		<description>The visual editor in WordPress is built around the open source TinyMCE editor. By default this editor scrubs out empty paragraph tags &amp;#60;p&amp;#62; and additional line breaks &amp;#60;br&amp;#62;.
This is useful for encouraging clean code but frustrating should anyone actually want any level of control over the layout and text flow of a page.
