It has been a long time since anything is written / posted here. Time has changed many things such as perceptions of life, goals in life, etc... One of the few things that would change is blogging because I guess I can no longer write about what I do over the past few days, weeks or months. It was more relevant back then in university when I have university workloads to deal with, competitions, sports and going out with friends but as I am only a couple of weeks before beginning my first job after graduation, I don't think blogging in this manner is anymore relevant or "suitable" to me. Blogging was fun for a little while but soon, the interest vanishes.

So, what's next?

Exam's coming up, everyone's studying and that includes me too. Things are a little different this time around, it's the "final" final exam for all of us in our degree year. What's next? No one really knows but all i know I am both looking forward to it and at the same time, I do wish that time would freeze and allow me to take a breather from the real world.

Path to being a Polyglot

With my final assignment done, I have my language learning books all piled up again next to me. Spanish, Chinese, Esperanto, French and Korean. From the 5, the ones which I have decent knowledge or understanding are Spanish and Esperanto.

The language learning progress continues. Gonna start Korean from scratch again while I will continue listening to more and more Chinese. French is not in my list of priority, I might give it a miss. For Spanish, I am gonna read more Spanish literature while also looking for Spanish language speaking partners. And since I'm satisfied with my Esperanto's level, I will just occasional readings or chats with Esperanto speakers.

I've been running all my life to get what I want. Sometimes I get them, sometimes it is just too out of reach. No matter what, I'm just gonna keep running as long as at the end of the run, I can tell myself that I've tried my best to achieve it.

It's my birthday today. With a new age, I shall rise stronger than ever and get whatever I want no matter what it takes. And so, another run is about to begin just as I've ended one previous run. So many times have I thought about giving up but definitely not this time and definitely not again. I'll do my best for whatever it takes.

Speaking of running, I shall do my running / jogging now. =D

Another competition, yet another defeat. This makes it 3 consecutive defeats at final level. As harsh as it can be, my chances are now limited to only HSBC and CIMA (both with stiff competitions) to prove myself that I am capable of winning something. I guess I would have to work harder.

Competitions aside. There are so many things that seem to be bothering me affecting my concentration and focus. I hope I can resolve all the matters as soon as possible because it is really bothering me and definitely affecting my work. Already 1 month into 2011 and it has not be good at all. I hope things will get better but what can I do about it?

What can I do? What should I do?

Just gonna get back to my work for now. Hopefully I can do my work. Until then, adios.
