	AND YOU HAVE...</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Commercial experience in: Java web development, frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, Webflow, J2EE, Templating, JSP, Freemarker / Velocity, ORMs such as Hibernate, Apache Solr, Modern development techniques such as TDD, pair programming, J2EE/Enterprise Edition and J2SE core technologies, Maven &amp; Ant, Web Services, RESTful interfaces, JavaScript, Debugging live issues, with a good understanding of the pitfalls of working on a live environment</li>
	<li>
		Experience and/or qualifications in: Scala &amp; SBT, Play framework, BDD, Agile delivery methods (particularly Scrum), Messaging (ESBs) Magnolia CMS, Awareness of accessibility, security and standards compliance, Portlets &amp; portlet development</li>
	<li>
		The ability and desire to learn</li>
	<li>
		Adaptable approach</li>
	<li>
		An enthusiastic interest in (almost) everything IT</li>
	<li>
		An appreciation for well written code</li>
</ul>
