How can I help you?
- For the Founder. Maybe this is your first time as a founder, or even your first time in tech. Maybe you don't need a PM yet but want to do a better job bringing rigor and discipline to your planning, want communicate better with your engineers, or want to know when it's time to hire that first PM. I will listen, ask questions, and give you the insights, frameworks, and feedback you need.
- For the Solo PM. It's hard enough being the first PM. It's even harder when there's nobody at your org who understands what product management is about. I provide the professional coaching, mentorship, and direction your boss can't.
- For the First-time head of product. Making the jump from experienced PM to start-up product leader is tough. What do the CEO, the board, and the rest of the leadership expect from you? What new responsibilities do you have to master?
I provide 1:1 support and mentorship, helping you navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship and product leadership. It's been described as "a weekly 1:1 with your boss if your boss knew what your job was about"—offering strategic insights, tactical advice, and a safe space to discuss challenges and brainstorm solutions.
In addition, we’ll connect between sessions over email, Slack, or messaging for timely help when you need it.
