• First and foremost, produce great design work
• Have a role in meeting clients at all stages from pitch to delivery, helping to dissect their wants from their needs and explain them to the rest of the team.
• Help to represent the need for User Experience

and you have

• The ability to produce exceptional designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, crayons, potato stamps or anything else that works for you…
• Experience in meeting current and potential clients and helping to define their requirements.
• Most of all, you are going to need a passion for designing the most attractive, useful websites – hell, the best websites full stop – around.
• Fantastic illustration/animation Skills
• Hand coded, expert XHTML/CSS
• Experience of building web sites to W3C standards
• Practical knowledge of implementing standards compliant, semantic, accessible user-centred websites
• Knowledge of Information Architecture and experience of working with Information Architects
• In depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Multiple media experience (web, print, animation, illustration, video, etc.). Flash/Actionscript

• Carry out comprehensive tests of websites for current and potential clients
• Work in an agile development environment
• Analyse Design and requirements and assist designer and client/BA in producing complete system design
• Take ownership of the testing activities on projects you are assigned to.
• Produce automated test packs to validate system,
• Execute and evaluate both manual and automated test scripts
• Work enthusiastically with both in-house and 3rd party testers

And you have…

• Full understanding and appreciation of Quality Assurance processes and procedures and when and where to apply them
• Experience of interrogating a database using SQL / MySQL
• Experience of reviewing and translating business requirements into functional test cases
• Experience of reporting testing progress within a project
• The ability to learn quickly
• An eye for detail
• Good understanding of accessibility, security and standards compliance.
