the friday night indie club holds a special place in my heart for a myriad of reasons, the reasons i've outlined time and time again. it goes without saying that i miss it, and many aspects of my london life horribly.

four 80-minute mixes, exemplifying and encapsulating the emotions, experiences, expectations of eric as he says goodbye to chapter 6 of his life and begins chapter 7. the discs progress from summery background diddies, to salsa phunk, through pop giddiness culminating in funky house mayhem... all with a subtle [or not-so-subtle] nod to california, and with encoded farewell messages and inside jokes throughout. starts out chilled, finishes fully bar-be-qued.

for christmas 2004, jonny has put together dusk to dawn—a lust story in two parts. a limited-edition 2-disc mix given as gifts to a handful of friends. these 80-minute mixes take you on a hedonistic friday-night journey across london clubland, exploring several parallel concepts...

1. the end of a relationship... those final days when it all comes to a crashing halt, followed by the beginning of a new romance, filled with excitement and electricity

2. the end of the year, the end of a horrible year for some of us, and the beginning of the next chapter, a fresh start, a new outlook

3. and [obviously] clubbing until the sun comes up... dancing, flirting, smiling and then dancing some more—well past sunrise, as the music keeps booming and your wicked friends bounce by your side.

the mixes feature funky vocal house, deep afterhours grooves and uplifting trance anthems from 2004 and yesteryear, an exclusive depeche mode-flavored edit of eric prydz's anthem call on me, and a twisted lust story, narrated by innocent ole jonny moirée himself.

partying with mates, picnics in the park and rooftop barbeques. planning elaborate holidaze—just to chill out.

after the amazing feedback of the london holidaze mixes, particularly the heaven mix, i present two new mixes, representing all the best of summer, and a few of my summer destinations, all with the help of some wicked chunes, including some warm summer chill-out, uplifting vocal trance, banging big-room trance and even a proper garage riddim mashup just for some london flavah.

friday: popstarz. boys in skinny ties pogoing across the red stripe-covered floors while the fauxhawks and mohawks snog on the staircase. inspired by london's biggest indie club, popstarz, i created a fast-paced cd melding 29 tracks, from indie [pulp, bis] to electro [goldfrapp, richard x] ending with some sweaty r'n'b [beyonce, kelis].
