I think the news about the two assholes who contaminated the food being served at the Domino Pizza shop started in April 2009. One guy inserted a cheese strip inside his nose and placed it over a pizza dough and sneezed on it. Maybe it was not a pizza dough, it might be a sandwich. Whatever, I don’t want to eat food contaminated with booger or snot. Yes junk food is bad for our health but it will become worse if some stupid cook will put booger in it. They became a Youtube sensation alright and went straight to jail.

I can’t remember exactly, maybe I bought this one in PureGold. Anyway, the taste of this potato chips is fishy….. but of course! It’s salmon sushi! Raw fish anyone? No, I can’t see any raw fish inside the package.

I can’t even think that the flavor is sushi because it’s hard to imitate raw food flavor to a fried potato chips. Maybe I was just attracted to the packaging because of it’s uniqueness.

Maybe it’s not so new and been available months ago but it’s only today I saw this new product. The snack was prawn pumpkin chips. This suppose to have pumpkins or squash as the main ingredient. I was just wondering if pumpkins grow here in the Philippines or just a mistake calling squash as pumpkin. When I open the pack I thought the chips is similar to potato chips but it was not. I looks like prawn crackers because of its thickness and color. And with regards to the taste, I can’t tell the difference between prawn and squash. If you like squash, I think you will love it. By the way, at the back of the packaging I saw this: “ Product developed in support of the Inter Agency Group (IAG) Project on veggie-enriched snacks”.

Looks better on the actual product than the picture I got because I shot it inside the kitchen. The design is also attractive with the three animated stars on this package, the shrimp, the onion and the garlic. I was really curious if will taste as good as it looks so I threw one in the basket when I was in Parco supermarket. Just like the packaging at the back say, “Triple in Taste and Triple in Fun” and the taste compliments each other. I only bought a small 25 gram pack and thought to myself that this will be another of those kropeck snack. But when I opened and poured the contents in a bowl, what I saw is the colors were attractive and appetizing too. I’m also not disappointed with the taste. This is really a good try.

To describe it, it is very similar to thin cake slices sandwiched with cream filling. And because of some creativity it is now repacked and you can buy it now on most supermarkets ready to eat and with a longer shelf life. Contrary to those “inipit” sold in bakeshops, this is more hygienic because it is conveniently packed and sealed. As long as the production is also hygienic, we can assure that the product is clean and not exposed to flying and crawling insects ( Do you watch Embestigador on GMA 7?). And with regards to the taste, taste as good as the real thing with a real “ube”(purple yam) taste.

I read a post in the Junkfoodblog.Com about the relationship of being single and having a table manners of a caveman. Oh, the picture I saw? it’s very disgusting! food almost popping out of a man while eating.

Quoting from the article I read from Foxy Festivities Yahoo! Food titled 5 Reasons Why You Guys Are Still Single.

Do you… eat like a caveman? Utensils are there for a reason — so you can eat like a gentleman. Shoveling food into your mouth is not something you should subject your date to. Same goes for talking while chewing. Not only is it unpleasant to watch at a time when your job is to be easy on the eyes, it’s a red flag that says you’re a little short on self-awareness — an important characteristic in a mate.

I also I don’t agree with that because there is a cavewoman for a caveman. You know what I mean! and there are plenty of fish in the ocean.

First I’ll describe the features of this snack. It’s choco coated mocha butter cake with mocha cream filling. This is one of the favorite snacks of my family because of its taste. For me it’s quite OK because it’s not too sweet compared with other chocolate covered cup cakes or butter cakes. The chocolate coating is very well done and the cake is well coated with stripes of white chocolate. Each bite gives me a satisfactory taste although not as fancy as those sold in bake shops like red ribbon, with a little creativity you can decorate it with some icing and walla! You now have an expensive looking dessert. The one shown in the first photo is a 10 piece pack consist of 10 pieces of 38 gram individual repacks.

This chips looks like a healthy snack because its baked. And it’s not corn chips, its more of a mini soda crackers but the flavor resembles those corn chips in the market. At first I thought its only a biscuit so I did not bother buying it but when my daughter picked it up from the grocery store and taste it after we went home, then I realized that it’s no ordinary biscuit. It’s a unique snack I tasted. The cheese flavor is good too.
