		The ability to learn quickly</li>
	<li>
		An enthusiastic interest in (almost) everything web</li>

		Commercial experience of JavaScript&nbsp; (Prototype or jQuery)</li>

		Good understanding of accessibility, security and standards compliance</li>

		Have a role in meeting clients at all stages from pitch to delivery, helping to dissect their wants from their needs and explain them to the rest of the team.</li>

		Work with &nbsp;technically experienced Project Managers</li>
	<li>
		Work in a relaxed environment where your work is more important than what you wear</li>

	and you have</h3>

		The ability to produce exceptional designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, crayons, potato stamps or anything else that works for you&hellip;</li>

		Experience in meeting current and potential clients and helping to define their requirements.</li>

		Fantastic illustration/animation Skills</li>

		Hand coded, expert XHTML/CSS</li>

		Experience of building web sites to W3C standards</li>
	<li>
		Practical knowledge of implementing standards compliant, semantic, accessible user-centred websites</li>
	<li>
		Knowledge of Information Architecture and experience of working with Information Architects</li>
	<li>
		In depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.</li>
	<li>
		Multiple media experience (web, print, animation, illustration, video, etc.). Flash/Actionscript</li>

	&bull; Produce automated test packs to validate system,<br />
	&bull; Execute and evaluate both manual and automated test scripts<br />
	&bull; Work enthusiastically with both in-house and 3rd party testers</p>

	&bull; Full understanding and appreciation of Quality Assurance processes and procedures and when and where to apply them<br />
