Monitor, review and analyse factors that might impact organization which cover detailed financial analysis relating to tenders, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact PTP strategic business plan and support COSMO head in formulating 1 year budget, re-forecast and 5 year rolling plan.

Requirements:

Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Direct and lead mining operation activities in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company s project safety and environmental policy.

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct and control the Engineering function to produce a cost effective engineered solution (including the development of appropriate Specifications) for the Project within the budgeted man hours and within the tendered timeframe by utilizing capable and appropriate resources efficiently to ensure that Procurement/Construction activities commence on time.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans (including Environment) and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Consultants prior to the commencement of any engineering/design activities and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
Develop an Engineering/Design Management Plan for the Project that includes the strategy to deliver the work in accordance with the schedule parameters set by the Project Manager. This plan must be maintained and remain relevant to the function during the course of the Project.
Develop a detailed Engineering schedule to meet the requirements of the Project. Be fully accountable for this schedule and react to any negative movements to ensure the schedule is met.
Resource the Engineering department to ensure that the schedule can be delivered by all disciplines. Develop a back-up strategy to be able to react to the situation where the scope grows or delays begin. Understand the availability of resources or consultants to be able to react promptly to all situations.
Ensure that all members of the Engineering Team fully understand the requirement of the Project and are familiar with the Design Management Plan and are conversant with the commercial constraints of the Project Budget.
Interface with the Procurement function to ensure that all Technical Bid Evaluations are completed on time so that the procurement process is not delayed as a result of Engineering in decisiveness. Meet on a regular basis (more than once per week) with the Procurement Manager and plan the resource allocations to ensure schedules are met.
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with all members of the Project team and offer support to all persons that request support. Pass knowledge onto your team and others in the Project so that the capability of the developed team grows throughout the life of the Project.
Establish a comprehensive database of all Standards, Codes, and Specifications and ensure that all members of the Engineering Team are familiar with their location and the appropriate use of the information. Keep all reference material updated and current.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the engineering phase of the Project. Identify areas of concern and the strategy to mitigate the known issues.
Establish and maintain a detailed risk register for the engineering function and liaise with the Project Controls and Project Managers to discuss the identified risks on a regular basis.
Establish a rigid Document Control system to ensure that all members of the Engineering team follow the approved procedures. Provide training in the use of the system and ensure that all Vendors/Fabricators submit their documents direct to the leader of the Doc Con function.
Ensure that inter-disciplinary reviews are conducted for all aspects of the Project. Monitor the IDR process to ensure that the turn-around time for documents is known and the duration is being minimized.
Establish an efficient Technical Query system to control all TQ s between all partners in the Project. Ensure that all subcontract Vendors/Fabricators adopt the system and it is fully utilized. Manage the TQ system and report weekly the status of all TQ s. Continually strive to reduce the TQ response time.
Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.
Establish a Management of Change procedure and educate the Project Team (all departments) about it s appropriate use. Ensure the system is adopted with the use of all subcontractors to ensure that all changes are effectively managed.
Provide a support service to the Construction phase by assigning persons to the site team and ensuring that the response time to fieldd TQ s is minimized.

Auxiliary units, storage facilities, ship loading from NGL jetty and supplies to QAPCO and QP refinery. Includes starting up and shutting down plant following set procedures, commissioning equipment, by-passing pig traps for opening and cleaning. Checking that working conditions are safe for maintenance to be carried out and carrying out various duties related to ship loading.
Education:
Completion of secondary school plus 1 year full time training in plant operations to C&G or equivalent standard.
Experience & Skills:
4 years experience in Hydrocarbon Processing Plant. Good level of spoken and fair level of written English.

Budget & Cost Control Engineer Primary Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for all Budget and Cost Control issues relating to the Gas Processing Department of Mesaieed Facilities. Produce Cost and Commitment Reports to advise Management of availability and requirement of funding to ensure effective Cost Control and Fund management. Analyse variances from Budgets and Control Costs by signaling and forecasting potential over expenditures in a timely manner to enable decisions to be taken to minimize the cost impact. Port Engineer Responsibilities:

• Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials.

1. Geology Superintendent - Memonitor dan mengkoodinasikan kegiatan ekplorasi batu bara, dimulai dari proses pengumpulan, mempelajari dan mengolah data geology , penyusunan, dan interpretasi data geologis (misal: jumlah, jenis, struktur, kualitas),
- Menganalisis peta sebaran batubara yang dibuat oleh oleh geologist berdasarkan data geologist yang didapatkan melalui kegiatan pengukuran, pencatatan, pengdokumentasian data-data di lapangan;
- Membuat peta kontur struktur berdasarkan peta sebaran batubara yang dibuat oleh geologist untuk menentukan atau sebagai dasar penghitungan sumber kandungan cadangan batu bara, kontur tanah, maupun batu-batuan lainnya
- Menganalisis dan merekomendasikan penentuan titik bor termasuk memonitor dan mengkoordinasikan aktivitas pengeboran pra-penambangan untuk menyajikan informasi akurat lokasi titik bor, lokasi cadangan batubara, jumlah serta kualitasnya;
- Berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, konsultan dalam melaksanakan pengeboran berdasarkan titik pengeboran yg telah ditentukan
- Mengevaluasi hasil analisis ulang model geologi dari geologist berdasarkan permintaan dari unit kerja Mine Plan,
- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi kinerja kontraktor dan konsultan dalam melakukan kegiatan pra-penambangan, menyusun laporan kinerja, dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada Geology Department Head untuk memberikan teguran bilamana terjadi penyimpangan atau ketidaksesuaian dengan kontrak kerja yang telah disepakati sesuai dengan tingkat kewenangannya

- Mengkoordinir dan monitor proses pengambilan sample batu bara, baik pada saat proses pengeboran (eksplorasi) maupun pada saat exploitasi;
- Mengkaji dan menentukan titik-titik bor baru (mapping) apabila terdapat penyimpangan atau ketidak sesuaian dengan data geologi pada saat proses exploitasi (misal : perbedaan ketebalan batubara, perbedaan struktur batubara, dsb)
- Memberikan umpan balik terhadap proses operasional di bidang drilling and mapping untuk mengantisipasi issue potential yang dapat terjadi serta mengusulkan tindakan alternatif bilamana terjadi penyimpangan

2. Geologist Key Accountabilities :
• Memonitor, mengkoordinasikan proses persiapan data geologi (misal : komposisi, struktur geologi, kandungan dan ketebalan batu bara, serta jumlah seam, dll); dan mengevaluasi sebaran batu bara dan kontur struktur untuk menentukan atau sebagai dasar perhitungan sumber (resources) batu bara;
• Melakukan dan memonitor proses pengeboran sesuai dengan titik pengeboran yang telah ditentukan untuk pengambilan sampel batu bara dengan bekerja sama dengan kontraktor;
• Memonitor proses pengambilan sampel batu bara dan mengirimkannya ke Lab untuk dianalisis kandungan batu bara
• Memonitor proses pengumpulan data harian dari pit; Menganalisis ulang struktur geologi, ketebalan batu bara, kedudukan/ posisi batubara dan batu-batuan lain;
• Melaporkan apabila dalam proses exploitasi terdapat penyimpangan atau ketidak sesuaian dengan data explorasi untuk dievaluasi dan ditindaklanjuti
• Melaksanakan dan memonitor proses pengambilan sample batu bara baik pada saat proses pengeboran (eksplorasi) maupun pada saat exploitasi;
• Bekerja sama dengan kontraktor dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengeboran di lapangan sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang telah disepakati, termasuk untuk pengeboran sesuai dengan mapping baru
• Memeriksa kesesuaian laporan kinerja kontraktor dengan pelaksanaan aktual di lapangan

• Memeriksa kondisi seluruh peralatan operasional elektronik maupun infrastruktur pendukung di area site (misal: motor conveyor, jaringan listrik dan AC di site camp dan kantor, dan lain-lain) dan melaksanakan kegiatan perbaikan bilamana terjadi kerusakan;
• Melaksanakan perawatan terhadap peralatan dan jaringan elektronik, mengawasi pemasangan instalansi listrik dan pembagian beban listrik oleh kontraktor termasuk penggunaan listrik di camp site dan penggunaan alat-alat operasional oleh kontraktor;

• Mempersiapkan laporan hasil kegiatan reklamasi untuk dikaji ulang oleh Department Head;
• Merencanakan dan monitor kegiatan revegetasi di area lahan bekas galian tambang (area reklamasi) Menganalisis dan mengusulkan tindakan/ perlakuan terhadap tanah untuk mengembalikan fungsi tanah di area reklamasi (misalnya pemberian pupuk, kapur, atau mineral yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembalikan kesuburan tanah, penentuan jenis tanaman yang sesuai dengan lahan bekas galian dan lain-lain);

• monitor kegiatan pengelolaan limbah tambang (waste management) berupa limbah B3 (contoh : oli, air aki, dll) dan non B3 (contoh : besi bekas, dll), limbah organis dan non organic, maupun limbah produksi yang tergolong B3 (bahan beracun dan berbahaya), dan limbah infeksius (misal : jarum suntik, perban, dll);
• Menganalisis dan mengusulkan tindakan yang dianggap perlu untuk menangani limbah tambang;
• Mengawasi dan mengontrol kontraktor dalam mengelola limbah tambang dan memberikan teguran atau arahan sesuai tingkat kewenangannya bilamana terjadi penyimpangan dari perjanjian kerjasama
• Merencanakan dan memonitor kegiatan daur ulang limbah organik dan non-organik sesuai dengan kondisi limbah (misal pembuatan pupuk kompos, dll) dan kebutuhan tambang;
• Merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengontrol kegiatan inspeksi ke lapangan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah tambang sesuai dengan rencana

6. Community Development & External Affairs Supv • Membina dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan komunitas setempat
• mencari data dan informasi dari masyarakat setempat dan pemerintah lokal, yang dijadikan input bagi atasan langsung dalam mengatasi permasalahan antara perusahaan dan masyarakat sekitar.
• Mengelola dan melakukan filing atas dokumen-dokumen; surat-menyurat serta membuat laporan secara rutin dan berkala untuk hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan external affairs activities;
• Menyiapkan dokumen pelaporan tamu/tenaga kerja asing yang akan berkunjung ke site

1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate

5. Ensure that all members of the Engineering Team fully understand the requirement of the Project and are familiar with the Design Management Plan and are conversant with the commercial constraints of the Project Budget.
6. Interface with the Procurement function to ensure that all Technical Bid Evaluations are completed on time so that the procurement process is not delayed as a result of Engineering in decisiveness. Meet on a regular basis (more than once per week) with the Procurement Manager and plan the resource allocations to ensure schedules are met..
7. Establish and maintain effective work relationships with all members of the Project team and offer support to all persons that request support. Pass knowledge onto your team and others in the Project so that the capability of the developed team grows throughout the life of the Project.
8. Establish a comprehensive database of all Standards, Codes, and Specifications and ensure that all members of the Engineering Team are familiar with their location and the appropriate use of the information. Keep all reference material updated and current.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the engineering phase of the Project. Identify areas of concern and the strategy to mitigate the known issues.
10. Establish and maintain a detailed risk register for the engineering function and liaise with the Project Controls and Project Managers to discuss the identified risks on a regular basis.
11. Establish a rigid Document Control system to ensure that all members of the Engineering team follow the approved procedures. Provide training in the use of the system and ensure that all Vendors/Fabricators submit their documents direct to the leader of the Doc Con function.
12. Ensure that inter-disciplinary reviews are conducted for all aspects of the Project. Monitor the IDR process to ensure that the turn-around time for documents is known and the duration is being minimized.
13. Establish an efficient Technical Query system to control all TQ’s between all partners in the Project. Ensure that all subcontract Vendors/Fabricators adopt the system and it is fully utilized. Manage the TQ system and report weekly the status of all TQ’s. Continually strive to reduce the TQ response time.
14. Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.
15. Establish a Management of Change procedure and educate the Project Team (all departments) about it’s appropriate use. Ensure the system is adopted with the use of all subcontractors to ensure that all changes are effectively managed.
