As most DVB cards software developers knows, SS1 (Technotrend Premium) cards (and all MDAPI compliant programs) give you TS packets of 184 bytes instead the 188 bytes of each TS packet, this means you receive only the payload, yes you have the most important thing, the data, but you miss the PUSI (Payload Unit Start Indicator) flag. I need to be in touch with any of the NewCS or Newcamd authors in order to fix a problem with SECA in this software (others maybe affected too but never tested). Oh yes, one receiver image has the CaboTV key inside, crypted to avoid "stolen" of that key. As that image is only valid for one receiver can I say that they are "selling" the CaboTV key ?I'm quite sure some portuguese people are trying to "decrypt" that image and extract its nectar.

There are a lot of Technisat Skystar 2 DVB PCI cards that are unable to switch between the both Ku-Bands using universal LNBs (frequencies from 11700 Mhz and up) the reason for most of this problems is a coil that has been damaged due a shortcircuit in the cable (usually). This coil has been replaced by Albert Houwer and write a short document for anybody that wants to do the replacemente.
