• Experience and/or qualifications in: Scala & SBT, Play framework, BDD, Agile delivery methods (particularly Scrum), Messaging (ESBs) Magnolia CMS, Awareness of accessibility, security and standards compliance, Portlets & portlet development
• The ability and desire to learn
• Adaptable approach
• An enthusiastic interest in (almost) everything IT
• An appreciation for well written code
