I can’t even lie. I’m a retard… but I’ve crafted my own lane doing dumb shit that allows me to say (almost say) Fuck the man! Does it work all the time? No. But does it get your talents noticed twice as quickly doing things out of the ordinary in half the time? Certainly. DJ WhooKid once told me that the only reason he got put onto radio working with Armstrong + Bobbito at Hot97, was because he was given the opportunity to fill in when Bobbito was out and he was “Recklessly screaming truth’s” about what people want to really hear. Watching Hitch last night, the scene where Kevin James speaks up against his boss is an action that’s completely original. You know the yes men usually don’t say no. Would that have had him fired in real life? Probably. But the idea is he was noticed for not being the yes man, and instead he drove 90 Miles per hour against the traffic flow to be put on the map. I know. It’s a movie. But it’s the same concept none the less.

So when everyone is wearing a pair of Converse, get onto the next fashion statement and wear a pair of converse that no one’s seen before. When all these girls are wearing their disgustingly unattractive Ugg Boots, wear a pair of differently styled comfortable Boots. When everyone is out there driving down I-95 in the correct lane, go the Wrong Way and dodge traffic.

     There’s some people you just always have fun with when you get up. The Corp Boyz are one of those groups. Assuming that you’ve never seen them perform, they’ve done events all over New York including the Puerto Rican Day Parade (What? They’re from the Heights) and multiple events with renowned DJ’s and radio personalities all over – their levels of hype and excitement go to a whole ‘nother level.

    Apparently XV used to make beats for Jay Wise before inking his deal with Warner Bros. These kids at this show were going fucking ape shit. I’ve never seen the heavy dubstep sounds infused into a live show where so many people were jumping up and down throwing their hands back and forth. Their Man Sez Batters who acted as Vizzy’s Hype man and partner in rhyme, came down and showed love to his people…. and that dude was definitely 320%.

   Wait, you’re celebrating what? 4/20? You must also be the same person that celebrates not slipping when you get out of the shower. I’ve smoked a lot of bags of beautiful potent golden nuggets in my day. And I still have a fond appreciation of the aroma’s and the strains. However… I’ve also stopped smoking weed in the last 2 years. I’ve saved a shit ton of money. I also began waking up at 9:30am again. I’ve also been able to be motivated enough to be out in the bar with hundreds of people, socially.

In this time, I’ve also seen the stupidity of the weed smokers, “holiday”. Most of you people don’t even know where the term 420 was coined. So let me kick knowledge. And this is straight out of a High Times article read yearssssss ago… Simply, A handful of dumbass kids were looking for a rumored crop of marijuana plants after school for a series of days in the early 70s. The time that they got out of school, got ready, and met up to search for these pots of gold was generally about 4:20. After not finding these plants eventually the kids just always met up after school at about 4:20, which at that point smoking weed was the first thing they did…. at 20 minutes after four. 420 Soon became the codeword they would use to refer to “it’s time to fire up the puff, puff, pass”.

So you’re telling me that in addition to you already feeling like there is relevance to you smoking at about 4:20 every day as it is… now when the date 4/20 comes your going to smoked twice as much for no real reason? No man should get all that higher.
