So I have a couple pictures of my other dog Riley, the Australian Shepherd, so I figured I should at least get a couple of Rudy, the Border Collie up as well. Rudy (1 year old) is a couple years younger than Riley (3 years old.) We adopted him back in November 2012.

This one was taken with my camera phone (HTC Evo) so it's not very great quality but I thought it still turned out pretty nice.

If you haven't heard of PhotoFriday.com, I would definitely suggest checking it out. It is a great site for both photographers and just people looking for great photos to look at.

Every Friday a new challenge starts with a keyword as the subject. The winners are selected based on viewer votes, so it is completely based on how many people REALLY like your photo. Then on Sunday night of the following week the six photos with the most votes are then placed in the "Note Worthy" section on the page.

So it is not an intense competition or anything, more of just a place to share your photos, and maybe get a little inspiration of a new photo based on the weekly keyword.

Weird Spider: What is it?

If anyone has any idea what kind of spider this is, or if it is even a spider, I would really like to know. I found it outside on a leaf of my pear tree in Michigan. I tried to get it to move and open up but it just wouldn't budge at all.

This doesn't look like any spider or bug I have ever seen before. It kind of looks like a crab in a way. I don't know, but again I would love to find out what this is if you know.

These guys lets us get pretty close to them while walking in Kensington. I really need to get back out there sometime soon. All the animals seem to be pretty used to people and don't run away right away. In fact the birds will actually land in your hand if you have seed.
