POTATO SALAD WITH AVOCADO / ENSALADA DE PAPA CON AGUACATE

This is a very different recipe, healthy and delicious for this spring time. Hope you like and enjoy it.

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes

2 fillets of chicken

coriander

1 avocado

red onion

cherry tomato

1 lemon

Preparation

1. Cut the onion into julienne and put it to soak while you do the other steps

2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook in salted water

3. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry it in a little olive oil

4. Cut the avocado into cubes and chop the coriander

5. Put in the dish the potatoes, chicken, avocado, onion and cilantro. Add a little salt and lemon juice. Finally garnish with cherry tomatoes and presto!

Esta es una receta muy diferente, sana y deliciosa para este tiempo primaveral. Espero les guste y la disfruten

Ingredientes

2 papas medianas (patatas)

2 filetes de pollo

cilantro

1 aguacate

cebolla roja

tomate cherry

1 limón

Preparación

1.Cortar la cebolla en julianas y ponerla en remojo (agua) mientras se hacen los otros pasos

2.Pelar las papas, cortarlas en cubos y cocinarlas en agua con sal

3.Cortar el pollo en cubos y sofreírlo en un poco de aceite de oliva

4.Cortar el aguacate en cubos y picar el cilantro

5.Poner en el plato las patatas , el pollo, el aguacate, la cebolla y el cilantro. Agregarle un poco de sal y el zumo de limón. Por ultimo decorar con el tomate cherry y listo!!!
