You know you’re tired when you can’t remember what you drew the night before. I should go outside with the dog and stare at the garden til I feel awake. Awake and happy.

How the hell do these things grow so quickly?! One day nothing… two-three days later, a fully ripe cucumber.

It’s in a pot so I can take it in in the winter. Apparently it takes about 10 years before they ever even want to produce fruit, and trees that are partially indoor take even longer! So I’m not really holding out hope for any fruit here. It’s just kind of cool to have an avocado tree.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t buy this variety because I thought the name was great. Or maybe I should say that I thought the name was super fantastic…

ANYWAY. This tomato WAS super fantastic. YUM.
