2010-04-03T23:42:00.005-07:00

Hi, I have worked for a cover illustration of a horror fiction in Taiwan these days. The illustration was start at 3D. I use maya to creat the scene. That including all objects and basic light sourse, then paint over it in PS. That will speed up my workflow.

CGArena Excellence Award!!

2010-03-13T22:06:00.012-08:00

Hi, it's my honor that my warhammer rider has got a second award- CGArena Excellence Award. They put my works into the Scenes catogory not the Characters catogory that I can't find it for awhile. Anyway, thanks for the CGArena judges!

cilck on the award logo to link my CGArena page.

here is the award logo that I got.

thanks everyone who has supported me.
Feeling so good at this magic moment.

Warhammer Rider WIP 07

2009-12-14T05:00:00.000-08:00

Hi, it has been awhile not pose any update for this guy.
cause I worked on several adjustments for my final illustrations.
After fought with the weight of my character,
I developed 5 poses as the main model of my illustrations that I most satisfy with.
And trying to add some decent environments behind.

Warhammer Rider WIP 01

2009-06-23T08:38:00.001-07:00

Hi, everyone,
I decide to do a warhammer character this time.
kind of big challenge for me.
see how far I can reach.
concepts are from online gallery.
OK, here we go!
horse first...

2009-06-17T07:47:00.001-07:00

After the DW4 contest, I spent some time to do the final adjustment.
use matte painting background and composition etc.
render several passes add to the final.
that's I called it done.

2009-05-19T12:18:00.001-07:00

OK, I am pretty satisfy that I can finish the entry,I learn a lot this time.

there are my final images, thanks for watching.

2009-05-18T01:30:00.001-07:00

50% to go

2009-05-17T03:21:00.001-07:00

hi~the maps still have some gap issue.

other than that, it's done.

AO+Normal

2009-05-16T04:11:00.001-07:00

2009-05-14T19:02:00.001-07:00
