Job Details
* Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.

Duties include:
* Assisting daily in updating of well plans and survey files; monitoring well paths and performing assigned tasks in checking anti-collision criteria, etc; Anti-collision, Torque and Drag, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) analysis in both planning and drilling phases.
* Assists in the preparation of proposals, tenders, technical reports, etc. and any other assigned duties that will assist in the professional and efficient operation of the directional drilling office.

Job Title: Accountants

For the following units:
1.) Revenue unit
2.) Management Accounts unit
3.) Engineering division
4.) Budget unit

Job Specifications:
Revenue unit
* Participate in the implementation program of RAPID, from kick off to go live.
* Liaise with other stakeholders in the implementation and post implementation phases
* Interface with the service provider (RAPID Agent)

Management Accounts unit
* Prepare regular reports on route costing and profitability
* Prepare monthly report and analysis on returns on investment.
* Provide support for budget and forecasts preparation

Engineering division
* Prepare regular reports on technical services and other cost estimations
* Supply Chain management accounting
* Provide support for Technical stores

Budget unit
* Provide support for budget preparation Monitor and report on budget variances & performance
* Prepare regular budgetary control reports

Requirements:
* At least a first degree in Finance
* Chartered Accountant, member of ICAN, ACCA etc
* Over 5 years professional experience in aviation or allied sector.
* Good technical knowledge and skills Presentation and reporting skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, ERP and Revenue accounting systems
* Ability to work well under pressure

* General audit and special investigations
* Enforcing compliance with policies and procedures

Finance
* Accounts reconciliation
* Book keeping, postings and adjusting entries
* Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Finance Manager

Tax
* Timely submission of tax returns to relevant tax authorities.
* Liaison with company’s tax consultants.
* Keeping books and records in accordance with tax policies
* Any other duties as may be assigned by VP Finance

Requirements:
* At least a first degree in Finance
* About 1-3 years experience in aviation or allied sector.
* Good computer skills - Microsoft tools, ERP
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
