The music-driven Disney Channel series is based on the popular book saga and the Disney Jr series, “Vampirina.”

It’s been just nearly a year since the first season debuted, and its returning this fall, along with a few new faces!

What is Vampirina: Teenage Vampire about?

Vampirina: Teenage Vampire tells the story of a tween vampire girl who leaves the safety of Transylvania to attend a performing arts boarding school. Living among humans for the first time, she pursues her passion for music while keeping her vampire identity a secret. This season, after successfully performing for the entire school in front of her idol, Millie Eyelash — and inadvertently releasing a horde of monsters previously imprisoned in the mirror realm — Vee and her gang return to Wilson Hall with new musical dreams, while trying to make sense of a prophecy that dictates Vee and Elijah can never be together.

Who stars in the series?

Kenzi Richardson returns as the edgy and adorable Vee, alongside Jiwon Lee as Sophie, Vee’s kind and girly-girl roommate; Shaun Dixon as the intriguing and laid-back Elijah; Milo Maharlika as the 600-year-old ghost Demi; and Faith Hedley as Britney, a super-talented legacy student. Kim Coles will also return, reprising her role as Dean Merriweather.

Joining the cast in season two are Jodie Sweetin and Camp Rock 3‘s Ava Jean in recurring guest star roles. Camp Rock 3‘s Hudson Stone also joins as a guest star.

When does Vampirina: Teenage Vampire season two premiere?

Season two of Vampirina: Teenage Vampire is set to debut on October 6th on Disney Channel. The full season will become available to stream the next day on Disney+!

Paramount+ debuted two cast photos this past week, announcing that the upcoming for fourth season is now in production.

“back to school already? #schoolspirits season 4 is now in production,” the School Spirits Instagram account captioned the pics.

Noticeably missing was Milo Manheim, who commented, “Sorry I forgot to switch out of my ghost form for this photo.”

Is Milo Manheim returning for School Spirits season four?

Milo‘s comment on the Instagram post eases some fans’ minds about his return, while others commented on the pic asking where he was and wondering if he’ll even be returning at all.

At the time of this post, it is not officially confirmed whether Milo will reprise his role as Wally Clark. The character is “a lovable ghost from the 1980s who in his glory days was a star high school football player,” according to Deadline.

Milo has been in Spain for the past few months, where he’s filming the upcoming live-action adaptation of Disney’s hit animated musical Tangled. He will play the male lead, Flynn Rider.

This isn’t the first time Milo was not present for the first table read or at the start of production.

When filming for season three began, Milo was also not present at the first table read as, once again, he was working on another project.

It is highly possible that Milo will be back for School Spirits after filming on Tangled wraps, potentially lending to his role on the TV show being smaller than the past few seasons due to his current availability.

The 19-year-old Camp Rock 3 and Zombies star just released his debut single, “Stay for the Credits,” on Friday (August 29).

“Being able to have something that I have controlled from the ground up and being able to fully be a part of the creative process has been really cool. It’s my own thing,” he told Billboard of the song, co-written and produced by Aaron Shadrow.

“I don’t have to [make music]. I just get to do it carefreely and just [have] no pressure and no strings attached, which has been great. It’s allowed me to thrive during the creative process.”

What inspired “Stay for the Credits”?

“People [are] judging you based off of what they see online and not taking the time to get to know you as a person. The story is all about staying for the credits and really being willing to go deep and learn about who I am as a person, and not just the things that are portrayed online,” he shared with Billboard.

“I just hope that people can use the song as an escape. It can be one of those songs that just makes you feel good in the morning when you put it on in the car and you’re just kind of grooving out.”

Will he release more music?

“I’m kind of just gonna let ‘Stay for the Credits’ roll and see what it does. But you never know. I’m keeping it open. Not closing any doors,” he teased.

Tubi just announced on Tuesday (August 25) that the third and final installment in the trilogy will officially be titled Sidelined 3: End Game, and premieres this fall.

In addition, it was revealed that Sarah Levy has been added to the cast, alongside returning stars Noah Beck, Siena Agudong, and Charlie Gillespie.

Who is Sarah Levy and who will she play in Sidelined 3?

You may recognize Sarah Levy from starring in Schitt’s Creek, alongside her real-life dad, Eugene Levy, and her older brother, Dan Levy.

She has also appeared in United We Fall, All Rise, The Holiday Shift, The Monkey, and more.

In Sidelined 3: End Game, Sarah will play Christina, who is a “tenacious sports agent and PR strategist for Drayton Lahey (Beck). Determined, fast-talking, and unapologetic, Christina makes it her mission to control every aspect of Drayton’s life – from his diet to his love life.”

The 21-year-old actress has joined the cast of the upcoming Extraction 3, according to Deadline. Plot details and Siena‘s role are being kept under wraps at this time.

“pinch [me],” Siena shared on Instagram with the casting news.

She joins several other new additions to the upcoming third installment, alongside returning star Chris Hemsworth.

This marks a return to Netflix for Siena, who previously starred in the series Resident Evil.

Siena actually has several other projects coming up outside of Netflix.

Later this year, she is set to star in the new Carrie series on Prime Video. Watch the recently released teaser trailer!

In addition, she will be reprising her role in the third Sidelined movie, and Siena is also reunited with co-star Charlie Gillespie for the new movie, The One Before the One, marking their third film together following Sidelined 2 and 3.

Siena will also be starring in the film adaptation of “The Upside of Unrequited,” the book by “Love, Simon” author Becky Albertalli, per Variety.

She is also set to appear in the movie Buzzkill, which stars Billy Magnussen, who co-stars with Siena‘s sister Sydney Agudong in the live-action Lilo & Stitch movie.

It was just announced on Tuesday (August 18) that the 22-year-old singer and former Dance Moms star is joining the cast of & Juliet, starting in September.

Kenzie follows in the footsteps of fellow dancer Charli D’Amelio and Olympian Laurie Hernandez as she takes on the role of Charmion, which is a dance-heavy role.

On the & Juliet‘s Instagram, where they shared the casting news, Charli commented, “ahhhhh yayyyyy,” and Laurie wrote, “woooohoooooo!!!”

“I can’t believe I actually get to make my Broadway debut in this amazing show,” she shared in a statement. “I’m so excited to work with the wonderful team at & Juliet.”

It was also just announced that Joey Fatone and Paulo Szot are extending their runs in the show, alternating the role of Lance, while Corey Mach is also extending his run as Shakespeare.

Kenzie will begin performances on on Tuesday, September 15th for a limited engagement through November 1st. She will take over from Halima Dodo, who will play her final performance on Sunday, September 13th.

It was also recently announced that social media star Anthony Gargiula will also be joining & Juliet on September 15th as Francois.

The 36-year-old actress, who also starred in Freeform’s Good Trouble, is among six new additions to the cast of the upcoming Descendants spinoff, along with former Glee star Darren Criss.

Sherry is set to portray Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove, while Darren has been cast as Jiminy Cricket from Pinocchio.

Also joining the cast as well-known Disney sidekicks are James Monroe Iglehart, Hugo Ateo, Sean Yves Lessard, and Dan Bakkedahl.

James is reprising a role he is quite familiar with – Genie from Aladdin. He previously originated the role in the Broadway musical adaptation of Aladdin, which earned him the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical!

Hugo has been cast as Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove; Sean will play Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast; and Dan will portray Yen Sid from The Sorcerer’s Apprentice in Fantasia.

The above actors join the previously announced young stars of the upcoming movie, which is the sixth in the Descendants franchise.

What is Hidden Heroes: A Descendants Story about?

When a villainous duo comes to Sidekick Academy, a group of fresh recruits must band together — without heroes, without parents — using only their new skills to save the fairytale realm before it’s too late.

Jude Weng is serving as director, with a script by Tamara Chestna, Eydie Faye and Emma Fletcher. If you didn’t know, Tamara also wrote the recently released Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, while Eydie wrote the upcoming Camp Rock 3 and Zombies 5: Secrets of the Sea!

When does the show premiere?

Hollywood Arts is set to debut on Netflix on October 15th.

The series was originally set to debut on Nickelodeon, but was later moved to Netflix. However, the Victorious spinoff is reportedly still set to get a “second-window” release on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ at a later date.

The 20-year-old actress, best known for starring in Netflix’s The Baby-Sitters Club, is set to star as Summer Di Laurentis in the upcoming second season, which will be based on Elle Kennedy‘s book “The Score.”

She is the younger sister of Stephen Kalyn‘s Dean Di Laurentis, who is at the center of the love story in the book.

The story picks up when Connect 3 lose their opening act for a major reunion tour, returning to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested, leading to unexpected alliances, revelations and romances.

With the new movie premiering on Disney Channel and Disney+ this week, we recently caught up with Casey and got to know more about him with 10 Fun Facts.

Casey Trotter Reveals 10 Fun Facts About Himself

1. I’m a dual Canadian and American citizen, born in New Orleans, and raised in Vancouver, Canada!
2. As a toddler, I was a heavy metal fanatic. My favourite bands included Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeath and Korn.
3. I started drum lessons at age 3 and still take lessons because there is always more to know. I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years about how to drum, but also about music history, technique, and technology. I’ve also played in several bands in the Vancouver area.
4. My drumming has helped me to get into acting. Most of my roles have been drumming related, such as the School of Rock Musical, Camp Rock 3, and now the Mickey Mouse Club. I drum in all of them and I love it.
5. Some people say I’m a bit of a drum nerd. In grade 7 earned an Honourable Mention at the Greater Vancouver Regional Science Fair. My project involved testing characteristics of drum sticks made of several different woods and other materials like plastic, carbon and metal to see how they compared and which were best.
6. People are often surprised to learn that I can sing as well. I guess its not so common for drummers, but as an actor you have to know how to do it all! We were in a pub for dinner in Ireland during a family vacation years ago, and the band found out I knew how to sing “Whiskey In The Jar” which is a 400 year old Irish folk song that Metallica covered. The band gave me the microphone, and so my first public singing performance was singing an Irish Folk song at age 8 in a pub on the far north tip of Ireland.
7. During COVID we had a thing called the 7:00 cheer, where people went out on their driveways or balconies at 7 PM and clapped and cheered to thank the health care workers. I used to drag my drum kit down the driveway and play my drums for the 7:00 cheer.
8. I love skiing!!!!! I started skiing with my mom before I was 2. She would put skis on me and hold me between her legs as we went down the hill. Now in the winter I spend all my spare time on the mountain. There are three ski resorts within about 20 minutes of my house on Vancouver’s North Shore, and on the weekends I ski at Whistler.
9. My family is very outdoorsy. In addition to skiing, we mountain bike, and we have done several week long canoe trips and backpacking trips. Last year we flew to Scotland for a 10 day hiking trip, but as soon as we landed my mom got a call saying Disney wanted me to come to LA to audition for Camp Rock 3. A few days later we were in LA and the rest is history. Hopefully I can go finish that hiking trip one day (or maybe not)!
10. I have always been obsessed with the idea of being a lifeguard. I joined my school swim team for three years to work on my swimming, and am now earning my lifeguarding credentials. I’d like to work as a lifeguard if I have downtime in my acting career, I think it looks like a fun and important job.

The 25-year-old Zombies star and executive producer has also been confirmed to be making a cameo in Disney’s upcoming movie Camp Rock 3, according to THR.

Milo will join the campers as a songwriting pro who comes to help instruct them.

“Milo passed the Zombies torch to Malachi [Barton], and they’re buds,” director Veronica Rodriguez said of him reuniting with his Zombies co-star. “We were over the moon when it ended up working out for Milo to come play with us. It’s a really fun, meaningful cameo.”

Also just announced to make a cameo in CR3 is the franchise’s original star, Demi Lovato, who serves as an executive producer, and will reprise her role as Mitchie Torres.

Camp Rock 3 is debuting THIS Thursday (August 13) at 8 pm ET/PT on Disney Channel and streaming the next day on Disney+. Check out pics of the cast at the premiere!

The two lead the new generation of Camp Rockers in the upcoming third installment of the Disney franchise, as Fletch and Sage, respectively.

Malachi was seen sporting a cropped Camp Rock tee at the event, while Liamani wore a Giorgio Armani gown, as they stepped out for their big day on Tuesday (August 10) at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, Calif.

Also stepping out were their fellow new generation stars, Hudson Stone, Lumi Pollack, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts, Ava Jean, Ella Lucas, and Orlando Lucas, as well as Sherry Cola and OG stars Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers and Maria Canals-Barrera, who was joined by her husband, David Barrera, and their daughters, Bridget and Madeleine.

From Camp Rock 1 and 2, Roshon Fegan, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, and Matthew Finley also showed their support!

Disney has just confirmed that Demi Lovato will, in fact, reprise her role in the upcoming Camp Rock 3, following nearly a year of speculation.

In addition to making a cameo in the new movie musical, Demi is also serving as an executive producer, alongside fellow OG Camp Rock stars, the Jonas Brothers.

Demi is the fifth original Camp Rock star to be confirmed to reprise their role, following the Jonas Brothers and her movie mom, Maria Canals-Barrera.

Demi visited the set of the movie when they filmed last fall, which sparked speculation of her return. The director later hinted at a cameo from the pop star!

When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. The 21-year-old actress and singer has starred as Red, the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, in the last two movies.

While the most recent release, Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, ended on a cliffhanger, Kylie recently said in an interview that she’s ready to move on from the character.

While appearing on the Zach Sang Show, host Zach Sang noted how the red in Kylie‘s hair is fading, and she said it was symbolism.

“But your time as Red isn’t fading, is it?” he asked.

“I think it might be,” she responded. “I mean, I’ve had the absolute best time being a part of Descendants and playing Red. And I think I would like to button up, you know, the story, but also I don’t know. I feel very content with how, you know, Red has evolved from Rise of Red to [Wicked Wonderland]. And I’m obsessed with, I think Wicked Wonderland is so incredible. I’m so proud of it.”

“Yeah, I’d be interested to see what happens, but in this point right now, I’m so music focused that I feel like it’s a lot to juggle. It’s a lot to juggle both at the same time, you know?” she added.

She was then asked when she knew it was time to move on.

“I don’t know. I mean, I’ve literally been on Disney for like 10 years now,” she said, adding she first appeared on Bizaardvark when she was 11. “But, you know, I’m 21 now, and it feels like the perfect time to make that transition. Feel like I’m ready for that moment.”

“I think the transition is like, you know, people have grown up with me, and now it’s like being at this point where I feel like this project is honestly bridging the gap between where I’ve been to where I’m going,” Kylie continued. “But the next project is like, okay, this is me now outside of what people have known me for up until this point.”

What is Clash of the Thundermans about?

Youngest sibling Chloe develops a new and unpredictable superpower, causing the Hero League to demand they send her away to a superhero boarding school to learn to control it. Faced with the prospect of sending Chloe away for years, the Thunderman family is split down the middle, with Max, Hank and Nora wanting to hand her over for her own safety, and Phoebe, Barb and Billy willing to ignore orders to keep her with her family.

Who stars in the upcoming movie?

Reprising their roles are the full Thunderman family – Kira Kosarin as Phoebe, Jack Griffo as Max, Maya Le Clark as Chloe, Diego Velazquez as Billy, Addison Reicke as Nora, Chris Tallman as Hank, and Rosa Blasi as Barb. Dana Snyder will also return as Dr Colosso, as well as Daniele Gaither as President Kickbutt.

Joining the cast are Ariel Winter as Cognita and Robyn Bradley as Mee-Maw.

What is Big City Greens about?

Who stars in Big City Greens?

The animated series stars the voices of Chris Houghton (Cricket Green), Marieve Herington (Tilly Green), Bob Joles (Bill Green), Artemis Pebdani (Gramma Alice), Wendi McLendon-Covey (Nancy Green), Zeno Robinson (Remy), and Anna Akana (Gloria).

Frankie, 27, played Carlos Rodriguez and Joe, 28, appeared as Seb Matthew-Smith.

The couple took to Instagram on Friday (August 7) to share the happy news of their engagement.

“engaged!” Frankie simply captioned the post, adding the emojis for the ring, heart, and champagne glasses.

Cast members have already shared their congratulatory messages. Julia Lester wrote, “THOSE ARE LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PPL ON THE PLANET REALLY TRULY.” Sofia Wylie posted, “SCREAMINGGGG.” And series creator Tim Federle commented, “Nature is healing.”

The real-life couple also played a couple on the show, giving Disney audiences some queer representation.

“It’s hard to wrap your heads around, even four years into these characters, just the power of their existence on the screen to people watching at home,” Joe told Pride. “It’s just been so incredible and to have them exist in this natural, not pushed or forced way. I mean, Seb and Carlos are just in a relationship. That’s all it really is.”

Frankie now stars on the Hulu series Chad Powers.

The upcoming fifth film in the popular movie musical franchise is titled Hidden Heroes: A Descendants Story, and is set to begin production next week.

What is Hidden Heroes about?

Hidden in the center of each fairy tale is a portal to a secret training facility where the descendants of legendary sidekicks are challenged to join the elite ranks of partners to heroes. When a villainous duo comes to Sidekick Academy, a group of fresh recruits must band together — without heroes, without parents — using only their new skills to save the fairytale realm before it’s too late.

What characters are they playing in the new movie?

Welcome to Flatch‘s Eva Smedley will play Meri, the daughter of Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty; Bury Your Nephew‘s Harry Jones is Lou, the son of Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast; Percy Jackson‘s Dior Goodjohn will portray Jennie, the daughter of Genie from Aladdin; Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado‘s Jacob Rodriguez is Kronk Jr, the son of Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove; and Avatar: The Last Airbender‘s Momona Tamada will play Zara, the daughter of Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove.

Also in the cast are Rhys Dawkins, Connor Wong and Kyra Wong as the Potts siblings, from Beauty and the Beast.

Jude Weng serves as director, with a script by Tamara Chestna, Eydie Faye and Emma Fletcher. If you didn’t know, Tamara also wrote the recently released Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, while Eydie wrote the upcoming Camp Rock 3 and Zombies 5: Secrets of the Sea!

The 22-year-old Heartstopper Forever star has reportedly been cast as Cyclops in the upcoming X-Men movie, according to Deadline.

He now joins his Heartstopper co-star Joe Locke in the MCU. Joe, of course, played “Teen” in Agatha All Along, who was then revealed to be Billy Maximoff / William Kaplan, who becomes Wiccan by the end of the series.

The actor is also joining his Warfare co-stars in the MCU, Will Poulter, who played Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, and Joseph Quinn, who plays Johnny Storm/Human Torch in The Fantastic Four: First Steps and the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.

Kit is the latest star to be announced as part of the new X-Men, following Samara Weaving, who was revealed last week, and presumably Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, who was first revealed in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Jake Shreier is returning to the MCU as director, after previously helming Thunderbolts*.

If you aren’t aware of the lore, Cyclops is a mutant whose eyes emit powerful energy blasts that he can only control with specialized equipment. Known for his disciplined mindset and tactical thinking, he has long served as one of the X-Men’s most dependable leaders in the comics.

James Marsden played the role in the original film trilogy and is returning for Avengers: Doomsday later this year.

Tye Sheridan also played Cyclops in X-Men: Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix.

The 19-year-old actor will be starring in two more upcoming Disney movies (Camp Rock 3 and Zombies 5), and a new TV series on Disney Channel and Disney+ (Coven Academy).

In a new interview with Variety, Malachi opened up about his projects and how long he plans to keep working with Disney. Plus, Disney executives also dished on his star power and working with him!

Malachi was the first choice to play Fletch in Camp Rock 3

“Camp Rock is literally a legendary movie franchise, and you could ask anybody and they’d know what it is,” he dished about the upcoming movie musical. “The fact that I’m able to be a part of this next generation of Camp Rockers is so fun and so sick.”

Malachi was Disney’s first choice for his character Fletch, and he got the call while on tour last year for the Descendants/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour, which meant he had to miss the rehearsal process and go straight from tour to filming.

“The Camp Rock process was crazy. It was literally so bang-bang-bang,” Malachi said. “I was on tour. We were literally maybe halfway through, and I got the call from Disney. They were like, ‘Hey, so we’re doing another Camp Rock. This is the vibe.’ I was like, ‘OK, let me feel it out.’ I read the script — so fire — but I was on tour.”

While he was exhausted, he didn’t know what to do.

“I felt like I wasn’t in the right mental space to make decisions. Then I finally had a day off. A week later, I called ’em back, like, ‘All right, screw it. Let’s do it.’”

He even got some advice from Joe Jonas, who reprises his role as Shane Gray and executive produces.

“I’m not envious of anyone going through it now,” Joe said, seeing himself in Malachi. “It was tough enough with just the gossip sites commenting on teenagers’ dating lives, but with social media, that’s all heightened now. So I just reminded Malachi that it’s important to remember where you come from, and the reason you started this in the first place.”

Malachi was pitched for a smaller role in Coven Academy, but was then written in as a star

Coven Academy creator Tim Federle, known for HSMTMTS and also executive produces Camp Rock 3, recalled a conversation with Ayo Davis, president of Disney Kids & Family, saying he should write a role for him in the series.

“She said, ‘Tim, I haven’t seen a reaction to a young actor like this ever in my career,’” he said. “‘It’s visceral in the room, and you should consider writing him a little role in Coven Academy.’”

“So I created this role, and Malachi read for it — which surprised me, because he’s the kind of actor who’s quickly tipping into offer-only,” Tim shared. “The X factor Malachi has is so undeniable.”

The writer then started writing more material for Malachi “to help headline the series, because show business is about timing and luck and the universe whispering to you. And it was so clear that he has something incredibly special that you can’t teach.”

Prior to filming the show, Tim had a conversation with Malachi about his future.

“I said, ‘Malachi, your audience is growing up. I think it’d be great for you to start growing up with them. Ground it. Shake off anything multi-cam. Just be a guy. Step into your greatness by actually doing less,” he recalled. “This is a single camera; it’s on you, and the camera does a lot of the work. Just trust that you’re enough.’ And I give him credit. He really, I think, trusted me, did less and was amazing. My experience with him is that he really wants to be pushed, and he doesn’t want to coast.”

When asked if he’s had offers for more adult projects, Malachi notes that he has had some things come in, but the young adult Coven Academy is a good stepping stone for him.

“I got to tap into a little bit of like a psychopath. I’m crying, we’re fighting, we’re kissing — all the things of older television that I’m really excited for,” he teased.

In addition to Camp Rock 3 and Coven Academy, Malachi is also set to reprise his role in Zombies: Secrets of the Sea. He’s also going back on tour with the second round of the Worlds Collide Tour with some of his Camp Rock and Zombies co-stars, as well as Descendants franchise stars.

When asked how long he’ll continue working with Disney, Malachi says the door is wide open for him!

“Dude, as long as they’ll have me! I’ve literally grown up in the Disney bubble, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world,” he said. “I’m trusting God’s plan, and I’m hanging out with Mickey Mouse right now, and it’s fun.”

Just a week after the release of her new movie Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and its soundtrack, Kylie dropped her new EP, Valley Girl Problems.

The new work features the previously released single, “Carrie Bradshaw,” along with eight more songs, produced by Tricky Stewart and written alongside Tayla Parx.

“I’ve always heard people say, ‘Write what you know,’ and that’s exactly what I did with this EP. ‘Valley Girl Problems’ truly captures everything I’ve experienced over the last year and how I’ve embraced this new chapter of my life – from the excitement of late nights out in the Valley with my friends to the devastating heartbreak that came with losing some of the people closest to me.

I wanted this project to feel like an emotional journey from start to finish, where the listener is riding shotgun with me in my Mini Cooper.” 

Along with the EP’s release, Kylie also dropped the music video for “Closet,” the third track, which is about getting rid of things that no longer serve her.

“It’s so crazy because I had an original idea for what the album was gonna be,” she told People of the new EP. “I had a title, I had a whole concept. It’s gonna be super fun, baddie dance anthems. And all this s— in my personal life started happening, and I was like, ‘You know, I actually wanna write sad songs.’”
