Submit your blog articles with recipes, tips, reviews of dessert foods you found at your local grocery store, etc. As long as it deals with desserts - send it in! Just use the Blog Carnival Submission Form

The first deadline is Saturday, January 12th at Midnight (technically, Sunday at 12 AM, but whatever). The first issue should be posted sometime on Monday, January 14th.
