Berlin or Cape Town?

I want to go to Cape Town, but my parents want to go to Berlin (looks like we’re going to Berlin). I begged if we could go to Cape Town, South Africa next year, but they were like “NO, why would we want to go to a disgusting place like that! People there are so mean! I don’t get why you want to go!” Even though we’d be very careful. My dad said he’d take me to Kenya, but that we’d get killed. He’s been there. Also, he said the safaris in South Africa are terrible. HE HAS NEVER BEEN!!!! How do I convince them to take my to Cape Town? My neighbor went and loved it!

Inside Gatwick Airport terminal?

My husband and I are flying from Johannesburg to Gatwick Airport with Emirates and after a few hours we have another flight from Gatwick to Milan Malpensa. The problem is my husband has a italian visa, he cannot enter the uk. We’ll have to get our luggage from the emirates flight and check them in again into a easy jet check in. Can we do this without leaving the departures? I’m afraid they’re not gonna let us get out to check in on easy jet and go back in again.
Please any advice? Thanx.
I’m sure Emirate won’t check the luggage all the way through, they don’t know about my next flight because is a different airline. The problem is I HAVE to go through customs to get my luggage and to check them in again to the next flight and get my new ticket. So will they let us through although my husband doesn’t have a visa for the uk?

what can be done to combat sex tourism?

since world cup 2010 is coming to south africa there is going to be influx of people coming from other countries so what can be done to combat sex tourism.Give advice to organising committe of the world cup 2010 as how such kind of crimes can be prevented.

Cape town or sydney??

I want to go for a vacation at august and have to choose between those two places, sydney australia or cape town south africa including trip to safari. please let me hear from you specially those who have been to those two cities. i want you to say why would you recommend any..
