What's more, you can't remember how you found out, you just knew the answer this time.

But has this happened to you - you feel differently towards someone that you know after waking up from a sleep. Most likely, you do not realize when this happened, you probably do not even know that you felt that way after a sleep (or more specifically, a dream). All you know is that, you do not feel the way you used to.

I guess it is no use to ask if you remember that dream, though it is possible. This depends on your level of intuition and of course, intuition is something that you already have, you have only to develop it.

What I really want to say is that, dreams heal. It is not really necessary for someone who has wronged you to apologize in person, he may do so in a dream, your dream. That said, don't take this literally, but it is quite safe to say that the other person feels apologetic.

You may want to try this, but it is not necessary.

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

Listen to yourself for big things and small

In the previous post, I talked about heeding the fear that comes through. But obviously, this is not the only use of intuition (or listening to yourself).

If it isn't for our over reliability on our left brain (or our conscious self), we could have been more intuitive. There is a place for our conscious self and a place for our unconscious (intuitive) self and not only that, both parts are suppose to communicate with each other.

If you are not already aware, most successful people are doing just that; not limited to practical and well known business men. Their spirituality is no secret, except that the public are generally more interested in the material aspect. That is how left brain dominated we are.

The successful ones ask themselves on matters pertaining to the stock market, real estate, etc. It does not harm to have a financial advisor or the like but who is the most reliable advisor? You already know the answer.

Still, before they were faced with such questions, they must have been more than just acquainted with this unconscious self; they must have habituated this process, since the day they were born perhaps? Even if they were disconnected halfway, they must have reconnected some where along the journey of life.

This is where we come in. (I am asuming that you are a novice to your unconscious self, just like I am.) We can start small.

It can be as simple as this example. My spouse was suggesting that we go to a particular electrical store to purchase an electric jug. As I was in the habit of getting to know myself, the idea came to me to well, ask myself on this matter.

In response, the feeling I received was not a strong one but was nevertheless, not exactly positive. The feeling was a simple one and came instantaneously (but feelings are hard to describe, especially in writing). Lets just say that I got a feeling that I would rather not go.

I begun to reason with myself; why did I feel this way? There was no reason that I could see so I begun to guess. Perhaps the shop was closed, perhaps we will not be able to get what we wanted. I could not tell for sure, only could I guess.

Sure enough, when we arrived, the shop was closed.

Pratice makes perfect, but this is no training. It is our birth right and therefore, natural to our abilities. Our intuition is only suffering from a lack of use.

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

Listen to yourself

Occasionally, answers come even without our explicit asking, even with a sense of urgency. More often than not, this may be interpreted as a warning.

I have experienced a feeling of fear, coming from within my chest, or rather, I believe is actually through my spiritual heart (which is also where the physical heart is located), more than once, each time prompting me not to take a particular action, when I was just about to do so.

The first time I felt this way I was genuinely puzzled and can see no reason why. I went ahead anyway and quickly found out why.

You see, this is exactly what I am talking about, the answer(which can take the form of a feeling) that comes without your thinking it, which may even puzzle you if you do think about it (after receiving the answer).

As a matter of fact, if you want to have any kind of success in your life, you should be listening to yourself. What it comes down to, there is nothing else you need to do except to listen to yourself, and act on the information you have received.

Listen to yourself most of the time if not all the time but definitely listen when it feels urgent. The feeling is unmistakable.

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

Ask yourself

Perhaps the most important lesson I have learnt (and am still learning) in life is to listen to myself. And if I can't hear it, I have learnt to ask myself and wait for the answer.

Whatever I need, I know is already within me, I need only access it.

I have found out for myself that the answer that comes without my thinking it is the most accurate. Sometimes, the answer to my question comes almost instantaneously.

Another way is to submit a question just before I sleep. The answer comes upon my waking up. For me, this method works well with a 'yes' or 'no' answer.

It is really quite simple - submit a question and allow the answer to come through. Do not block this process by dwelling on it. Our part is only to ask and then act on the information we receive.
In a nutshell :

1. Submit
2. Receive
3. Act

And with that, we can move on in the business called life.

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

John's Who's who list

Who belong to John's who's who list, and what have they to say of John?

"John Harricharan leads us along the enchanted path of enlightenment with magic, charm, love and compassion."
      --Dr. Deepak Chopra

"John Harricharan inspires you, motivates you and teaches you. He worries about making a living, taking care of the two children, and still has time, in a way, to grow spiritually and emotionally.

An excerpt from the preface by John Harricharan :

But sometimes, there is a high price to be paid for this growth and understanding— tears in the night, fears and guilt lurking in dark corners and the constant pressures of everyday living. This is where we face our greatest battles — regretting the past and fearing the future. This is, also, where we can attain our greatest victories — living in the present.

We are never alone, even though all our senses may be testifying to this “fact,” and crying out in pain; even though it appears that hope has died and all we held dear has been blown to the winds.

There is a Presence and a Power, there is a purpose and a plan and if we keep on keeping on, we shall finally prevail.

How to get this book:

This book is included within the Power Pause package.

Learn more about Power Pause 3 minute 3 step formula.

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

Journey in the Fields of Forever

An excerpt from the introduction by John Harricharan:

Why do roadblocks always appear at the most inopportune moment? Where is help when we are down in the arena and boots are on our necks? Why am I here and where am I going? Will I ever again see my loved ones who have died? And so it goes . . . on and on.

...But such uncertainties are not new...

What we must do is reinterpret the way we look at the world. Perhaps, then, we may find that life is biased on the side of good, that difficulties have a way of passing...

With new meaning and understanding, we will find the world to be a much friendlier place, our home away from home. Then will we be able to stand calm when the lightning strikes, to be patient in the midst of the storm and to be centered in the midst of chaos.

All roads lead home. Be prepared for the greater part which makes up our reality - the invisible world or worlds.

At the very least it is entertaining. At the most, your mental horizons will be challenged, more so if this is your first time to be acquainted with such.

Be prepared to expand mentally. (Don't worry, you will not be tested emotionally like the author.)

As I read, I half pondered in wonder. Is it possible? Some people may think that it is possible but then wonder if it is real.

Why wouldn't it be real if it was possible?

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

When You Can Walk on Water, Take the Boat (1/2)

An excerpt from the introduction by Brad Steiger, a prolific author of over 150 books:

I think everyone enjoys the thrill of discovery, the inner joy of unearthing some previously undetected gem of thought, idea, or philosophical concept that one is certain will soon become immensely popular and widely heralded.

I had that thrill and joy of discovery in 1985 when my dear friend John Harricharan sent me his “just finished” manuscript for my opinion.

Through a powerful progression of dramatic lessons, “John” comes to understand that all the pain, chaos, and confusion is actually trying to teach us that we chose to put on the fleshly clothes of Earth to fulfill a mission of spiritual growth.

All the the chaotic, swirling energy around us can be interpreted as quagmires of death and depression—or as opportunities for life and learning.

...timeless enchantment...

An excerpt from the preface by John Harricharan:

Life is lived from within and one can never be hurt by what appears to be happening outside. You can change circumstances, if you so desire — for your only purpose in life is to make choices.
Once the choice is made, the entire universe moves to bring into fruition that which you chose.

Read on then, with an open mind and let yourself ask you questions. Many of these truths you already know, but may only have forgotten. Let us remember together the true nature of our being.

What others say:

“If you liked Richard Bach’s Illusions or Og Mandino’s 'The Greatest Salesman in the World', this book is a must!”
American Bookdealers Exchange

“I started to read it one evening and didn’t put it down until the wee morning hours... Later through the pages of his book, I found that here was a man steep in experience.

John originated from a poor family, however, he has gone far, literally and otherwise. John excelled academically and career wise.

There came a time however, that he begun to go down the hill. First, his career and then the people close to his heart. This must be the most challenging period of his life.

Perhaps you are curious to know the details, I however, prefer you to find out for yourself, the way I had, in his own words.

Suffice to say, I can imagine how humbling it must be for a man to be in the way he was. Better not to give a person something, only to take it away later.

As John says, "I know what it feels like to have my car repossessed, to watch my wife die of cancer, to lose all earthly possessions and start again from ground zero. I also know what it feels like to write an award-winning book, to be written about in others' books and to be featured in the same book with His Royal Highness, Prince Philip of Great Britain, the Dalai Lama and Paul and Linda McCartney. The contrasts bring compassion and sensitivity to one's life."

(Don't want to read? Listen instead).

All you need is 3 minutes and some sincerity to put the Power Pause 3 step formula into work, in your life.

What are my 'subscribe via email' options?

1.
