Farm Fresh Eggs

Jeremy and I have been eating a whole foods diet for a few months now, and I was fortunate to find a farmer relatively close to my house where I can go to find fresh, raw milk. Occasionally she also has fresh eggs for sale as well, and I picked up some yesterday on my milk run. I love how these eggs are so naturally pretty - pale blues and greens. Love it.

Ben and Melanie: Engagement Session

Sarah and Jake on Sauvie Island

When Sarah approached me about a doing a portrait session during her pregnancy, she said that she definitely didn't want a "maternity" shoot, so instead we opted for a simple portrait session with her husband on a late fall day on Sauvie Island. We had to wait a bit for the light to get just right as it grew chillier, but I think it was worth it for those ten minutes or so!

Heidi+David: Wedding at Middle Bass Island

I was so thrilled to be a part of Heidi and David's wedding on Middle Bass Island in Ohio. Not as photographer...but bridesmaid! It was pretty fun to be part of a wedding again and experience it not behind the lens. But of course, I can't go to a wedding without taking pictures, so I managed to sneak in some throughout the night. Congratulations, you two!

Jeremy and I went to San Francisco last week to catch the Game Developer's Conference. We did a lot of walking around - Monday and Tuesday I pretty much had the days to myself, so I ended up wandering around Golden Gate park and up to the Golden Gate bridge and taking a few pictures.
