Hey guys whats sup .... posting after a long time again. So Team OSP decided to visit Butterfly Beach which is in the South Goa, after Cola beach. Butterfly beach is know was its clear waters or blue water sea. But it looked quite deep.

The easy way to reach is by boats from Palolem Beach, But we decided to hike/walk through terrain and jungle.

So were some fishing boats near the beach, but all in all it was a peace full beach like away from the cars and bikes

And ull not get anything close to the beach, so we did carry some food and the food was chicken BBQ and on spot got some fresh prawns around Agonda Goa.

Less crowded but they did visit the beach wit boats from Palolem Beach for like 20 mins and disappeared .

Well it is a nice place to be at, the huge Rocks which covered the hills, and the beach was kind of butterfly shaped so it get its name from there . Travel Tip to butterfly get early there and you better be a good swimmer or u dont enter the deep waters no life guards there too .

When in Goa , picnic is a must . This was on the 23rd of jan 2016, with family and friends . The plan was to go to butterfly beach then changed to Galgibag Beach and finally to Cola beach Goa.

From Margao ( 35 Kms away) to the village the roads are good, but the beach road is a mud road & stones .

We got stuck on one road, car would not climb. We took another road, but walking the hill was tough . But the view and the beach is just amazing.

Cola Beach, has this beautiful back waters, were you can swim and also go kayaking in this small river or lake at Cola beach Goa.

And then ocean or the sea to have a swim with the waves. Well they were pretty strong waves .

The stick insect ( Phasmatodea ) is an insect that looks like a twig on a branch or stick. This unique identity means that stick insects can be extremely difficult for predators to spot.

Saw the stick insect on the car. Wondered first , how the stick got stuck there, later to notice its a insect.

Here are few photos I clicked at the International Film Festival of India Goa, which happens in the month of November to December for the past 10 years. This year IffI dint have the SPARK , like it had years before, just movie & most of the movies were house full, as the Govt gave alot of guest pass to its supporters . As I said in my Post "Some Where in Beautiful Goa" , About the old broken port thats in Aguada Goa. It was clicked in same place. It was the rainy season in Goa, so the sea was rough with huge waves breaking on the rocks with a big white splash, could not go down to capture the water splash.

Did this video for a online contest, And there is kind of a funny & sad story to it. While transfering the video to edit from external harddisk to laptop ( & yes cut paste :( ) , My laptop hard disk gave up on me. Losing alot of Data and also the videos.

So I looked for some old video like 5-8 years back video captured by Sony handy-cam, then Nokia N8 , a Kodak mini Camera and the new one the Canon 600D with 18-55 mm lens.

The places in this video are from all around of Goa, not just a place or just the beaches as Goa is know for. Okay now watch the video ;) . AND YES WATCH IN HD (1080p).

Another day out with friends , finding places in Goa never visited before. Well this photo was taken on the edge of a cliff, but bottom of the cliff has a small old port maybe built in the Portuguese time. Going to this place you mite see some Peacocks on the way and yea you got to walk to it. This place is in North Goa.

This photo was clicked with a Canon 600D Kit lens 18-55mm lens.
