I got this dog a week ago From the SPCA and no one seems to know what she is breed wise. &nbsp;Well the gal at the SPCA said a dutch hound, well I looked that up and one really does not exist just a nickname and she did not match the picture. And of course I love cats. I sometimes punch a hole at the end to hang as a gift tag with a present. I sew on the buttons so that they can be reused. I make these all year long using quilt pieces I have left over. Here I made the log cabin pattern sewing strips together. Then I cut out 2 heart shapes, stuff and close using the blanket stitch. A furniture plug or button was used for the head with doll hair glued on the top.
