YourDaddyJoey's Separation From Epik Products Effective Immediately

YourDaddyJoey is a social media / news reporting / database archival site of far-left criminal conduct with an emphasis on Antifa and their enablers. The totality of individuals and events on the site run the spectrum of individuals who were arrested at an Antifa related event all the way to events where Antifa were engaged in murderous conduct. Tracking extremist conduct is in no way illegal. All content on YourDaddyJoey is user generated content and 100% legal.

We are working around the clock to bring it back up, better than ever. Our database of photos, videos, event details is the largest in the world.

But why are we down?

We started YourDaddyJoey for public viewing of our research in January of 2021 with our domain register and server host Epik.com. We built our own servers and separated hosting shortly thereafter. Epik.com has always been a domain platform that refused to cater to tearful pleas from cancel culture and as a result of this we trusted them with our content delivery and domain. In February of 2021 Epik.com got hacked via their service provider AWS (I had no idea they were using Amazon at the time or ever and would have terminated my relationship earlier had I known) and did not notify any customers or clients of these events. Our traffic at the time was miniscule and thus we would not have been a target when the hack occurred.

The hackers, known as "Demon Hackers" went on to scrape records and hack sites such as Parler, GAB, and other alternative social media and alt-popular sites. We assisted GAB, Parler, and then again Epik when the data was released from the data breach of Epik early August 2021 to identify the hackers in question and provide the owners of the services the proofs of concept.

We focus entirely on Antifa, but from time to time I have been contacted to research and mitigate damages done against individuals. One such individual was Rob Monster, the CEO of Epik. In private Telegram communications Mr. Monster requested / implied and overtly that I research specific individuals -whom will remain nameless at this time- and provide the information to Mr. Monster. At no time did I ever contact any of the research subjects directly. On one occasion Mr. Monster sent me to the home of one of his service providers whom Mr. Monster informed me might have died from COVID. I traveled to the home, passed the information, and was paid $500 for doing so. In total Mr. Monster paid me $2,000 for research services on various projects and Epik credits via his Masterbucks service.

YourDaddyJoey is freely available to the public. This means that everyone can view, share, and search our database, without advertisement. We generate no revenue from the site. In addition to the general public, by its public nature, the content of the site can and is often visited by law enforcement personnel. From Federal Agents calling me for more information to local law enforcement requesting our methodology of our research the content and our research has been used in criminal and civil cases nationwide. We are proud of the fact that we have solved many crimes by the research we have done. Nothing on our site has been flagged as illegal by any of the scores of law enforcement agencies.

After the Epik hack was announced I researched the key players and privately shared the findings with Mr. Monster. These findings included lengthy public records that included sensitive information. Soon thereafter a submission was made through our "Tips" page and a profile was moderated by a team member. I notified Mr. Monster that we received a tip and that the profile was going live. Mr. Monster reviewed the profile after it went live and had no objections to it at the time.

Public pressure mounted around the hacked material and breach. Mr. Monster specifically redirected the attention from the security breach to the nature of my site and myself in an effort to mitigate damages. We discussed this on the telephone and via written communications. I was okay with the redirect of attention to me to buy Mr. Monster time to address his security issues and the breach of his site.

As pressures mounted, on the day his attorney was not available, Mr. Monster foolishly thought he could reason with the hackers and unstable "journalist". In what was supposed to be a private conversation Mr. Monster was mocked, shamed, extorted and exploited by a FBI Most Wanted hacker, a hacker who is in exile from Federal indictments in the United States, a legitimate neo-nazi, and an alcoholic accused pedophile reporter. The results were that out of a knee jerk reaction, while on the recorded zoom conference, Mr. Monster terminated my services with the caveat that the individuals would not release more data from the breach and that they essentially stop talking bad about Epik.

During this video of the conference you can clearly see Mr. Monster being extorted, exploited, and humiliated.

Mr. Monster proposed privately that we mask our IP addresses and use CloudFlare to remain with Epik for some of our services. We bulked and are removing as much of our content as quickly as we can. We refuse to do business with a cancel culture susceptible weak individual. We were already in the process of transitioning most of our services to another platform but had not made the leap out of loyalty to Mr. Monster. A decision that I fully regret now.

YourDaddyJoey will return shortly. We are simply working through the steps to move the content and recreate it at our new home. Our new service providers audited YourDaddyJoey less than a week ago when I visited their offices to discuss some forthcoming plans for the site that will make it even better than before while holding fast to our current quality. Everything is in place now and it is simply pending domain transfer and content recreation. We will return, better than ever. Very quickly since we had the partnerships in place already. The only delay is my lack of tech savviness and the suddenness of Mr. Monster's decision to terminate the site and cave to cancel culture criminal thugs, without any notice.

We are severing ALL services and business with Epik and Rob Monster, effective immediately. This includes those that Mr. Monster privately said could continue if we simple hide him from the delivery of the content. I apologize for sending Epik your business.

I do not do business with cowards who cave to cancel culture. This was true when CashApp "accidentally" terminated and them restored my account and is true of Epik. Even if I have to recreate from scratch every last profile and page, I will do so.

I apologize in advance for the short nature of the site being offline. It will return.

I Worked At Aurora, Colorado COVID Emergency COVID-19 Respite Center. Here is what I know.

From April 6th, 2020 until the day I was fired on July 11, 2020 by CEO of Milehigh Behavioral Healthcare Bob Dorshimer because public elected official racist pedophile rapist lying communist child human sex trafficker deadbeat dad and violent thug Tay Anderson pressured him into cancel culture I worked for the Aurora Emergency Respite Center at the Quality Inn in Aurora, Colorado.

I was forced to sign disclaimers and separation of employment contracts, however, I revoked my position pursuant to the terms of that agreement within the time frame allotted and CEO Bob never bothered to follow up with it.

I developed the database, spreadsheets, and record keeping systems for the entire Aurora Emergency Respite Center and therefore I own the sheet and it's contents.

The following document is a PDF of the final sheet that I had access to before being canned. It is legally mine. I did not steal it, I did not "hack" it, I did not otherwise illegally come into possession of it. My former employer is fully aware that I have the sheet -we exchanged texts, emails, and at least one meeting with my attorney present in person. The only portion of the sheet that I censored was the medical log-in / password section. Any HIPPA violations and lawsuits can be sent to MileHigh Behavioral Healthcare care-of CEO Bob Dorshimer.

Of note in this document is the Aurora ICE Detention Center releases who were releasing arrested and charged inmates who were "high risk" or "COVID-19 positive" via a non-profit Casa de Paz to spend what was supposed to be the 2 week quarantine however, after a single night in most cases we never saw them again, but were told not to enter them into this sheet as "AWOL" because someone from Casa de Paz would pick them up in the middle of the night and they would disappear.

Also of note, are the numerous Colorado half-way houses that sent their alcoholic, drug addicted and many times violent offenders to the same hotel.

This emergency respite center also took referrals from Children's Hospital, UC Health, and all the Denver metro area hospitals.

It was not unusual for us to find guests in other guest's rooms, walking to the stores and gas stations without a mask -I strongly suspect that the Aurora Emergency Respite Center was the cause of the Walmart outbreak -which saw the death of 3 employees- after one of the guests continued to go there -only a few blocks away- to get alcohol and cigarettes.

What we also saw, even during this period, which I brought to my supervisors attention, was the repeated referrals for the same person -who supposedly contracted COVID-19 more than once.

Also noteworthy is how Bob Dorshimer's MileHigh Behavioral Healthcare made almost $1,000,000 while the Emergency Respite Center was operational, by allowing non-COVID-19 positive individuals like the Michael Walker who was one of the first "COVID-19" cases (April 6th, 2020) and didn't leave until the program was discontinued after I left.

Another personal issue with this was that everything you see on the desk in this photo -except the computer on the left in the image- I personally purchased and was told I would be reimbursed for, but then was forced to sign a "in-kind contribution" form that was tax-deductible. The total was over $1,500.

Although Mayor Mike Coffman himself says that the hospitals were being overran with COVID-19 patients, what you will see if that at no point did we have more than 50 guests at the center -mostly less than 20, and of them less than 50% were COVID-19 positive. (See his Tweet below)

All of the exact screenshots used to validate her claims of racism are reproduced below. I challenge ANYONE to find one single instance of racism, let alone enough to be considered "well-known for his racist Facebook posts" as claimed by Cedillo. Regarding Tiffany Caudill's 13 year old daughter Olivia Caudill. Tiffany herself thrusted the pathetic kid into the public spotlight, wrote her "speeches" in an attempt to galvanize crowds, often with lies. According to Olivia's speeches she was raped by the age of 11 (I pray she wasn't raped by Tay Anderson), experienced extreme distress over active shooter drills by 10, had issues with ObamaCare (Affordable Care Act) by 12, and apparently has a position on Planned Parenthood by age of 9... and on and on. These are all publicly known examples of Olivia's speeches. It's doubtful that she was raped, or had issues or concerns with respect to the Affordable Care Act, and maybe if she were raped it could explain why she supports Planned Parenthood...

In any event, Tiffany thrusted this liar Olivia into the spotlight but demands only favorable speech in coverage of her, which I am not going to bow to when the facts don't match or add up. If you dare call this 13 year old a liar Tiffany will say that you are "targeting" a minor. Such is how Tiffany has abused her child and used Olivia as a pawn in political agendas of the far-left.

CCJRC Weekly 2020 Legislative Update

The session is moving at such a fast and furious pace, it already feels like we’ve been at it for months. As we move into February, we don’t expect the pace to slow down. The Senate passed the repeal of the death penalty bill (SB100) 19 to 13, after hours of debate!!! The bill will now cross over to the House where it is anticipated it will pass. CCJRC wants to acknowledge and thank all the hands that have been involved over the decades to repeal the death penalty in Colorado. When Governor Polis signs that bill into law, I hope you all feel a tremendous accomplishment and our gratitude.

HB20-1019 that would reopen CSP2 and enact reforms passed out of the House Judiciary Committee and will be heard in House Appropriations this week. Recently, Idaho announced that it was planning on sending 1,000-1,200 inmates to Colorado that would be housed in the Kit Carson Correctional Facility, a private prison owned by CoreCivic. HB1019 was amended to add in more guardrails to current law, but CCJRC doesn’t think the amendment goes far enough to protect Colorado’s interests and prevent this inhumane practice of “importing/exporting” people in prison. Stay tuned on this issue. There will be much more to come.

Rep McKean (R-Ft Collins) introduced legislation to repeal all of a bill that year that lowered the penalty for simple drug possession from a felony to a misdemeanor. The bill is anticipated to die in the House Judiciary Committee next week, but we will be there to counter their arguments. The bill that was passed last year doesn’t even go into effect until 3/1/20.

This week, the General Assembly will begin the process of debating some of the final budget decisions for this fiscal year (which ends June 30, 2020) while at the same time the Joint Budget Committee (JBC) will begin setting our budget for next fiscal year (which begins July 1, 2020). The Department of Corrections budget, which is requesting over $1 billion, will be discussed by the JBC on Wednesday, February 19th.

Description: Prison Population Management Interim Study Committee bill. Would authorize the use of CSP2 and make several reforms, most substantively are the changes to the escape statute. According to data from DOC, 97% of people convicted of escape, actually either walked away from a halfway house, 2% tampered with an ankle monitor and less than 1% actually escaped from a secure facility. But under current law, walkaways are charged with escape, which is either a class2/3 felony. The bill would create a new of “unauthorized absence” that would apply to people in community placement a halfway house, parole, work release, home detention, etc. The crime of “unauthorized absence” would be a F6 if the person’s underlying conviction is a crime of violence; if not, it’s a class 3 misdemeanor.

Description: Allows a person sentenced to DOC for a felony offense that was committed when the person was between 18 – 24 years of age to be eligible for parole after they have served 50% of their sentence and after the person has served at least 15 calendar years in prison. It is presumed the person will be paroled as long as they have not had any code of penal discipline violations in the last 5 years and no class I code of penal discipline violations in the last 10 years, though the parole board will still have final discretion. This would not apply to individual who are serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole. The bill also extends eligibility for the DOC specialized program that was created in SB16-180 to young adults that were sentenced for a felony that was committed when the person was 18- 24 years old. Currently, only juveniles sentenced to DOC for a felony when they were under the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the DOC specialized program.

Description: Opioid & Other Substance Use Disorders Study Committee bill. CCJRC supports improving access to treatment services, but have not taken a formal position on this bill yet as there multiple provisions in this bill that CCJRC staff is still analyzing. In the interim, here are some of the specifics of the bill: requires substance use disorder needs assessments to be done every 2 years in the 7 Managed Service Organization (MSO) regions across the state, which in turn will require the MSOs to come up with region specific community action plans as to how they will address continued addiction treatment services gaps and needs across our state; increases the state healthcare loan forgiveness and addiction counselor scholarship programs by $1 million in efforts to increase the healthcare workforce in our state; states that courts, probation, parole and community corrections cannot deny someone access to these levels of supervision or programs if they are on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT); consolidates the emergency treatment, voluntary and involuntary commitment process for alcohol use disorders and drugs (substance use disorders).

This bill would count people for the purposes of the 2020 census who are incarcerated in Department of Corrections (DOC) facilities as of April 1, 2020 at their last known address prior to becoming incarcerated instead of the address of the correctional facility.

HB20-1017 – Substance Use Disorder Treatment In Criminal Justice System

Description: Opioid & Other Substance Use Disorders Study Committee bill. Would require the DOC and local, multijurisdictional, and municipal jails make available Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to people who are incarcerated who have an opioid use disorder. For those who receive treatment while incarcerated, the correctional facility would need to ensure the person is connected to behavioral health services in the community prior to release. Would create “safe stations” at police stations, county sheriff’s offices, and fire stations where an individual could dispose of controlled substances without penalty and receive assistance in accessing addiction treatment services. Requires courts to favorably consider whether an individual has successfully completed an addiction treatment program when a person is petitioning the court to seal their record. Appropriates $1.5 million to the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) in increase diversion programs and requires OBH to begin reporting on or before November 1, 2021 on the status of the various criminal justice diversion programs they implement.

HB20-1026 – Create Twenty Third Judicial District

Description: In Colorado, judicial district boundaries are occasionally revised as the population of our state increases. For over 50 years, Colorado has had 22 judicial districts. Given the growth in our state, in particular in the 18th judicial district which consists of Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln counties, it is time for our state to consider adding another judicial district. This bill would establish a 23rd judicial district as of January 1, 2025 that would consist of Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln counties. If this bill passes, Arapahoe County would be the sole county in the 18th judicial district.

HB20-1065 – Harm Reduction Substance Use Disorders

Would allow pharmacies to sell sterile syringes without a prescription, extends civil and criminal immunity to someone who acts in good faith and administers naloxone that is expired to someone who is experiencing an opiate-related overdose, removes regulatory barriers to operate a syringe access program, and would allow hospitals to operate syringe access programs. Finally, the bill increases funding for the harm reduction grant program that was established last year in SB19-008 and ensures ongoing funding until the sunset review that will take place in 2023.

HB20-1123 – Grace Period Before Failure to Appear Warrant

Description: Would prohibit a court from issuing a warrant for failure to appear at a scheduled court appearance for 72 hours after the missed court date. The 72 hour period only includes days of which the court is in session. If an individual presents themselves to the court within that 72 hour window, the court cannot issue a warrant. Courts will have the discretion to determine how a person “presents” themselves be it in-person, through counsel, over the phone or some other manner.

Wheat Ridge Police Officer Brian Cook Conspires With Tristyn M. Weber to Entrap Joseph A. Camp

The Wheat Ridge Police Office Brian Cook can be seen in this video instructing Tristyn M. Weber and her mother Kimberly Y. Weber to instigate Joseph A. Camp and "call his bluff". After Camp filed suit, the Webers with the assistance of Brian Cook and Detective Mark Slavsky brought criminal charges against Camp for his lawful petitioning activities.

Unfortunately, many people were drawn into this criminal conspiracy perpetuated by the Wheat Ridge Police Department. It is time that the accused racist District Attorney for the First Judicial District Peter Weir begin investigating this criminal conduct. But of course he will not, because then he would have to also investigate Assistant District Attorney Candace Cooledge for presenting the false criminal prosecution to the court.

Unfortunately this entrapment has cost an innocent man years of pain and suffering, as well as loss of business, and reputational damage. The basis of People v. Camp: 17-cr-983 was the litigation that Brian Cook instructs the Webers to instigate. Hmmmm.

Let's not forget that Camp has successfully reversed and remanded SIX of the illegal dismissals of his civil suits, and that the Jefferson County District Court Judge that Dismissed the case did so on grounds so stupid that she should be removed from the bench. Her name is Honorable Laura Ann Tighe.

Camp went to prison for threatening LAWFUL litigation, and then WON that lawful litigation that he was charged with. Causing the entire entrapment scheme to be as fake as a talking mime.

RECORDED CONVERSATIONS

Without telling anyone that I LAWFULLY recorded those intake conversations with Marcela Piaz and her staff (especially Ms. Nancy) I simply squirreled away the recordings with a safe party just in case. Colorado is a ONE PARTY CONSENT STATE for recording conversations, meaning that only I need to consent to the recording of the conversation and don't have to tell the other party. Further, HIPAA protects the rights of the clients in medical settings. A client has NO OBLIGATION to observe HIPAA and can waive confidentiality in any way the client wishes. Here, I recorded the conversations (hours worth).

Later, after multiple LIES contained in emails to my Parole Officer from IDEA Forums staff I decided to make everyone aware of the recorded conversations. I went back and listened to the audio recordings and they simply don't jive with the version and LIES of IDEA Forums.

I filed a complaint with the Professional Licenses of Colorado and will be seeking defamation of character damages as a result of injuries sustained as a consequence of my Parole Officer believing the LIES of IDEA Forums.

I have since been referred to a different treatment provider and this one actually seems to be legitimate. I am excited to work with the new provider for my treatment Conditions of Parole requirements.

Financial Incentive for IDEA Forums to LIE and make unreasonably enhanced requirements.

When the Department of Corrections refers a Parolee to any type of "treatment" as a condition of Parole Supervision, they use a referral agency called Rocky Mountain Offender Management Systems (who are a subsidiary of CoreCivic (the Private Prison Corporation formerly known as Corrections Corporation of America -CCA).

Services like IDEA Forum -ran and operated by the corrupted and fraudulent and recorded LIAR Marcela Paiz- leach off of this promised and guaranteed monies from the State of Colorado. Though the Conditions of my Parole were that I attend ONLY 12 groups, those frauds and LIARS at IDEA Forum wanted more money from RMOMS so they tried to force me into Individual Sessions.

Here are the fees and cost that the Colorado Department of Corrections will pay to services like IDEA Forum via RMOMS. Below this chart is the email from me to the group instructor (who is not properly licensed to run a group anyways) and her email back to me kicking me out of the group.

Which was because a WOMAN BEATER -I am in the class for threatening a cop and sending unsolicited non-threatening text messages to my ex- in the group decided that my Professional Attire/Clothing, note-taking, and reluctance to accept at face value the out-dated curriculum of the group without clarification of proper context and content.

So, this was an excuse to get more promised and guaranteed monies from the Department of Corrections via RMOMS. When someone like the scumbag WOMAN BEATER decides that he doesn't like something but he is coming in for 4 individual sessions, drug groups, and anger management and domestic violence treatments, of course IDEA Forums is going to want him to stay as he is making them a BOAT TON of monies (SEE CHART ABOVE).

Thank you for pointing out that I have communication flaws and need to figure those out. It will do me well to learn coping skills to handle those. I appreciate this input and the recommendation for individual sessions to address these.

While I was leaving the group you suggested that I participate in an individual session so that we can set up a treatment plan based my my individual needs.

The time that was suggested was Thursday at 3:00pm at the your Denver branch just before the 4:00pm group. I believe that this is a wonderful suggestion and is fine by me. It fits perfectly with my schedule -as my class instructors have permitted me excused for the evening hours of class, and if it is a regular thing -which I am not opposed to- then I can ensure that my work schedule permit me to attend as well.

My hesitancy is, and I am copying Parole Officer Jeremy Burns as well on this email for this reason, I have no money to be able to afford these individual sessions and was informed by my case manager, Ms. Dana, at RMOMS that the Department of Corrections via Division of Adult Parole will only pay for 12 groups sessions with no individual sessions. I can't afford additional treatment costs at this point in my life. If you can explain the need for the individual sessions as part of my the overall [Anger Management] treatment needs and the Division of Parole will authorize RMOMS to make such a payment because of it being needed as part of my treatment -a required part as you explained to me- it is likely that the Division of Parole will be able to pay to assist me with this vital treatment requirement. Aside from costs of individual sessions I have no further hesitations and look forward to attending if the financial aspect can be taken care of.

I have previously arraigned for afternoon Thursdays to be designated for treatment so the ability to be able to do the individual sessions just prior to the group sessions is much appreciated. Thank you for allocating the time on Thursdays for these sessions.

I look forward to learning as much from the group and individual sessions as possible and welcome the opportunity this coming Thursday at 3:00pm to create a treatment plan that will help me achieve the goals I set for mental health and as a result for my life in general. I am sure that Division of Parole and the Department of Corrections will understand the stated requirement for the individual sessions as part of the overall [Anger Management] treatment as a requirement for the [Anger Management] treatment completion condition of my parole supervision and will allocate the funds necessary to assist me in advancing myself educationally, financially, socially and mentally.

As a result of being discharged for reasons that are not dischargeable (especially in light of the recordings) I sent a Revocation of Permission to Release Records related to my medical treatment at IDEA Forums as required by HIPAA. IDEA Forums went on to continue to release my records after the revocation was made in violation of HIPAA's privacy protections.

THE MY EMAIL AND IT'S ATTACHMENT REVOKING THE DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION

Dear Ms. Paiz, IDEA,

Please find my letter attached. If you have any questions, please let me know if you have any further questions.

I am asking for a copy of the license for Crystal McCubbin, MA, CAC II, ADVTP to make treatment decisions concerning my mental health treatment. I searched on https://apps.colorado.gov/dora/licensing/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx and called them to double check, but there were no licenses for practice for Ms. McCubbin in the State of Colorado.

I did however find the attached founded complaints and other relevant material concerning your license. I am not sure that the fact that your license is still ACTIVE permits Ms. McCubbin to provide treatment under your license. If that is the case, I appreciate if you would let me know. Additionally, I also found that you previously filed a retaliatory lawsuit for Defamation of Character against your former employee after she allegedly filed a complaint against you for something like 30 violations of the mental health standards. -a baseless lawsuit that you ultimately lost. As I am a client (former or otherwise), and not an employee, and the records attached are public, I hope that you do not sue me for the distribution of the public records, or filing a complaint as you did your former employee.

I am also NOW asking that the Colorado Attorney General and Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies investigate to ensure that I and others were/are being provided with licensed treatment by Crystal McCubbin and not by some fly-by-night shady operation that some profit driven "health care providers" who solely contract with guaranteed revenue sources such as State Probation and Parole. I am hopeful that my mental health has not suffered irreparable damage as a result of the unlicensed practice of mental health treatment by your agency.

I have spoken to Parole Officer Jeremy Burns about your decision to terminate me in retaliation for me questioning the content of the treatment that Ms. McCubbin was providing and suggesting that your agency was in violation of numerous aspects of HIPPA and other privacy laws concerning the protection of Health Care Records, manner and licensed treatment. Mr. Burns and I and my representatives are working to find an alternative to your agency in which I can successfully complete the treatment requirement of my Parole Conditions -hopefully one that is licensed and professional with their understanding of the content being used to alter the cognitive behaviors of a human being.

As you have informed me that you are discharging me from continued treatment through your services, I am hereby revoking all written, or implied consent to disseminate any information about my treatment, or any aspect of my communication with your services, employees, contractual workers, interns, volunteers or anyone connected to IDEA.

This is a revocation of ALL grants of permission to share information with any agency, person, or body, however permission was given, including all written permission signed by myself.

This revocation is being made pursuant to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act -commonly known as HIPAA. As you know the privacy rule contained within HIPPA requires your company to maintain the privacy of “Protected Health Information (PHI) in healthcare treatment, payment and operations.

Should any aspect of my records be disclosed pursuant to the few exceptions within HIPAA, HIPPA requires that you immediately notify me of the full nature and reason for the release.

Please also note that I cannot find a professional license with the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations for Crystal McCubbin, MA, CAC II, ADVTP, in which she is licensed to instruct Domestic Violence Treatment classes, or any mental health treatment -or licensed to make decisions regarding the treatment needs of clients. Could you please provide me a copy of the license and authorizations from the State of Colorado that permit her to make behavioral treatment decisions that affect my mental and physical health, such as the decision to terminate my treatment?

Please also note that I recorded both intake sessions with Ms. Nancy, and after a review of the recordings was unable to discern where or when I was rude, disrespectful, or did anything incorrect or wrong as she indicated to parole in various emails. Could you please
inform me of the conduct that you alleged was inappropriate so that I can listen to the recording and learn from my mistakes, if any. HIPAA permits the CLIENT, not the treatment provider, to decide what is or is not disseminated. There is no implied release of the records by me recording the evaluation sessions as they are only disseminated to my attorneys and private counselor.
