually placed under government supervision or IBRA IBRA (in English better known as IBRA) as the bank was taken over (BTO - Bank Take Over). In 1999, the government through the IBRA to recapitalize the Bank amounting to Rp 32 billion in Government Debt (Government Bonds). Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for planning and setting up the Civil/ Architecture design standard and also coordinating the implementation based on the standardized quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements :

Male, min. S1 Civil/ Architecture Engineering
Minimum 10 years experiences as Project/ Site Manager
Preferably have an experiences in retail business
Proven track record in managing people and monitoring project
Excellent coordination skill
Good communication & interpersonal
Willing to be placed in site area for certain period of time and be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Assistant Merchandising Manager (Junior Manager)

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for supporting & assisting Merchandising Manager in planning & monitoring stock allocation, evaluating merchandise performance (sales, inventory, slow moving), planning merchandise clearance, work closely with supplier and store operation team in order to achieve target.

Requirements :

Female, max 30 years old, min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Min 2 years relevant experience in merchandising/purchasing/similar position, preferably from fashion retail industry.
Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense.
Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
Fluent in English & Computer Literate
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

The bank was established on 21 February 1957 as Bank Central Asia NV and once an important part of the Salim Group. BCA was officially established on February 21, 1957 as Bank Central Asia NV. A lot of things have passed since the time of its establishment, and perhaps the most significant is the financial crisis that occurred in 1997. The crisis brought a tremendous impact on the entire banking system in Indonesia. However, in particular, this condition affects at BCA's cash flow and even threatened the rest. Many customers panicked and troop withdraw their funds. As a result, the bank was forced to seek assistance from the Indonesian government. Restructuring Agency (IBRA) took over BCA in 1998. Thanks to the business policy and decision-making wise, BCA successfully recovered in the same year. In December 1998, the third-party funds have returned to pre-crisis levels. BCA assets reached Rp 67.93 trillion, while in the month of December 1997 only Rp 53.36 trillion. Public confidence in BCA was fully restored, and BCA submitted by IBRA to Bank Indonesia in 2000.
