We had the privilege of shooting Sulem & Chad’s engagement session at the beautiful Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.  They wanted a location that was modern, edgy, and elegant…  The Disney Concert Hall was a homerun location!

On April 18th, we had the honor of shooting Jesse and Janelle Blazina’s wedding day! They were married at a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony at The Bell Towers in Rancho Santa Margarita.  The setting could not have been more beautiful.  They had a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony and danced the night away at their reception before taking off for their unknown to the bride Honeymoon location. We wish them the best and many years of happiness together!

We want to give back to our community and country.  We are looking for members of our Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard) that are getting married.  We will give one wedding photography package away to one highly deserving military couple- we thank all of our veterans for their dedicated service to our country!  Since you are all deserving please tell us why we should select you. Joe & Jen

Janelle and Jesse are one of those special couples who’s love for one another could fill a room. We quickly knew when meeting with them that it would be fun, easy and natural.  Janelle and Jesse have been together for 4  years and are beyond excited about spending the rest of their lives together, and we are so excited to take part in their journey!  They chose Mason Regional Park in Orange County to start their engagement session and then moved to Crystal Cove Beach in Corona del Mar to end the day with beach shots.

We are shooting their wedding this April and can’t wait to capture their special day.

When we met Kristen and Grant we knew they didn’t want your typical beach engagement shots which was awesome for us! While photographers from other parts of the country would do anything for amazing beach shots, we on the West Coast seem to have too many beach shots.  So after getting to know them both we thought of the perfect photo shoot location…  March Air Force Base in Riverside.  We had a beautiful sunny day and captured an amazing set of photographs on and around some of the most historic planes in history.  It was so much fun!

The next day we gave Grant an opportunity to get photographs taken with his two loves…Kristen and his custom built old school motorcycle.  Grant is a firefighter in Anaheim so if you just might see him coming to save you or a loved one someday!

We can’t wait to shoot their wedding later this summer. They have a beautiful wedding planned in Laguna Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

We so enjoyed shooting Kristin & Danny’s beautiful wedding!  They planned their wedding in a few short months…very similar to our own wedding!  Their wedding took place in Orange at the Santiago Oaks Regional Park.  If you have never been there it is an amazing place to host your wedding ceremony! The regional park includes one of the last orange groves remaining in Orange County and is just beautiful.  The setting and couple made for an enjoyable day shooting! As you can tell from the photographs, the happy couple looked stunning on their wedding day!  After the outdoor ceremony we broke away for pictures and the park provided us a beautiful backdrop! One of our favorite images was captured when we saw two yellow labs and one black lab walk by. We had Kristin grab the two yellow labs and Danny the black lab.  What an awesome picture!

Alice & Gabe have a fairytale wedding story. They met online, Alice living in Canada and Gabe living in Southern California.  The long distance relationship became much more when Alice relocated to Southern California to be with Gabe.  After a year and determined to spend the rest of their lives together they got married.  They held their wedding on the campus of the University of California Irvine (UCI) at the UCI Athletic Club.  This was a beautiful outdoor setting for the ceremony and the weather was amazing.

After the ceremony and pictures on the UCI campus they moved indoors to host their reception party and what a party it was! Drinking, Dancing, Food, and all around good times were had by all.  They even had a photo booth setup inside courtesy of Red Cheese Photobooth.

It seems like just yesterday we returned from WPPI 2010 in Las Vegas at MGM! We had an amazing time meeting with our peers, friends, and mentors.  It was a week of non-stop action. Non-stop classes and networking events that had us up and running out the door of the Signature Towers at 7am each day and returning as late as 2am…just to start all over again the next day!

If you are not familiar with the WPPI it is the largest convention for Professional Wedding Photographers in the world. We came away so energized and ready to use the new techniques we learned at the conference. This was the 30th anniversary of the convention and it was full of workshops, seminars, a humongous trade show and 16,000 wedding and portrait photographers from all over the world!

We also got to handle the newest professional camera gear at the Trade Show and meet many new vendors that we hope to establish long term professional relationships with to bring the newest and trendiest albums and products to our clients!

We can’t wait for next year’s event! We have it on our calendars and are looking forward to seeing our friends, peers, and mentors there again!

Kate & Bryan are from San Diego and travel the world as marketing representatives for the same company. We decided to start their engagement session at the St. Regis Resort & Spa Monarch Beach in Dana Point and then moved to their favorite private beach in Laguna Beach. They are an amazing couple who will be married in April 2010 and then are moving away from Southern California to South Carolina to begin their lives together. We wish them the best!

Kryssa and Adam are a wonderful couple from Irvine, California that allowed us to shoot their engagement session.  We headed to downtown Laguna Beach for some amazing downtown shots and finished up with the sunset on the beach. Laguna is always an amazing spot to shoot as the rock cliffs provide a great backdrop for pictures. We can’t wait for their wedding in June 2010.
