The Risk Management and Contract Compliance Department is responsible for overseeing and assisting all Units of Council in their management and control of corporate and operational risks as well as the provision of public, professional, property and motor vehicle insurances and claims management.

The purpose of this position is to lead, plan and drive health & safety awareness across the organisation and drive a safe workplace culture.

This Safety role will be working closely with all operational Managers and employees to ensure continuous improvement in the safety area on a shop floor level and driving the companies safety culture throughout the business units. You will be involved in conducting risk assessments, audits and the identification of incidents and hazards.
