AT&T disputed with FCC on Merger

AT&T Inc. struggled for months with U.S. regulators to support its $39 billion possession of T-Mobile USA.

Nowadays the AT&T huge is squabbling with the government over whether it can leave the future agreement. AT&T General Counsel Wayne Watts said in the declaration,

"We have every right to withdraw our merger from the FCC, and the FCC has no right to stop us, any suggestion the agency might do otherwise would be an abuse of procedure which we would immediately challenge in court."

AT&T's merger plan has faced rising challenges, as well as a Justice Department suit to block the deal and similar lawsuits from seven state attorneys general and from rivals Sprint Nextel Corp. and C Spire Wireless. The carrier needs approval from both the Justice Department, which will judge it on antitrust grounds, and the FCC, which evaluate whether amalgamations are in the best interests of the public.

AT&T is hoping to get Justice Department clearance for the merger which would hurl it to the biggest U.S. carrier by subscribers either through the trial scheduled to begin in February or an out of court decision.

AT&T also said Thursday it will receive a charge in this year's final quarter for $4 billion, a sum it may be obligated T-Mobile parent Deutsche Telekom AG if the merger fails to go through. That works out to $3 billion in fragment fees and $1 billion in expected book spectrum value.

I think all my filmmakers are making me wear saris so I think it's good that in photo shoots I am seen in western outfits. As an actor, this change is also important. I try and mix it up. I am very proud of my 'Desiness' and I would have to agree for now because those are the type of roles that I have been doing. Later on, there will be a lot of scope for change.”

The Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) are institutions of national importance established through an Act of Parliament for development excellence in education. There are fifteen IITs at present, located in Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mandi, Mumbai, Patna, Ropar and Roorkee.

Each institute has well-equipped modern laboratories, state-of-the-art computer network and well-stocked technical library. Teaching methods rely on direct personal contact between the teachers and the students, and the use of traditional and modern instructional techniques. Students live in a pleasant and intellectually stimulating environment with people having similar goals and aspirations, which is an exciting and unique experience.

These institutions offer courses leading to Bachelor’s degree in a number of engineering, technological and scientific disciplines. Type of Examination

There will be two question papers, each of three hours duration. Both the question papers will consist of three part sections on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The questions will be of objective type, planned to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates.

The answers for each of the questions are to be marked on a part, specifically premeditated, machine-gradable sheet of paper (Optical Response Sheet). While answering each of the questions the candidate is expected to darken the bubbles against correct answers using black ball point pen only.

During several parts, wrong answers may be awarded negative marks.

At this point are few specific exercise tips for older people:

Any aged person should have a absolute physical and medical examination and professional instruction before starting an exercise programme.

Vigor training assumes still more importance as one age, because after the age of 30 everyone undergoes a slow process of brawny attrition. The effect can be reduced or even reversed by adding resistance training to an exercise programme. As little as one day a week of resistance training improves overall strength and agility. Strength training also improves heart and blood vessel health and general well being.

Power training, which aims for the fastest rate at which a muscle or muscle group can perform work, exercise may be mainly helpful for older women in growth muscles and preventing falls.

For inactive, old people one or more of the following exercise programmes may be helpful and safe: low impact aerobics, gait training, balance exercises, self-paced walking, and lower extremity resistance training using elastic tubing or ankle weights.

Litheness exercises support healthy muscle expansion and aid reduces the stiffness and loss of balance that accompanies ageing.

Facebook has supposedly stated over 2 lakh hack

Facebook has supposedly stated over 2 lakh hack in Bangalore. The social networking company Facebook made the statement subsequent to porn, pictures of intense violence and faked photos of celebrities such as Justin Bieber in sexual situations had teeming the profiles of some Facebook users.

Users were tricked into pasting malware into their browsers, which in turn resulted in the sharing of offensive content, Facebook said.

According to a news story in Mid Day, Two lakh Facebook users in Bangalore had their accounts hacked and web links to their morphed pornographic pictures sent as feeds to friends and family. There are around 50 posts on Facebook stating that the users are quitting the social networking site forever after being embarrassed before friends and family.

The cyber crime responsibility too is reported to have received calls and complaints concerning the bunch hacking.

Aishwarya gave birth to the baby girl this morning at the private Seven Hills Hospital where Aish was admitted on Monday night. Several celebrities visited the hospital to greet the new born and the mother.

First time father, Abhishek Bachchan ruined the news on Twitter, saying "IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! :)))))".

Abhishek afterward tweeted, "Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. Both Aishwarya and the baby are doing great and taking some much needed rest."

Father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan connected in: "I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl!! A dada ji ... Ecstatic !!!!"

Lata Mangeshkar said, "Bachchan parivaar ko bohot bohot badhaai. Unke ghar mein Lakshmi aayi."

Director Ram Gopal Varma, who is a close friend of Bachchan family, said, "I just hope that she has more Aishwarya than Abhishek."

Amitabh later posted a simple "Thank You" to his fans and followers.

BSNL special make to offer FTTH connections

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has put for itself a goal of giving 600 to 700 Fibers to the home connections in Krishna district through special constrains. Only 11 customers had subscribed to FTTH in the district, but the number of subscribers would be improved in a special oblige.

The FTTH permitted clients to make use of HD TV, 3D TV, VoD and IPTV integrated with internet, phone line with just one connection. High data speed of up to 1 GB per second could be provided to FTTH subscribers, but the payment for that category of service would be Rs.33, 000 per month.

BSNL capacity of the new exchange at Lotus Landmark was 1,000 landlines, but it could be increased to 2,000 later. Small microwave tower will also be raised at Lotus Landmark to improve the mobile connectivity.

According to the annual I Cube Report jointly published by IAMAI and IMRB, India's internet population is expected to grow to 121 million users by December 2011 from 100 million in September this year. Out of 121 million, 97 million are likely to be active Internet users, who entree Internet at least once in a month.

The study said, "A 100 million internet users are considered a critical landmark for the country. With this internet use in India is expected to enter a critical period of growth with the possibility of becoming the largest internet using country in the world in this decade."

Actress is matching with singer Mika in Loot i.e. conspicuous position. Kim Sharma started her career in Aditya Chopra's "Mohabbatein". The film clicked, but the calling of all the beginners in the film - Kim, Shamita, Preeti Jhangiani, Uday Chopra, Jimmy Shergill and Jugal Hansraj unsuccessful to obtain inedible.

4 Days SBI holiday to slap Banking Services. Customers of the State Bank of India will be sternly slap by the two day nationwide strike called by the All India State Bank Officers' Federation on November 8 and November 9, as the bank will stay closed for four days in a rank.

According to Advt. pertaining to disruption of customer services issued on Saturday, by the State Bank of India, the bank's chairman says, "The All India State Bank Officers' Federation has served a notice to observe two days countrywide strike on November 8 and November 9. Since, November 6 is Sunday, and November 7 and November 10 are holidays in most of the states, banking services may be unavailable for five days at a stretch."

ATMs of other banks would be available for meeting cash requirements of customers.
