The ideal candidate would be a CA and MBA with 20-22 years experience in Corporate Finance and Fund raising in India, Middle East and Africa

Desirable attributes

The candidate should have strong exposure to :

·         large debt syndication &amp; structuring, financial modeling for bot projects, asset management, legal-commercial negotiations 

·         Managing the finances of all “Special Purpose Vehicles” (independent legal entities) including budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, MIS, compliance and commercials 

·         Designing dashboards and reviewing monthly progress with management teams of the operational SPVs 

·         Debt syndication &amp; structuring including vetting of financial models, project information memorandums. Support / lead term sheet negotiation, loan documentation. 

·         Manage relationship with lenders. Support lender consortium meetings 

·         Credit ratings for the group entities 

·         Assisting with all fund raising activities

Experience : 

5- 7 years of Experience in Engineering of Instrumentation and Control for Power or Process Industry.

Hands on experience on Engineering and Design of Control and Instrumentation for Power Projects.

OR

Experience on design / configuration and implementation of Distributed Control Systems or Programmable Logic Controllers for Power and Process Industry.


Working knowledge of Project Management MS Project and also above average skills in Microsoft Office Products (Access/Excel) will be a added advantage.
