Can you see what I'm growing here? A little rose garden. I've given them a lot of love. I hope you'll do the same.

I've introduced a sneak peak of these before. Those who follow me on twitter know about them. I think they're very sweet looking (even in black).
They measure 1cm in width and are made of resin.
I used special glue to attach these to Surgical Steel posts and backing. They should be safe for people with metal sensitivity including sterling. But, if you like sterling I can do that too- just email me first.
These earrings should not come apart- I even tested one out and tried to rip it apart. I couldn't- I had to use a knife and strong force to wedge it apart.

I know I haven't updated in a week, but I have a few new necklaces and lots of pics.
If you guys stalk me enough you know I really like clovers. So I present to you LOTS of clover necklaces!

Loving Koreans and Canadians! Angel Wings

So now that the Olympics is over there's more time for more jewelry posts! I was excited that the Olympics was in Canada this time. It reminded me of all the Canadian friends I've made through blogger! :) I <3 you gals! One day I will travel up there! It was also nice being able to watch it in HD unlike the summer Olympics were I missed the whole Michael Phelps obsession due to being in Vietnam. We could watch some of it, but there's not great coverage like there is here. Plus, who wants to watch tv when you're on vacation?

I haven't featured any of the really cute stud earrings on this blog lately so I thought it was about time!

Pavé Angel Wing Earrings - $16 Sale

I dunno if it's a trademark thing b/c they call her Queen Yu-Na, but it reminded me of the crown studs I have in my store.

Congratulations to her and South Korea! Did you know she's only 5'4"? She looks so much taller on tv.

Gold Victory Chandelier Earrings - $14
Oh my, these are curvy circle discs just like Winter Olympics Gold Medals! I work hard to make my posts go together, haha. I LOVE these earrings more than the butterfly ones. They are shorter in length and more wearable with everything since they're circles. They aren't extremely shiny like on the left side. That is why I stuck my finger in there to show you the direct lights are making it shiny.
Gold plated everything. I can upgrade the ear-wires to 14k gold-filled upon request.

You Give Love a Bad Name, Guns

It's a little different than what I normally do, but I thought guns would be a fun detour! hehe! I asked my friend who grew up in the south if she thought gun charms would be nice jewelry pieces and she did- so here they are. Guns aren't cute, but I think I still managed to make it work as jewelry by adding pearls. Let me know what you think!

White Gold Bail Out, Snow

So I know some of you ladies have very sensitive skin and are allergic to Sterling Silver. I have a little solution for you. Most of your who are allergic already have 18kt white gold chains in your possession. Perhaps just like me your Asian parents gave you this at some point in your life.

While I love white gold, it is not as bright as sterling silver. See here an 18kt white gold chain on top and a sterling silver chain on bottom. The difference? The white gold is grayer than the sterling. You can't really mix and match them b/c it would look funny. What I do have for people with sensitive skin are these new bails that match the color of white gold. See it there next to the cross pendant? The cross is real 18kt white gold. I only have a handful, so if you're interested in purchasing pendants only... e-mail me!

We all know that sterling silver tarnishes (annoyingly so). To help you guys, I decided to include polishing cloths on all sterling necklace orders or orders of two or more sterling earrings. Aren't they cute? They're pink!! This is my current gift-with-purchase. While supplies last!

I realize I never did post a photo of the silver Alice in Wonderland Necklace. :)

The lovely Megan had requested for me to make some real ribbon bow earrings. I am open to custom designs!

Hope you guys are staying warm! We had our first snow of the year today. It snowed 6-7 inches! It's gotta be the most I've seen in my part of Texas ever! I know it's nothing to you guys with snowmageddon going on. If you have pics of your snowmageddon, I'd like to see!

This was my sad attempt at a snowman! He's only 2/3s done, aww. I'll finish him off tomorrow if I can. I got sidetracked with shoveling the driveway, haha. Plus my hands were freezing since I don't have proper gloves!

~A guy went to kiss me on the chin & my huge zit popped right as he did! *gross*

~this isn't a funny embarrassing love moment, but more of a ugh...i hate you because you embarrassed me one. back in 9th grade this boy i liked told me he didn't like me by telling me so in my yearbook! everybody saw it. so now every time i pull out my yearbook, i am reminded. ugh...boys!

~I have a friend who had a crush over this guy and finaly after like two years she decided to text him about it. So she texts him 'I like you blah blah' and waits a bit, and then she got a text back: 'who is this?'

~my boyfriend was really wild when i met him compared to me.so one day while at school i was drinking tea and he decided that he would slide on the table and so he did and went straight into my tea..i was covered in tea lol, it made it look like i wet my pants luckily the tea wasn't hot lol .

~At a Halloween party I spotted a cute guy who kept smiling and looking at me. Since he was cute I flirted and smiled back as well. Later on in the night he came up to me and said " I like your skirt it's so cute, I think I'm going to wear something like that next year". DOH!

~There was this one time when me and my bf were in my backyard sitting on the hammock and just talking about random stuff. That day was the day he told me "he was in love with me" (awwwww <3) of course i wasn't ready to tell him "i was in love with him" anyways, it was time for him to go and we just hugged for a a really long time, you know when you just hold each other FOREVER.... as we were going to give a kiss good bye, The sprinkler system went off and we were soak and wet! started screaming and ran!It was soo embarrasing... but a funny moment i'll always remember =)

~My ex bf made a chocolate heart for me once. It was SOOO gross. It looked like poop and tasted awful because he had tried to melt regular chocolate and form it into a heart. He made me eat it and I did because I felt guilty not accepting his gift. Afterward I realized it was because he had put a gift on the inside and I ended up biting into it, hurting myself... YUCK!!

~My one and only valentines day date was when my bf and i were going to go to the movies for valentines day. Well I locked my keys in the car and had to get AAA to get them. Was late for the movie so went to dinner instead and we both forgot our credit cards so he had to walk to the closest band with his atm card. It was a really bad valentines day, but it was a funny one.

~Uhm...Probably when I just randomly kissed this very random dude in some also random bar xD He was pretty ugly and annoying too...I'm never going to do that again lol xD

~I once got caught making out in the back of my bf's car in the dark by cops :( hehe I WAS 16 at the time. Naughty!!

~I was on a dinner date when I had my monthly period. It stained my skirt so I had trouble hiding it and walking around. After the meals, I asked the guy to take me home.

~My ex-boyfriend split up from me the day before valentines day but it must of been too late for him to cancel the red roses he'd ordered to my office. So many people kept coming up to me telling me how sweet he was and how lucky I was and I just burst into tears! Embarassing and sad :(

Now I guess you want to hear my story right??
There's not much going on in my love department, but there was that one time...
So I decided to break up with this guy, and I met him outside of a coffee shop on the same street of where I worked to do so. It was a pretty sad time because he did not see it coming. I felt really bad for him so we just kinda stood on the sidewalk talking. Then my boss drives by and pulls up right in front of us, gets out and decides to take a photo of us. He had never seen my boyfriend before so he was all excited (and he is a photographer). I'm emitting angry looks and thoughts so my boss gets the message and drives away. OMG, so I have a breakup photo, and it's our only photo together. I wonder what happened to him. If you're reading this e-mail me! lol!

Is anyone else a HUGE fan of A&E's 1995 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice? It's one of my favorite things to watch. It started my love affair with Colin Firth. Did you like how I included a mug of him above? I loved it so much I bought the "making of" book. haha! I also LOVE the one in 2005 with Keira Knightly. It's so friggin romantic, funny, and just plain GOOD. I like to watch that one too because it's a nice condensed version.

A guy friend that I've known since elementary school called me up and asked if I could make special earrings for his girlfriend. Of course I was excited to oblige! I think it's so cute that his girlfriend went to our jr high and high school, but they didn't talk that much and NOW after college they are dating! So beware, you never know you could still end up with that guy who sat behind you in pre-cal!

She's a lucky girl, and he's a good old friend- so I had to make these earrings EXTRA special! I have not posted chandelier earrings on this blog before, but I used to make them for myself back in the day. I was obsessed with chandelier earrings, that's all I would wear! He was envisioning something like this. Imagine a tall red head with long red hair! He wanted to use this blue 1) because it would look good with her hair and 2) it needed to match a necklace from the Swarovski store in Germany he bought!

Gunmetal and Capri Blue swarovski makes a great combo. I love all the ideas my friends suggest! These earrings are one-of-a-kind in the gunmetal finish. I do have the ability to make ONE pair in silver though. This was kinda pricey so e-mail if you want something like this.

I think Star Bits are based off of Kompeitō, a Japanese candy. I haven't tried these, but I've seen them at the market. FYI, Star Bits are the things you collect in the Mario Galaxy game.

Jewelry Lesson
What is vermeil? Vermeil is gold plated over sterling silver! Gold-filled has gold bonded and will not rub off. It's safe for people with sensitive skin, and it should last as long as solid 14k gold jewelry.

Dreaming about some Coach purses and wallets listed on Hautelook. Oh, so beautiful. Instead of buying them, I decided to make inspired earrings. It satisfied my hunger at a fraction of the cost. I hope you likey!

Creme Brulee Earrings - Reg $30, Sale $25
