How To Shower

How to shower like a woman:
1. Take off clothing and place it in sectioned laundry basket according to whites and coloured.

2. Walk to bathroom wearing long dressing gown.

3. If you see husband along the way, cover up any exposed areas.

4. Look at your womanly physique in the mirror - make mental note to do more sit-ups.

5. Get in shower.

6. Use face cloth, arm cloth, leg cloth, long loofah, wide loofah and pumice stone.

7. Wash hair once with cucumber and sage shampoo with 43 added vitamins.

8. Wash hair again to make sure it is clean.

9. Condition hair with grapefruit mint conditioner enhanced with natural avocado oil, leave on hair for 15 minutes.

10. Wash face with crushed apricot facial, scrub for 10 minutes until red.

11. Wash entire rest of body with ginger-nut and jaffa cake body wash.

12. Shave armpits and legs.

Economic Stimulus Payments

I have been trying to find out more about the stimulus payments everyone is going to receive to help the economy. Starting in May the Treasury will begin to send stimulus payments to more than 130 million Americans. There is nothing you need to do except fill your 2007 income tax return. This also includes people that get a tax return. The IRS will use your 2007 income tax return to calculate the amount of your stimulus payment.

The payment at the minimum will be $300 for a single person & $600 for a married couple. The max payment is $600 for single & $1200 for married depending on income. Some higher income tax payers may not receive a payment or depending on income may get a reduced one. Eligible taxpayers may also receive an additional $300 for each eligible child under 17.

But however there is a phase out.
Phase Out: The stimulus payment – both the basic component and the additional funds for qualifying children – begins to phase out for individuals with adjusted gross incomes over $75,000 and married couples who file a joint return over $150,000. The payment is reduced by 5 percent of the income above. For more information on stimulus payments visit the IRS to find out if you will be getting a stimulus payment.

A man was sick and tired of going to work every day while his wife stayed home. He wanted her to see what he went through so he prayed: “Dear Lord: I go to work every day and put in 8 hours while my wife merely stays at home. I want her to know what I go through, so please allow her body to switch with mine for a day. Amen.”

God, in his infinite wisdom, granted the man’s wish.

The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as a woman. He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate, awakened the kids, set out their school clothes, fed them breakfast, packed their lunches, drove them to school, came home and picked up the dry cleaning, took it to the cleaners and stopped at the bank to make a deposit. Then he went grocery shopping, drove home to put away the groceries, paid the bills and balanced the checkbook. He cleaned the cat’s litter box and bathed the dog. Then it was already 1 P.M. and he hurried to make the beds, do the laundry, vacuum, dust, and sweep and mop the kitchen floor. Ran to the school to pick up the kids and got into an argument with them on the way home. Set out milk and cookies and got the kids organized to do their homework. Then he set up the ironing board and watched TV while he did the ironing.

At 4:30 he began peeling potatoes and washing vegetables for salad, breaded the pork chops and snapped fresh beans for supper. After supper, he cleaned the kitchen, ran the dishwasher, folded laundry, bathed the kids, and put them to bed. At 9 P.M. he was exhausted and, though his daily chores weren’t finished, he went to bed where he was expected to make love, which he managed to get through without complaint.

The next morning, he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and said, “Lord, I don’t know what I was thinking. I was so wrong to envy my wife’s being able to stay home all day. Please, oh please, let us trade back.”

The Lord, in his infinite wisdom, replied, “My son, I feel you have learned your lesson and I will be happy to change things back to the way they were. You’ll just have to wait nine months, though. You got pregnant last night.”

The Perfect Gift For Him

Do you know what to buy him this year? My husband is the hardest man to shop for. I have no clue what to buy! Well it seems like when it comes to finding that perfect gift for him, it becomes impossible. It sure seems like men get the shitty end of the deal, when it comes to gifts!

Well I sure have learned a lot over the years and I have come to the conclusion that you need to buy something he will get a lot of use with, because buying something he won't use is a waste of time and money, and can be a sad slap in the face to him. You don't have to go all out, but make sure it's something special that he will appreciate.

I'm thinking something like Cologne or an electric shaver would be the way to go for me because that's something he will like and get use out of. Just be creative and make his holiday a remarkable one.

Cornflake Christmas Wreaths

Makes 16 wreaths 0r 1-2 large wreaths

Things you will need:

1/2 cup margarine
1 package (10oz) regular marshmallows
1 teaspoon green food coloring
6 cups Corn Flakes cereal
red cinnamon candies
vegetable cooking spray

How To Make It:

In a large saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring. Add corn flakes cereal. Stir until well coated. Using 1/4 cup dry measure coated with cooking spray, evenly portion warm cereal mixture. Using buttered fingers, quickly shape into individual wreaths. Dot with cinnamon candies. Makes a great recipe for your Christmas spirit & is alot of fun to make for the whole family.

Flu Season Is Here

Flu season is here again, and my kids are sick I really dred this time of year! Having the flu is not fun at all. I have seven kids and when one gets it, we all do.

Most health clinics in your local town offer free flu shots for children and a small fee for adults. But I was the stupid one, that didn't go down there to get it because I was affraid it would give them the flu virus. The shot affects people different ways.

Some people get sick from it and some don't. I'm not sure if my kids have the flu or the common cold but they are coughing and have a runny nose with a fever. I almost took my daughter to the hospital last night because her fever was so high. And these sleepless nights are really wearing me down.
Please be smart and get the flu shot if you can, I don't wish this sickness on anyone.

Thanksgiving (The Bird)

Well turkey day is underway, and this year I will be hosting my own dinner with family. I am so exited! because I love this time of year. The food is wonderful and it's nice to spend time with family and friends. I really love to cook and thanksgiving really makes it extra special for me. This year I think I will be doing a buffet and let everyone bring a dish.

That way if there's something in particular someone wants they can bring it. I will be serving a Honey Baked Ham and a Turkey. I like to deep fry the turkey because the flavor is nice and juicy. The only way I've found that the turkey doesn't come out dry is to bake it in an oven bag. I really like it cooked both ways. Along with the meat I will be serving Green Bean Casserole, My Famous Potatoes, Sweet Potato Souffle Yams, Fresh Corn, and lots of Desserts.

The Mist"erious Stephen King

Are you a Stephen King's film fan? I am, he has the best suspense films in the industry. I don't know about you, but his films really keep you on the edge of your seat with his great wild thrillers. I can't really say which one of his films are my favorite, because I really love them all. He is a very talented man and it makes you wonder how he can come up with these great suspense thrillers.

Well he's done it again! There's another film being released called The Mist by Stephen King.This film is going to be in theaters on November 21st. This film looks really exciting. The Mist by Stephen King is going to take you on a suspense thriller ride, leaving you on the edge of your seat.

David Drayton (Thomas Jane) and his son Billy Drayton (Nathon Gamble) are with a large group of townspeople that are trapped and terrified in a local grocery store by a strange mist that came out of no where. David is the first to realize that things are lurking around in this strange mist. Creatures that are not of this world. Their survival depends on everyone in the grocery store to stay together.

But David starts to wonder what scares him the most, the creatures lurking in the mist or the townpeople, he is trapped with in the grocery store. In this tale of terror, the civilization is stripped away and and the true horror is revealed as us.
The Mist by Stephen King will be premiering on November 21st in theaters everywhere. Don't be left in suspense, make plans to be there for this great thriller. You don't wanna miss it!

Scrapbooking

Scrapbooking is a great way to preserve your memories for life. You can take those pictures you have sitting in that picture box and turn them into something great.I never really paid that much attention to scrapbooking until I was talking to my best friend one day about all these pictures I had, and no where to put them.
I was just going to go buy some photo albums and stick them in it.

Well my best friend suggested that I bring them over to her house and she would show me some stuff. So I did, and I was worried at first about cutting the pictures to form a design around them but I was really surprized when she showed me how it was going to look. I'm glad she suggested scrapbooking my pics because they look so wonderful. Now I can preserve all those memories in a detailed format.

Scrapbooking really does take alot of time but it's wonderful to see all the hard work pan out when your done with it. I have to say that I am addicted to scrapbooking now, and I can't wait till I complete my book.

Making your holiday season unforgetable

This year really flew by. It seems the older you get the faster the time goes. But anyway that makes me realize how Thanksgiving and Christmas are sneaking up on us and it is really a special time of the year to spend time with family and friends. This is truly a time for giving and sharing.

To make your holiday unforgetable you need to know that the smallest things count the most. Some people dred this time of year because it can be exspensive. You should not be stressed out this time of year for it is about spending time with family. This time is when you can make everlasting memories to cherish. So many people make more out of this holiday season than it sometimes should be.

All that matters to me is that I know I have family that care about me and I have someone to lean on that cares. It's not about gifts and all that blubrish. People are teaching their kids that it's all about gifts. And that's not the true meaning, and I think that's very sad.

Remember people there are people in this world that have nobody, so think about that this holiday season when your spending time with your families. Remember to be thankful for what you have, and don't dred what you don't. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season this year. And remember to make your memories unforgetable.

Homemade Sugar Cookies

Try This Great Delicious Recipe!

Prep Time: 1 hour 25 min. (Ready in 2 hours 25 min.)

You Will Need:
1 cup pure cane sugar
1 cup Margarine or butter softened
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tsp.vanilla
1 egg
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Sugar or dessert sprinkles

1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar,margarine,milk,vanilla,and egg; blend well with a mixer. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup;level off. Add flour,baking powder and salt; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour for easier handling.

2.Heat oven to 400. On lightly floured surface, roll out 1/3 of dough at a time to 1/8 inch thickness. Keep remaining dough refrigerated. Cut with floured 2-inch cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. If you like sprinkle with sugar.

3.Bake at 400 for 5-9 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets and decorate as desired.
Makes 6 dozen cookies.

Yummy! Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

If you are a peanut butter lover than I have a recipe for you!!!
YUMMY! PEANUT BUTTER PIE!
This recipe is very simple anyone can make it!

What you will need:
2 8oz. pkg of cream cheese (let soften)
1/4 cup of milk
1 tub of cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cofectioners powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 graham cracker pie shell

*Mix all ingredients together using an electric or hand mixer on low speed, until mixed well. Put mixture in pie shell and refridgerate over night. And you can use your favorite toppings.I f you want a more lower fat recipe just substitute the powered sugar with slenda, and the cream cheese with reduced fat cream cheese.

Great No-Bake Cheese Cake Recipe

I wanted to share a great holiday recipe with my readers.This recipe is an all time Holiday favorite in my family. It's very simple really, and tastes great.

You will need:

2 pkg. Cream Cheese (let soften)
1 Tub Cool Whip
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar
1 Graham Cracker Pie Shell

Using an electric or hand mixer, blend all ingredients together until well blended. Should blend for about 2 minutes on high speed. Then pour mix in the pie shell and refrigerate over night. If you want you can substitute the cream cheese and cool whip to reduced fat and use splenda instead of the powdered sugar. And you can always add your own special touch by adding your favorite topping. Makes a Great Holiday Dessert!

There are going to be some Events in St. Augustine Florida, in the last Saturdays of October and November. The focus is on antique shopping in one of the Nation's Oldest Cities. The Events in St. Augustine are going to include endless opportunities of shopping for antiques with live music and a party like atmosphere. Surely lots of fun for the whole family. During this event, some antique dealers will provide workshops on related antique topics.

Some book stores will provide book reading and book signings by some local authors for the whole family to enjoy. Art galleries feature some openings of the finest Florida artists. These Events in St. Augustine Florida, takes place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on October 27th and November 24th. So be sure to mark this down on your calendar, if you want to attend.

The Mission of Nombre de Dios provides FREE PARKING for Uptown Saturday Night. Some of the participating shops provide an open house with wine, and refreshments for this night time special event.
