Sales Manager

The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. The candidate must have extensive sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of sales, good people management, and has experience in managing a business unit. Experience in medical devices and\or pharmaceutical business will be preferred.

Travel is required and may account for 30%-40% of the candidate’s time outstation. The candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently, as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.

All candidates applying for the above position must have:

A bachelor degree (MBA would be an advantage) from a recognized university.
A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Apprenticeship program

This is a12 (twelve) months program designed for bright fresh graduate students who are ready to take the future challenges:

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 /4.00
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Has pleasant personality, energetic, self motivated

Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be given certificate of Apprenticeship Accomplishment from Johnson & Johnson Medical Indonesia.
