It is necessary that everyone works to balance his/her 3 legs, spread out PVs evenly on the 3 legs, don't overload a leg with too many people to the detriment of other legs. Constantly spread out the people to spread out PVs cause people generate PVs. A weak leg you work on can become strong.

2. Bonus # 2: Development Bonus

Here you get paid for developing your team.
You may be paid for more than one generation each week depending on the team’s development that week.

4. Bonus # 4: Repeat/Retail Order Bonus

There are all sorts of information, perceptions and realities out there about Multilevel Marketing (MLM).

Some say it is a scam, some say it is overrated, some say it is full of tricks, people say all sorts.

Truth is though, quite some people have had one or two or even several personal unfulfilling experiences with MLM and then many other people who are told of such experiences have magnified them.

And guess what? Bad news spreads faster than good news.

So it is not unlikely that when you are told about MLM, your first thought will go to some of those experiences you most likely have hard about.

But let me attempt to tell you what the real problem is with MLM the way some people have done it and are still doing it.

The way some people carry on their MLM prospecting is such that paints a very rosy, charming, wowing, easy-does-it and no-work-required promise.

These presentations are often very compelling, but the problem is that, a number of the people who those sort of presentations often attract are people who themselves also are looking for the easy way to wealth. Most of them usually people who are either unemployed and seeking some quick monies or people desperately seeking alternative easier streams of income. Of course there is nothing wrong with seeking alternative income streams, in fact you are strongly advised to.

The problem is, these people are most likely people who typically have not been able to supply the kinds of work ethic required for business success wherever they were prior to MLM. They then come in with unrealistic expectations of both expected earnings and required mental and strategic work to be done. And after they come on, there usually is no real regular Training to equip them for Sales, Negotiation, Persuasion, General Business success. Those who brought them in of course have moved on to bring other people in, neglecting the more sustainable strategy of team building.

The result is that they soon get tired, discouraged, disappointed and even frustrated and they eventually abandon the business. But of course that’s not the only thing that happens, they then go about spreading that frustration in of course magnified forms.

There is no secret anywhere, in the business of MLM, you can make as much money as you wish and are willing to work for. I know three people who earn between $3,000 and $18,000 every week; all three are everyday people like you and me and they all began by making the decision in spite of the fears and the opinions out there. That’s the difference between those who will not make it and those who will. The former will be busy analyzing opinions while the latter begins, and in few months the difference would be clear.

The Supervisor, Tax Strategy & Planning has the primary responsibility
of developing and monitoring tax planning strategies for Oando
operating entities (in all the subsectors of the Oil & Gas industry).
The job incumbent has responsibility of ensuring the implementation of
the strategies across the company. The objective is to ensure that the
tax liability of the operating entities across board is at the minimal
level within the confines of the applicable tax legislations in each
jurisdiction where Oando operates. This is achieved by conducting
periodic research on tax planning ideas applicable to Oando businesses
(both within and outside Nigeria) and providing strategy documents on
implementation requirements.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Participates in the formulation of Oando’s Tax Policy and
implementation strategy. Conduct tax research and develop an
understanding of international tax laws in relation to the Group’s
operations. Identifies tax planning opportunities for Oando operations
within the applicable legislations and ensures there is a clear
understanding of the strategies for their implementation. Develops
models for analyzing the Group’s tax structure and tax risks.
Maintains open lines of communication with all relevant decision
makers and stakeholders on strategic tax planning issues. Develops tax
compliance processes for all taxes related to Oando’s business (both
within and outside Nigeria). Monitors compliance of Oando entities
outside Nigeria with the legislations in their jurisdictions.
Identifies changes in International tax conventions (e.g. OECD) and
provides report on the implication for Oando businesses. Operational
Ensures that within the Oando Group’s Corporate Responsibilities, the
contractual obligations and transactions are strategically planned for
tax purposes. Keeps the Operating Companies informed of changes in tax
and regulatory legislations and/or enactment of new legislations.
Identifies tax risks in contracts to be executed by Operating
companies and recommend necessary amendments to mitigate the risks.
Participates in project planning for operating entities with a view of
identifying and advising on the pertinent tax issues. Reviews and
ensures timely publication of monthly tax bulletin on tax issues
within Oando and quarterly tax news letters on recent happenings
within the Nigerian tax environment, prepared by the Tax Analyst.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Regular reports on tax planning ideas for strategic and operational
activities. Effective implementation and monitoring of tax compliance
processes. Quality and timeliness of tax models, risk analysis and

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
