HOW TO REPAIR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER

If you ever have a problem on windows media player on your computer, maybe my experience can help you out. Before you read further, you need to know that I mean the damage emerged following notification : “An internal application error has occured” . I've tried to reinstall and rollback from version to 11 to version 10 but did not help at all. The cause of the damage is that I deleted the update files from microsoft (windows security update) and uninstall framework.net v.4 in my computer. Fortunately, I found an answer that might solve the problem that I have in one of internet’ forums. If you had the same problem, I believe the following steps may solve your problem. The following ways already proven and successful repair windows media player on my computer.

Click "Start" and then point the mouse cursor on "Run" and type in regsvr32 jscript.dll and then click "OK". Success notification will be displayed on your computer screen, next type the following in the same way : type in regsvr32 vbscript.dll, success notification will be displayed just like previous.

After you did both steps, it should be windows media player on your computer can run again. You can start by trying to open it directly (double click on icons windows media player) and play your favorite songs. Congratulations, you have your windows media player back. This is just one issue on windows media player, if you have a problem other than this then I apologize because I can not help you.
