Our Vision
We celebrate a world awakened to the Creative Spirit inherent in all.

Our Mission
We inspire personal growth, healing and transformation through spiritual enrichment and creative expression.

Our Core Values
Spirit-Centered, Creativity & Connection

We believe creativity is our birthright—and art-making can be practiced by anyone regardless of experience or artistic talent for the purpose of self-expression, growth and discovery. The very act of creative expression can be healing on many levels by providing an outlet for mental and emotional release and bringing integration to the mind, body, psyche and soul.

Exploring art-making can awaken curiosity and childlike wonder, becoming a form of conscious play. It can also be a tool for mindfulness by sharpening our focus, deepening our awareness and bringing us peace, joy and self-acceptance. In fact–as creative beings–engaging our creative impulses and expressing them without self-judgment or comparison to others can lead us home to our deepest nature and truest self.

You are a one of a kind original.  You have unique gifts, talents and perspectives to share with the world.  Consider yourself a life artist.  With the power of imagination you can visualize the most beautiful expression of your life.  With a loaded brush you color the world with your thoughts, words and actions.  Every day provides the opportunity to add something new to your canvas.

Your life is a masterpiece in the making.  What will you paint?

“Trust the process to lead you to the next step of unfoldment and creativity.”  These words I wrote ten years ago still hold powerful meaning for me.  In art and in life I am continuing to learn to lean into the process.

This journal page itself is an example of letting the process unfold.  Beginning with crayola markers a simple mandala like shape began to emerge.  I then wet the page and watched the colors of the markers bleed and soften into the background.  Into the wet background I added shading with water color pencils.  Rubber stamps in black and gold formed the next layer.  With a simple black sharpie marker I added final details and the text swirling around in my mind.

Where do you lean into process and where do you seek control over the outcome?  Notice where your energy goes.  Explore with creative art materials as a way to lean deeper into process.  Begin with no other intention than to play and see where it takes you.

Love & Blessings on your journey!

Jeniffer

Do you like to dip your toes in a pool to adjust to the temperature, or, are you the type of person who dives right in?  Taking risks in our lives often feels like diving in the deep end of a cold pool.  It can be both exciting and terrifying all at once.  The first step is commitment. Then you build up momentum.  Eventually you get to a point where there is no turning back.  You jump, dive in and hit the cold water with a whoosh.

There is a feeling of invigoration and renewed sense of power when you take risks.  Taking risks can lead you closer to your passions, to deeper relationships, to greater success and to an awareness of something larger than yourself at play in your life.  When you dive in towards your dreams, that something seems to move your dreams closer toward you.  The trick is, it is not always in the way you had imagined.  When you jump be prepared for the unexpected.  Trust the journey.  Trust that the current knows where it is taking you.

What leap are you willing to take in the New Year?
