We are looking for a very special person to help us starting
Immediately with our Young family of 2 children, a boy and a girl. The children are Wonderful,fun and Adventurous. We are busy type work takes most of our time and want a caring Figure to work with us for at least 3 years contract. Hours during Term time are:

Monday & Friday 08:30-09:30 15:00-18:00
Tuesday 08:30-21:00 Total of 30hours.
During school holidays all 3 days would be
08:30-18:00, 29.5 hours.

SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:
AU PAIR/NANNY: £3000Mothly (weekly allowance £100).
HOUSE KEEPER: £2000 Monthly (weekly allowance £200).
DRIVER:£3000 Monthly (weekly allowance £300).
NURSE:£3000 Monthly (weekly allowance £200).
CHEF: £3000 Monthly (weekly allowance £100)

The employee will have his or her own bedroom with TV set and internet Facilities, with a personal bathroom, and also a car to drive around If necessary needed for leisure time. and also the employee can travel for holidays.

Client is seeking a project manager with the following minimum qualifications (must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree preferred.

• 5+ years information technology project management experience; Certified Project Management Professional preferred.

• 3+ years experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

• 3+ years experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs or testing.

• 3+ years experience producing documentation related to meetings, analyses or training materials.

• 3+ years experience testing custom, or commercial-off-the-shelf, applications.

• 3+ years experience facilitating large focus-group sessions, webinars, interviews or other meetings.

• Experience managing external vendor relations desirable.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint required.

• Experience with projects with any of the following characteristics desirable: o Implementation of a commercial-off-the-shelf system.

o Re-engineering of business processes prompted by implementation of a modernized technical solution.

o ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

The project manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the execution of project plans and production of deliverables on time, within budget, and to expectations on the DCTT system implementation project in accordance with the department’s ITLC process.

• Monitoring contract to ensure quality and timeliness of work are performed by vendor.

• Facilitating or actively participating in meetings or other project activities to produce project deliverables.

• Coordinating communications, meetings and trainings with Food Safety staff, information technology office staff, the Department’s Project and Portfolio Management Office and executive leadership.

• Coordinating implementation tasks with the vendor and the Department’s technical teams.

• Managing project risk and scope expansion through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of contingency plans.

• Managing change control within the project. Obtaining sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget and schedule that affect the critical path.

• Analyzing how current processes will change due to implementation of new DCTT system.

• Ensuring technical direction and standards are being followed.

Deliverables

Key deliverables include, but are not limited to the following:

• Project Management Plan (PMP) that addresses management of scope, risk, communications, quality and change management.

• Project schedules.

• Project and contract budget.

• Status reports.

• Meeting agendas, minutes or other required materials.

• Presentation or training materials.

• Business process documentation.

• Test plans/cases.
